I went to the Parts Department during this visit and was given excellent service. So the staff did a great job and for that this should be a 5 star review. Especially since it's not their fault that this dealer is exactly what you expect! Pushy sales people that circle like sharks when you pull in to park Clearly they can see you are headed to the parts dept yet they move in for the kill the minute you open your door. It doesn't stop there though! Just like every other dealer the OEM parts they sell are almost double the price of auto parts stores! When searching for the part I needed for my car I discovered that every auto parts store was out of the part and could have it shipped to me in 3 days! So I came to the realization I would be forced to buy parts direct from the dealer since I had to have the part that day. A while back in this review I mentioned they were double the price of the other guys.... ummm yeah!! Parts stores were selling it for $22 and the dealers price was.... $44 for the exact same part! Lastly don't go here if you are pressed for time. Prepare to be there for a minimum 30 minutes! What is it with dealer parts counters?? It is always just one person running the counter and 3-4 people waiting to be helped!
