* NO STAR! They Are Liars!!! I made the mistake of buying a car without my wife and brought it back the next morning to do an exchange. I told them she wanted a 4 door and I was willing to give them the business still. They claimed the paperwork was already submitted and I told them I have 72 hours and besides I know everything wasn't finalized because it hasn't even been 24 hours. I left and continued to call them because they said they would try to stop the paperwork. they never called me back. They waited 3 days and said they couldn't do anything. I should have fought harder and maybe got the authorities involved but I didn't. instead they took the car back and offered me the a basic loaner car and tacked on thosands to make me way upside down. Todd Archer in Bellevue has recently got me out of that nightmare and into something I love. NEVER GO BACK TO EDWARDS OR REFER ANYONE LIKE I DO OFTEN WITH MY CARS.
