Their Sunday brunch is awesome! Great (not cheap) champagne. Too many shrimp dishes. Please bring back the sea scallops!

Very friendly and professional staff. Rooms are beautiful. I stayed to attend professional development conference and was impressed with the banquet halls and conference rooms as well. Restaurant and services are very pricey so be prepared.

Classic Florida resort accommodations. They have a great breakfast buffet 7days a week.

they spent zillions in renovations and are still spending. the grounds are magnificient, the food is wonderful, do not miss sunday brunch or the friday seafood buffet, also one of the nations best pastry chefs works wonders here. ok so they raised all their prices, but still the best in the area. you get what you pay for and the four seasons charges as much for nothing

Very relaxing atmosphere and excellent amenities. I wanted a view of the ocean and tranquility. The Eau Palm Beach served up the right dosage of each. These days I long for the sound of the ocean in my room while I sip on great wine options!

We paid 800$ for one Night. Waiting 2 hours for the Room to be ready. Unfriendly Service at the front desk. Had to ask 3 times to get a clean glass at the Restaurant where we had Lunch. First and only time we will visiting this maybe 4 Star Hotel.

Mr. Weinglass said his experience was fine. He did mention that the showers were not clean.

My experience however, was not as good. The showers were not clean and ready for me to use. The steam room was not hot and did not get hot while I tried to use it. My massage was ok, but not great. The only massage therapist that I have had at. Your facility for the past 3 year as that is really good is James. He is well trained. We travel a lot and use many facilities, and the Eau Spa does not live up to what it is offering. Last year I actually switched to the Four Seasons even though it is further they offered better service.

The staff throughout the hotel does not greet or smile when you pass them in the hallways. The Delray Sands Resort and Four Seasons are much friendlier Resorts.

I go next door on the beach to the ocean bar great breakfast lunch and drinks and. you face the ocean ....the best view but bar is very small.

I stayed at this hotel for a 3-day trip. The staff was very friendly and the hotel was convenient, clean and comfortable.

We went to have lunch beachside. So beautiful there. Really great service. Our server was kind of busy and a girl named Ashley from pool area asked if we needed anything. Went out of her way to accommodate us. We will be back because of her. Thank you Ashley. You are a breath of freash air. Eau Palm Beach you got it right. Thank you also.

Service was so incredibly slow. Nice property though.

Do not stay here! The location is mediocre, and the staff is subpar. You will be charged for meals you didn't have, receive your vehicle with door dings and be treated as a criminal.

The staff had outstanding customer service! The kids club was also nice while my wife and I rekindled some flames.

It's a perfect place for romance and some mores by the fire pit on the beach. .

The experience and the location are amazing!
What I loved: The staff, the service, the location, the ocean, and the sushi at Stir Fri-Sat 6-9PM!
What can be improved: the decor is old and confusing, the food in the club level was OK, and the hotel needs to be updated. I was lucky to get a deal on their website offering buy two nights get the third night free going on now through 11/22/19.

What I didn t like: The pool and outdoor spa closed as of dusk, so whereas in other hotels you can be outside in the evening, you cannot at Eau. The beach is pitch dark and the only light outside is from the pool light or the lights from Breeze. Pretty much everything seems to close fairly early.

Will I return: Absolutely yes, but I wouldn t spend the extra money on a suite, as all the rooms are essentially the same, save the money and spend it on something else because with views like this you should be outside your room and not in it.

Most waitresses at the pools are total betches however if you asked for a manager there much Kinder and the amenities are amazing so definitely worth taking the trip. Just be weary about the employees at the pool

Overpriced for fair to mediocre however service was attentive

The room was not ready at 4 for check in. Other than that it was very nice and accommodating.

Adorable little Cabana bar Beachside, the bartender makes the best dark and stormies.

Nice resort on the beach with a couple of pools. Rooms are a little tired and could use a freshening up. Strange intermittent whirring noise above our room all night long was irritating. Good place to come if you are part of a large group booking, but you are almost a second class citizen if you come alone. Expensive rooms.

The catering director is very obnoxious, completely snob and arrogant.
I was planning my wedding there and decide to just cancel because her attitude and unwillingness to be courteous make it impossible.
Advice to the portfolio; Hire people capable no just your inner circle.
The location is not even Palm Beach.

The staff at this hotel was excellent. Valet, front desk, housekeeping, and bellmen. All we're friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and decorated in a modern beach theme. Loved the balcony.

Minor issues included light switches that make zero sense, and an inability to hook my own Roku up to the TV.

Always a solid experience at the spa. Huge fan. Another day of pure relaxation.

