I went to customer service just to ask some simple questions. I was pretty much pushed aside as it seems your service agent was too busy to make time for someone staying there. He seemed preoccupied with his cell phone. When i finally did get his attention, he rolled his eyes and gave me the vaguest, shortest answers to my concerns. Brent Muni was the name of this rude employee, as i made sure to get it before i left without any answers.

I figured you'd want to know about an experience like this since this is such an amazing resort and spa and given what we pay, we do expect an ounce of respect.
