Frankly, I am surprised by so many positive review...

Frankly, I am surprised by so many positive reviews. I was not quite as impressed. The food is mediocre at best , poor menu choices and service by the pool, no true beach area nor room to even walk on the beach. Service is far from the Four Seasons standards with the exception of check in . Our room was a few doors down from the elevator which we heard all day and night not to mention being able to hear our neighbors through the paper thin walls . The only plus was the room decor and bathroom decor which is very tasteful . I sat down at the end of the day after someone snatched our chairs by a cabana and a staff member immediately sat down next to me and asked me if I wanted to rent one for the day , found this quite insulting as I was not staying and there was no room on any chairs so was forced to leave For a little extra I would prefer the Four Seasons or Breakers , no comparison .