Excellent location just infront of Atlantic. Private beach and swimming pool good food. Specifically delicious breakfast.

they let their guests litter their resort-branded plastic cups all over the public beach and reef but will waste no time trying to run local residents off their "private beach." don't stay here.

A wonderful local treasure! Far more than a hotel, it is a place to meet and savor the finer things in life!

If I could give this hotel six stars, I would. The service was exceptional. The spa is top notch. The food and drinks were excellent. The rooms were quirky and luxurious.

I spend dinner last night at the Angle ...It was amaizing. The food was DELICIOUS!!!! But the Best was the people very Good service.... Thanks everybody.

We are Florida residents and stopped here for a mid day cocktail me a spicy watermelon marg and my husband a craft beer. We felt like we were on vacay in fact it was a DAYCAY. The hotel lobby & pool area are beautiful. Their Covid 19 protocols were great we actually felt safe the nearest people to us while at the bar area was 10-12 feet. Service was friendly and efficient. The restaurant manager came over to to see if everything was ok he was Super friendly. We will definitely go back especially when we have friends or family visiting.

Had a suite with balcony and ocean view. The view was unobstructed, the balcony large. Not a fan of the bathroom decor or layout but otherwise nice hotel.

Spent the weekend for my wife's 40th Birthday because she wanted to go there. I haven't been there since it was the Ritz-Carlton back then. Everything went well until we got there. Booked my reservations through American Express. When I got there I was greeted very kindly by the front desk. During the process I asked if they could upgrade me to a bigger room if there were any available. It was not extra because I booked it through American Express. When I got to the room it was the same one I had before 5 years ago... I then called to ask why that was and they told me that was there upgraded room.

During our stay it was pretty good. Spa was amazing and the amenities were great. Though it was hard finding the staff. Food service wasn't that good and neither was the food really. Had to send the food back because the order was wrong and our chicken was very dry and hard.

What really irritated us the most is that my wife wanted to have dinner at Angle restaurant in the hotel. We wanted to make a 7:30 reservation but the hostess advised us that they were fully booked until after 8:30. At that point we just decided to have room service but asked if there were any cancellations to please call us and let us know.

We ordered room service and around 7:45 decided to go get some drinks at the poll bar. we passed by the restaurant and saw that there were only two tables taken and were very surprised. We then headed back to our room and saw that there the restaurant was half full. I then contacted the management to let them know what happened. He told us that their reservations were full to capacity. after we hung up the manager called me back within a minute and advised me that he just found out that 27 people had cancelled and it was not a big group. He offered his apologies again and offered to send us a bottle of wine which we have declined. But he sent it to us anyways and when we left we did not take the wine.

I didn't believe this story for some reason and thought it was just a little bizarre. He was better off not calling me back to give me this story because it's so far fetched in my mind. I called this morning and spoke to another manager and told her my situation and what transpired. She told me that she would look into it and get back to me later this afternoon. So we will see what happens on their end. It's just upsetting that they are not trying to rectify this problem or offer anything in return. It wouldn't of bother me as much but considering it was my wife's 40th birthday just made it more aggravating.

I know what my wife tells me: she loves this place. I am going to have to get another job just to cover the once-a-month visits she makes here.

She says that everything here is top-shelf and that I should try it myself. That is very tempting. I have walked around a bit when I pick her up and it really is fantastically gorgeous. Maybe we'll get a couples-day when I hit the lottery.

The beds and pillows are super comfy. The rooms are quiet and nice. The staff is amazingly attentive and they offer first class service. The ambiance is wonderful, including a fire pit by the pool and live entertainment in the lounge at night. The beach is a stone's throw from the pool.

Very enjoyable, guest oriented resort. We found their culture of service to be top notch.

Enjoy the terrace near the sea.
You will not be the only one but what a serene atmosphere with your cocktail and the deckchairs that stretch out your arms ... To strongly advise ...

Amazing place, right on the beach, great customer service, very friendly, helpful and courteous staff. Very clean. Amazing pool area. Swimming in the ocean right outside your door and because of the rocks in the ocean there was a lot of marine life to see while snorkeling. My family thoroughly enjoyed our time there and we hope to go back again.

Trip of a lifetime and Eau made every minute a dream come true! Gabi and Karen P made every day special; service, attention, and forever memories. All the food and drinks at temple orange, breeze, and stir were delicious and reaonably priced. Housekeeping staff is 5 star; everyday in every way. We will save every penny it takes to stay in paradise again.

There where tiny black bugs in the corners of the bed. I could have stayed at a Best Western if I wanted to be treated like some low class citizen .
