After visiting the spa for the day and having a great experience with every treatment I received my day ended with a manicure and pedi. While the technician was friendly the manicure was disappointing. The polish was not on the full nail (I pointed out more then once), there are bubbles under the polish and after one day of wear they are already pealing. I did receive a 10% discount on the treatment at checkout but not pleased when I paid extra for a polish that was to last longer.

Too formal a place. It is relatively expensive to receive.
The room cleaning policy is until 17:00 (!) And the pool does not always have a seating area.
Valet parking is available only at valet, although there is a parking lot in front of the hotel.
The gym is very nice, and the food at Orange Restaurant is delicious and varied (but again, relatively expensive).
The beach adjacent to the hotel is relatively narrow and full of algae (which creates an unpleasant smell in the vicinity of the beach and pool).
In conclusion, we expected much more and were not impressed by the hotel and even shortened our stay at the hotel.

Such a beautiful spot, no beach to speak of but don't let that stop you. The terrace, deck and bar are fabulous. Spend the entire day ocean front. Great service, noise level /kid level could be toned down a bit but it was a holiday weekend.

I went here for the champagne brunch. Endless champagne for $20 on Sundays. Delicious and very good price! Food and location were perfect too. Amazing views of the water and service was great.

My older sister had her wedding at the Ritz Palm Beach 3 years ago
I went back with hopes to have my wedding reception there as well.
What an unprofessional team, they were snobby and un appreciative, no wonder they lost the Ritz name!!!!!!!!!
Stay away, Four Seasons appreciated our business and this is where we wound up!
Should have been renamed the "Ewwwww"

Used to be really nice but has gone down hill. No where near 5 star hotel. Service is horrendous. We were placed next to room blasting music and front desk could not be bothered to return call to room.

I was there for a conference and I encountered numerous issues. I had to be moved to a different room due to a leaking A/C that soaked the carpet. When the manager came in to put a towel on the carpet, the towel turned black because the carpet was so dirty. When we moved to another room, the A/C nor the iron worked properly. I was given a $200 credit towards another two-night stay. I returned with my family and still had issues. When I requested a beach bag from the cleaning lady, she gave me an old one that smelled like urine. The attendant by the beach ran my daughters down as they were walking back to the room and accused me of not paying, but I was at the bar paying for the meal. I was asked in a suspicious manner by the host if I was staying at the resort, but he did not ask the other guests that question. I hope my annual conference is not held at this resort next summer.

Eau Palm Beach was a very nice hotel. Great ambiance and food. We were greeted by name and offered champagne. We stayed on the first floor and loved the walk out patio. Kids loved the hanging clam chair. We ate dinner and breakfast at Temple Orange. The service for dinner was spectacular...at breakfast it was just ok. Unfortunately we had cold showers in the morning but it seemed that wasn't normal....hence why I gave 4 stars. Loved the beach bag in our room. The fitness room looked amazing with so many things to use but didn't have time to enjoy. The property was beautiful and staff very friendly. Would definitely recommend a stay here. When we left there was an event arriving so plan ahead as traffic to get our car was about 20 minutes.

This beautiful and inviting establishment provides every amenity you could imagine from multiple pools to a yoga studio to inviting spa treatments. The staff is especially helpful, the rooms charming, well appointed and quiet. I had a less expensive single with a "city view". The only "city" I saw consisted of the upper floors of a few nearby buildings seen thru the tops of the palm trees. And from my balcony, which was the perfect place to enjoy morning coffee, I had a lovely view of the ocean.

We arrived VERY late at night (actually very early in the morning) and I dreaded what we would find in the way of service but we were greeted, the desk was fully staffed and we were given exactly the rooms we had requested. The very efficient and solicitous young woman at the desk offered all three in our party a glass of champagne and bell service if needed. Once in my room I was very pleased to find that a reasonably comprehensive late night menu was available from in room service. This was the first of three in room dining experiences and all were perfect from delivery to consumption!

The only negative comment I might make would be regarding the two restaurants (out of the three on property) at which we dined. At Temple Orange the service was sub par and the chair I was sitting in collapsed mid meal (no, I'm not heavy at all). At Breeze the food was a disappointment. We did not dine at Angel but wish I had, the menu looked delish!

Given the opportunity I would go back for more of this delightful property. I highly recommend!!

Excellent hotel, great pool and hottub, nice rooms, ellegant lobby, tasty food at the restaurant, an absolutely amazing spa, and overall very helpful nice staff. It's also really close to a lot of great restaurants. The only downside is that the beach is on the skinnier side and there is noticable trash on it.
