Huge room (Mariner Suite), great views, excellent service!

This is an awesome place to have a wedding and stay overnight and dining is excellent

When we checked in the woman at the front desk was wonderful. I told her it was our anniversary and she upgraded us to a room on a higher floor and it was beautiful. The resort itself is absolutely lovely overlooking the water with a great pool and outdoor eating area. There is access to 2 other pools which we took advantage of when the main pool was crowded. The food in the bar and restaurant was very good and the staff mostly friendly. The biggest downfall is the location. There isn't much to do right in Cape Coral so you have to drive to Fort Myers and there is a toll everytime you want to go. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay.

Hidden gem in Cape Coral. Most locals don't even know about it. Beautiful marina here. Restaurants on site too. Their event center can handle large audiences and there is plenty of parking. Only 5 minutes south of Cape Coral Parkway at Pelican intersection.

I went to a stock traders seminar a 3 day event. The resort is beautiful and very well appointed the restaurant was good parking great.

This hotel may look nice but the service is terrible. The staff have no idea what they are doing and screwed up so bad on our reservation that they expected us to sleep 4 people in 1 king bed. And they had NO alternatives for us except go find another hotel. 2 of their elevators were not working so people were shoving into an elevator when the guidelines were clearly marked only 4 people allowed. The pool was too packed. They obviously opened before being fully prepared for the amount of people they booked. I would look elsewhere!

Awesome rooms, Great hospitality, our 2nd trip here and this place gives you the respite you are looking for.

Been here a few times. Every other time was nice but Rick on the dock made it clear that he doesnt like anyone fishing off the dock next to the " Fishing ok" sign. Cops even came to intimidate us. Either way Rick made up my mind to never come back. Thanks Rick! You lost a loyal customer for the Marriot Bonvoy team. Keep up the good work!! Dont stay at the Westin in Cape Coral if you want to enjoy your time off.

Vacation stay in a double twin room on the 14th floor overlooking the waterway. The room is a bit smaller than other Westin rooms we've stayed in, but it is clean and comfortable with great facility accommodations. A wonderfully relaxing vacation.

Everything about this place is great. Elegant rooms. Perfect temperature pools. Very friendly staff

Horrible cleaning services and staff.. Our 3rd visit and the second time with dirty linens, no bath towels, unanswered complaints.. I just don't UNDERSTAND how the Westin demands top dollar and gives sub par services. FIX IT MANAGEMENT! Keep your expensive (all) rooms clean.

Almost the only classy place in Cape Coral, thank God. Great options include rooms with suites. Nightly entertainment at harborside bar, and the live bands are pretty good, too.

Great suite, view was amazing. All around a pleasure

I was provided accommodations while traveling for work. The staff were friendly and professional. The suites we're well kept with great views and delicious breakfast choices. Their menus and drinks were excellent. They work on being classy but eco friendly. On the bottom level along the pier and walkway are several stores, shops and places to get a drink or glass of wine when enjoying down time. I would suggest that everyone stay for leisure or business if provided the opportunity.

The food was good but pricey. The wait stafd was amazing.

I went to a luncheon here. The food was good and the service was very nice. The room we were in had no windows. The location of this hotel is gorgeous but we were relegated to this creepy room. It felt like the walks were closing in. The walls were blank...no artwork or even mirrors to break it up.

Phenomenal venue! Our church had our first retreat here & everything about this Westin is breath taking!

One of the nicest hotel iv e stayed in. Loved the arena very peaceful and quiet. Service was great from check in to check out.

We ate at Pinchers the restaurant attached to the Westin and it was mostly Seafood but they had other things and the sea food was fresh caught that day delicious and the service was remarkable I definitely give this place a 4 out of 5 stars.

Went for dinner. Outside seating was ok expected a little more from a Westin. Special fish was good. Apps just soso.

Loved our stay! Beautiful room and view from the 16th floor! Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Wonderful pools and plenty of bike paths. We loved having dinner on our balcony.

Great place, they let us check in early if we upgraded, really appreciated that. Make sure to grab yourself a suite to bring your own food, the on site restaurants wasnt that great. They offer tours and a boat taxi to fort Myers beach with no charge. The pool was spacious and the hot tube was just the right temperature, there was fireworks displayed in the evening, kinda caught us by surprise it would of been nice to know it was happening ahead of time to watch it all, Dont plan to sleep on the pull out couch it was terrible and very uncomfortable but other then that, Definitely would be coming again.

Great experience, all the staff made my stay very accommodating, from the vallets to the cleaning staff. Having never been to the general area, I had lots of questions and they were always available to give effective and extremely helpful answers even with the most simplest of things.
The room was also very clear. No smells, no stains or anything of the sort. The balcony did have a bit of sand/dust, but then again it's a balcony so I didn't expect it to be crystal clean.
The beds were VERY uncomfortable and I simply could not obtain a sound sleep. The 4 days I stayed there, I was not well-rested for the first 3 nights, the fourth night I was out enjoying the city and didn't sleep.
Parking could have also been a bit closer, but then again, that's likely the reason they have valet workers. The parking garage is a bit longer of a walk than most hotels, and the general lot is uncovered and again a bit of a walk.
That aside, GREAT view, my room faced the East, so I watched the sunrise. And the morning I didn't want to watch the sun rise, the curtains did a great job at blocking that out. The rooms also do a great job at blocking sound. Apparently the occupants in the room next to mine had a loud party. I only got wind of this when they opened their front door as I was heading out one evening.
In short, aside from the bed, I enjoyed my stay and I'd definitely consider staying there again. The staff was great, everything was clean, and I thoroughly felt welcomed.

