Bought my car from Edwards a year ago- after signing the agreement I waited for over two hours to sign the final paperwork and be able to get the car. The entire experience was anxiety-ridden and tedious and they made their sale I was completely forgotten.

Flash forward less than a year and the transmission in the car I bought from them (which was a 2015) already needs a new transmission. I called three times a day for a week to ask about my warranty or options and ended up leaving messages with multiple departments. When I went into the store, I was told the person I needed to talk to wasn t th there and they would leave a note personally for them to call me back.

As you can guess I was never contacted. Needless to say I will never go back or recommend this entire auto group.
