Bought a 2008 Mercedes-Benz from here at a fairly high price. 2 weeks later a pulley on the engine went bad. I was able to get it to Autozone and they said I had to go to Mercedes. I called Edwards and complained. The sales agent was no help and gave me to the manager. The manager was horrible. I asked if someone from there could get the part for me or get a ride to Mercedes-Benz. He asked why my friends couldn't and I replied they work day shift. He stated:" that's what we are doing!" and hung up the phone. Now that Im in the market for another new car I refuse to go there. They sale Mitsubishi; that's what I want. But I will go out of state before giving them another dollar.