This is one Beautiful Hotel/Resort , my wife Christmas party was held at the Westin in Cape Coral and the Resort is breathtaking , we took excellent scenic pictures party on the Balcony in the cool breeze of the evening, just a great atmosphere one must visit the Westin/Resort in Cape Coral ...

This place is in our top favorites not only because the property is beautiful, in a perfect waterfront location, and clean, but also the staff makes it extremely great. The service is exceptional. Anna Marie took care of us the first time we stayed here and she gave us the best first impression. We have been back a good amount of times since then and luckily we always get assisted by her. She makes our stay so unforgettable and always makes sure we have everything we need. The staff at the restaurants and bars are amazing as well. Great location for couples or family and you can even bring your dog!

Great hotel to enjoy a vacation. We had a suite on the higher floors with a really great view over the Everglades. You definitely need to check out the restaurants around the marina!
We just stayed here for a few days on our Florida trip and really enjoyed the stay here!

We had an awesome time getting away for a quick weekend. From clean rooms to deliciousfood to an amazing harbor and fun nightlife and professional staff we would be back in a heartbeat. Highly recommend it!

Beautiful place. The lap pool was nice but we had a short debate with the caretaker as to definition of dusk. He won bit we did not agree. The beds were comfortable but for the price I would have expected the room to be pristine and it was not. A water bottle, beer bottle cap and a roll of toilet paper were under the bed. Not exactly a thorough cleaning job.

Had drinks and appetizers during happy hour, good deal, shrimp, oysters, clans and chicken wings were all 99 cents and turned out good.

The location is what makes this hotel nice, while the amenities are average by any other hotels standards.

Very beautifully tucked away from everything else. Perfect for a couples get away. Stayed here for my honeymoon and was treated greatly. Would recommend for anyone who likes to stay in style.

Very clean and beautiful setting and fabulous views

Before I have even checked in; when I reserved my stay I input the details of requesting a bottle of champagne chilled and ready on my arrival. When I got my confirmation reservations it stated nothing about this. I called in to confirm and they stated I had to do it online, found that odd and not 5 star service but okay. I went to their website like so many of us do with our mobile devices and nothing. I called again, stated how odd that such a high end resort cannot just prepare a bottle for me in my room, they stated they cannot take cards over the phone. I asked why this is not something you can just charge to the room and they stated they do not have the computer system for it, odd again. I alone (was not informed by the staff of the hotel) found out that if you are on the mobile site you will not see the same things from when you are on your PC, even though the staff insisted it was there. So far, not impressed and I am not even checked in yet. Figures crossed nothing else goes wrong I really just want to take a few days to get away and check out from day to day life and be catered to. I am always willing to pay for the service but I'm feeling a little put off.

The Westin is located well next to a Marina with great views of the sunrise and sunset, good facilities for swimming, shopping and several options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The rooms are nice and beds were comfortable, I would recommend this hotel for a quick getaway or long term stay in the Cape Coral area.

This place is beautiful! Had an awesome night at the office Holiday party and the decor, food and space in the new convention center is fabulous!

First the good:
- killer views from your balcony onto the mangroves, stayed in a spacious 2BR/2 bath unit with big balcony on 13 th floor.
- Nicely decorated unit, very spacious, dryer/washer etc, full kitchen, big bathroom - more a typical FL apartment style than the usual Westin character ( Westin acquired the property 15 mths ago)
- tastefully decorated lobby, state-of-the-art gym

Con:
- room access from outdoor floors ( motel style)
- dirty, very superficial cleaning - restricted to doing beds/ towel service. Our feet were constantly black even after a shower. One day, my husband stayed in the room and noticed the cleaner spending about 10 min only
- pool and bars and restaurants right at the bottom of the rooms/ apartments with ppl partying/screaming until midnight, kids screaming in the pool and music playing until 11 pm
- kids/ fam (or cleaners?) moving the balcony metal chairs for hrs/ horribly noisy in early am
- really out of the way in a residential area in the middle of nowhere... About 1-1.5hr realistic drive to fort Myers beach, Sanibel or any other beach close by due to traffic
- wifi and cell coverage nightmare ..during our 3 days stay I never managed to access the Internet on my computer, or iPad and ver limited in iPhone ( poor cell coverage with constant dropped calls)

Best Hotel in Cape Coral Hands Down. You will enjoy your stay here. Rooms very spacious and some great views as well.

It s basically an upmarket Holiday Inn. Average food, average service, very average rooms

We wanted a getaway for a birthday celebration and are so happy we chose this hotel. The front desk was very pleasant and our room was comfortable and clean and overlooked the courtyard.

Madison checked me in and was accommodating and nothing short of spectacular. The food is exquisite. Sherry and the entire staff has made my stay special and relaxing. I highly recommend a stay with this family.

Beautiful property, amazing views, large nice one bedroom suite. Front desk customer service manager needs a bit of training on how to treat lifetime Marriott Gold members. Rooms need a bit of upkeep to make it to the five star level

Nice place for a getaway and for a business meeting. The rooms open onto a hallway open on one side. Very nice. Would stay there again.

I love SPG hotels, and this place is no exception. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, and the rooms are a great size and extremely well appointed. Pay a little extra for the 'deluxe' room, you get a higher floor, and the views are absolutely incredible. If you're hungry, however, I recommend going off property (or maybe down to Pinchers). I found the attached restaurant (Marker 92) to be much less impressive than the hotel.

The service, the room, the grounds, were all excellent. I cannot say a nice enough nice things about this place.
