Nice hotel and great pool area. Pool parties were fun!

A lovely place to relax and Hospitality of staff is so Welcoming

The chalets are beautiful and attractive and overlook the swimming pool

Great food for the three meals. Swimming pool is too hot to swim but just to bath.

'm writing this review while i'm at this hotel room .. Comparing between price and quality it's not good at all ..
And no privacy.. i listened my neighbor sound next to my room ...
n addition to room payments They need deposit around 130 dollars they return it back to guest after leaving. Same like the guest is burglar.

No sleepers. Or tooth brushes or main accessories at the bathroom. And all are available in the other hotels.

went alot of cheaper hotels in Emerates and they were completely better and more professional than this hotel .. if i could i remove the single star too. completely disappointed

Travelling from Abu Dhabi for a brief get away in Al Ain, Rotana was the perfect choice! The hotel has everything you need; the rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable comes with 2 king size beds and balcony. Staff are courteous and responsive to requests. Great place to be with a family. Enjoyed the kids pool centrally located and friendly staff. Hotel is estimated 15 mins drive away from Bawadi Mall and 30 mins from Jebel Hafeet, a must see during sunsets. Free WiFi and Valet Parking is available.

We came from Dubai with our family and the have bad service they made our family wait and then they said there is no room so all our plans failed and they went back to Dubai.

The hotel is very excellent, the restaurant and the new buildings are luxurious as are the villas
I tried the old building to see that its furniture be renewed
In general it is very comfortable for me with family and alone

Check out our latest staycation at @alainrotana yet another @rotana_hotels we love. We drove over to Al Ain a few weeks ago.

We opted for a Chalet, where we had a chance to finally move our home for a day from the closed 2BHK flat to a chalet setup with our own private car park slot and got a chance to run across and soak up in the pool which was just outside our doorsteps. We got the basic amenities in the room already on arrival and woke up to a comfier beds.

We stepped out for breakfast (set menu) at the Zest Restaurant (room service also available) and enjoyed a hearty breaky there.

All safety measures in place, from reception to the poolside all sanitized n clearly marked.... Rooms are spick and span and this was one of our best experiences. We had a big room for ourselves and took an extra bed for the kids.... With two rooms facing the poolside and each with a small balcony to sit out...

I don't like these hotels, but I do visit these places all the time.

Extremely disappointed from the hotel management . Simply damaged my car by throwing it outside in the sun during summer ( interior damaged , some lights in the dash isn't working anymore ) although I paid for the premium rooms which has a dedicated parking in the basement .

And funny enough when I complained to the management(" manager name "MINA" they simply said " sorry, we will Keep that in our records and make sure that we park your car better" and they simply won't do anything towards the current damages that occurred. And when I told him is that it ! And u ok to lose a regular customer for your staff mistake he nods his head and said as u like. What a perfect customer service . What an amazing experience from such a big chain of hotels.

And for the record, I checked out to continue my vacation in dubai in another rotana hotel but of course I will never step in there again

I stayed with family for one night and it was excellent. Swimming pool, breakfast and all facilities are very good. Staff is courteous and responsive.

My only challenge was that the washroom did not have Muslim shower. I was not expecting that.
Bathrooms a bit old fashioned but no complaints.

Hotel rate here are much more cheaper than in Dubai or Abu Dhabi. There are activities like water rides, zoo safari and soon to open grand mosque. I ve visited here for site visit. As a travel agent we need to visit all the locations which we can market to our clients. Great place to stay

Very Good hotel, I would recommend staying in the renovated section. You will be charged for WiFi. Overall it's the best in Al Ain area.

The hotel is not very modern but I love that you can walk to so many places from here. The grounds are very nice and there are several restaurants so you don't have to leave to eat if you don't want to.

The property is a bit old but service and food is very good. There is a new section too but that comes with a premium fee.

very well situated,nice personnel&very kind,nice rooms but had to be upgraded,medium choice of restaurants had to be upgraded too,very nice hotel in general.

We got an upgrade to 2 bedroom villa which is amazing, accesible to evrything.

I think its the only 5 stars hotel in al ain, rotana is well famous in gulf countries mostly one of the top hotels brands in the area prices are acceptable compared to others

Very elegant and luxury, still friendly place. Amazing selection of food, good for relaxation or business stay as well.

Overall experience was good, swimming pool, breakfast, balcony views were amazing, specially sunrise view rooms are highly recommended. Special provisions for covid protection were impressive. Reception and other supporting staff were friendly and ensured comfortable stay for my family.
Feedback: Room fridge was not working properly, needs replacement/proper repairing.

Unreliable, Inefficient security system. Incompetent and weak guest service !!.. Be extremely careful about your valuable items, if you are planning to stay there !!!

There are several restaurants with a variety of cuisines. The food by far is the best i had compared to all the other hotels i have been to in UAE.

Best hotel in AL AIN to stay. I love the nights in Rotana

Not upto the standard we expected. Stayed for two nights and we regret us spending two days at Rotana.

Again enjoyed a high standards for f Rotana Hospitality. Hotel spread in a large area with car park and all other facilities like swimming pool, gymnasium etc. have both rooms as well as chalets for residential purpose. Ideal for enjoying comforts far from the city maddening crowds.

This 5 star hotel is not only 5 star by words but it really treats its guests with full luxery.i will sugest to book the delux room as it is in the new building and you will get your pools separate from the classic rooms holders so it will not be that crowdedp and you can enjoy more. In late afternoon you can visit Al jahali fort which is just a 5 minute walk from the hotel just across the road but remember it closes at 5pm.Buffet Dinner was excellent and catered every cuisine and even Breakfast was super Delicious. A club car is available to take you around the hotel. Staff was very kind and went extra mile. Only one thing i didn't like was the check in, which took 1 hour which can be reduced.
