Eau Palm Beach Resort & Spa Reviews

Frankly, I am surprised by so many positive reviews. I was not quite as impressed. The food is mediocre at best , poor menu choices and service by the pool, no true beach area nor room to even walk on the beach. Service is far from the Four Seasons standards with the exception of check in . Our room was a few doors down from the elevator which we heard all day and night not to mention being able to hear our neighbors through the paper thin walls . The only plus was the room decor and bathroom decor which is very tasteful . I sat down at the end of the day after someone snatched our chairs by a cabana and a staff member immediately sat down next to me and asked me if I wanted to rent one for the day , found this quite insulting as I was not staying and there was no room on any chairs so was forced to leave For a little extra I would prefer the Four Seasons or Breakers , no comparison .

Many seating niches with waiting staff available and an atmosphere of impeccable refinement. Kitchen chef and staff didn't have Ponzu sauce for sushi appetizer. On second request, the staff made some from scratch. Outstanding!

The best service, brunch and sea view in SE Florida.

We stayed here for a weekend in December for our daughters wedding. The place is just amazing. We were lucky enough to have the most beautiful weather, and it made our stay even better. The hotel staff was very helpful and shred their knowledge about the area to help us get the most out of our stay. The wedding was very small and was held on the beach, and the hotel stuff even helped us with the setup and with accommodating the guests. Very recommended. Very classy.

The perfect place to enjoy a lunch with an ocean view, a drink around the pitfire or a relaxing moment at the spa.

The beds and pillows are super comfy. The rooms are quiet and nice. The staff is amazingly attentive and they offer first class service. The ambiance is wonderful, including a fire pit by the pool and live entertainment in the lounge at night.

We were there for a business conference for 4 days....Absolutely wonderful hotel. All the staff were friendly, helpful, attentive. Sitting by the pool or beach was relaxing and the view of the ocean sets that tone. Thank you Eau Palm Beach Resort

Posh and lavish as one would expect from a former Ritz property. Event was well staffed and well served. Vegetarian dinner option was surprisingly underwhelming.

Nice quiet, super luxurious and on the beach. Great spa. This is an excellent place for a staycation away from the tourist trap of south beach.

It is the staff. They go above and beyond. Nothing is a problem. They give extras. Totally impressed.

Beautiful comfortable lobby you just want to lounge In and listen to soothing live guitarist. Great food. Gorgeous view. 3 stars for super slow service.

Beautiful resort yet I expected just a bit more at this price point.

Beautiful hotel, big rooms, wonderful staff, great restaurants. My wife and I went there on our mini moon and the staff made it really special for us. I can't wait to go back!

Last year when I went I would have given this hotel 5 stars. I stayed there again recently and was very disappointed. The woman that seemed to always be at the front desk never had an answer to my simple questions. I had asked if it was possible to get an extra condiment pack for the coffee and she sent me to 2 other places before literally opening the cabinet right beside her and handing me one. Last year I received cute little complimentary sandals and a beach tote. This year I received neither. To my surprise, some of the other ladies received tote bags. So this was to say that the same experience was not being created across the board. I will have to say the food I ordered from room service was very tasty. But of course house keeping decided to take my food before I had even completed my meal. I had only stepped out for a little while. The situation was rectified and they sent up another meal. All I had to do was wait an hour. It was now 11 o'clock at night and I was no longer hungry. As beautiful as the hotel is, the service alone left much to be desired.

Visiting but did not stay. Nice and expensive looking.

Would never stay at a hotel that treats guests of color in a demeaning manner. Definitely wouldn't feel welcome there

Had my first spa day ever there. The staff was friendly and helpful. Very clean and quiet. Loved it.

Great spot for a good bottle of wine coffee or smores with family and friends around the outdoor fire pit.

My husband treated me to a visit at Eau Palm Beach for my birthday in August. What a devine stay we had. The staff is exceedingly gracious and uncommonly kind, and attentive to every detail, committed to ensuring our stay was one of delight and pleasure. The hotel is gorgeous and the view, oh my, the view overlooking the Atlantic is spectacular. The food was delicious, and the beautifully appointed suite so very comfortable. We stayed in the Lanai Terrace Suite. Need I say more....we will be back!

Well It was my first time there with my husband Ernesto Pena. That was the best time of my life. The hotel is splendid and the staff especially Leona Martin are awesome. The food is extraordinary . The staff make you feel welcome and very polite. At the end I have nothing bad to say about this hotel. Met all expectations and more! Quality service and amazing food and drink at every turn. The spa is not to be out done. It will be hard to vacation anywhere else in the future!

Really enjoyed our stay here at EAU Palm beach resort. They really know how to take care of their guest.

I went to customer service just to ask some simple questions. I was pretty much pushed aside as it seems your service agent was too busy to make time for someone staying there. He seemed preoccupied with his cell phone. When i finally did get his attention, he rolled his eyes and gave me the vaguest, shortest answers to my concerns. Brent Muni was the name of this rude employee, as i made sure to get it before i left without any answers.

I figured you'd want to know about an experience like this since this is such an amazing resort and spa and given what we pay, we do expect an ounce of respect.

Stayed for just one night using a gift certificate and was blown away. From champagne served at the front desk to the moment I left in my car was fantastic.

Pricey...but worth it. Great food...great service!

Everything is excellent except for the fact that you cannot smoke nor can you use a vaporizer. That might discourage quite a few folks who might otherwise want to light up. Other than that, it is immaculate and I highly recommend it for a vacation

Very nice hotel right on the water. French-based design/theme. Rooms are spacious and the courtyard/pool leads right to the beach. We chilled and had coffee in the lobby/lounge area. Servers were very responsive and friendly.

Didnt stay here overnight just came to see some friends. Great kid friendly large main pool, a pirate ship area for children with a sand pit. Good food and free parking. Would come back and stay here anytime.

We eloped and spent 3 nights at the Eau to celebrate! It was absolutely amazing, the staff has excellent attention to detail and they were always kind and helpful. We felt like a king and queen.
The spa was a beautiful, clean and very relaxing. We cannot wait to return!
