Bought one of these iRobot's for close to C$500 us...

Bought one of these iRobot's for close to C$500 used it maximum 40 times in the last 18 months and it died. They sent a new battery, which didn't work either. Now they want me to send them the vacuum and C$110 for repairs - unbelievable. I could have hired a maid service once a month for 15 months and she would have done the washrooms too. Products are absolute junk for this price point.

This is worst company ever I have made any purchas...

This is worst company ever I have made any purchase from and I truly regret , I purchased one of their premium robot costed almost 1100 and within a month It's completely dead. I got in touch with customer support and wasted hours and hours troubleshooting it and didn't get any help. I was told they are going to replace the robot and since then another night mare started It has already passed the time line they provided to receive the replacement and when I call in for followup they tell me another lie on my face that some person named "Jamie" warehouse manage is responsible for this and they can not get hold of them. It has gone back and forth like 50+ times and I still don't have a confirmation that when they will even send a replacement. Terrible terrible experience stay away from this company and their product they are not their to help and you will end up wasting your time and effort for no reason.

I spent hours on the phone with customer service last month (iRobot cannot connect to the cloud). It turns out that there s a bug in the software, but they did not publish this information. You have to spend two hours with customer service in order to find out that the problem is on their end. They said the new software update would happen mid December, and the problem would fix itself wirelessly. Needless to say this has not happened, and I am losing the window to return this $1,000 item.

Horrible company. Received a Roomba for a gift and...

Horrible company. Received a Roomba for a gift and never opened the box. Never wanted it. Tried to return it for over a month and finally gave up calling the number listed - and resorted to email. Since I had written I finally received a reply. Was told I had surpassed their 90 day return policy. I explained that wouldn t have happened if it wasn t for the shut down/delays on their end due to COVID-19 - no one would listen and still wouldn t let me return. My last and final attempt to call I sat on hold until I finally reached a live person - Lorraine - who rudely told me nope, nothing they can do. Which isn t true - if they looked at whole picture combined with an unopened and unused product they should take it back. Do not buy. Customer service is AWFUL.

We purchased the latest model Roomba here in Austr...

We purchased the latest model Roomba here in Australia. It was a large investment and has gone well for a month and then died! Turns out the battery has failed and we're told by store that I-robot will take a week or two to send a replacement. This isn't a good look and really poor form. Not Recommended!!

The wheel locking black pin of my braava 380T got ...

The wheel locking black pin of my braava 380T got broken, while contacted support, i was told there is no replacement part for that pin and the wheel repir process will not be able to fix that. No solution was provided by support except to buy another brand new ( $254) for a 10 cents pin. Great business approach. Spent too much on roomba 980T and Braava 380t without knowing about the company who doesn't stand by customer side. Shouldn't have recommended to my friends just because performance. Customer support is the integral part for a not so cheap household item.

Loved my Roomba until I had a problem and was told...

Loved my Roomba until I had a problem and was told it was the battery. After purchasing the new battery and it stopped was now told that I could purchase another battery @ 30% off. After voicing my displeasure I was then told the problem was with the Roomba and that I would have to purchase a new one. THEN I WAS TOLD THAT ALL CUSTOMER SERVICE IS IN THE CARIBBEAN, NOT THE UNITED STATES. Think twice before buying one since you can hardly understand the person on the other end of the phone!! Shame on this company, there headquarters are in the US
