Was just there for the SpaTech event and the property is a solid 5 star all away around. This property is actually the Ritz-Carlton once a few years back and as much as I am a RC fan Eau did a great job on the necessary changes to make it their own. The Spa is absolutely gorgeous and has all the amenities you would expect from a full service luxury spa. I am the owner of Luxury Spa Consulting, LLC and know quite a bit on this subject. Just for any of those unfamiliar with Florida, the location is on a beach which has the most clear and blue water anywhere on the east coast. I lived in Florida for 40 years and have been fishing and diving all my life and this is the spot where the gulf stream is the closest to the mainland resulting in crystal clear water and small reef system just a few 100 feet off of the beach. This property is a must if you want a getaway from traffic and the daily grind. I live on South Beach now and although it has lots to offer I would choose the Eau every-time. Food excellent, Customer Service perfect and rooms beautiful.

Pretty decent and I do like the location. It's Florida so you expect critters, but they don't respond when you point out bugs in your room. It's a bit overpriced (food especially) for the quality. Service ran the gamut from great to being totally ignored-very inconsistent. Mediocre quality for fairly expensive hotel. You can certainly spend same money for a much nicer hotel.

Very nice hotel which was formerly a Ritz-Carlton hotel. Since I the last time I visited this place, I can say that they have kept the decor and service of the Ritz. The brunch was phenomenal and for an additional $25 dollars you can add bottomless mimosas or bloody Mary's. For the latter, there's a station where you get to customize your own drink. Be mindful that the brunch is only for two hours unlike other places where brunch is usually 4 hours.

Went here for lunch. We didnt stay there. Lunch was good a bit pricey but you pay for where you are at. If you valet get your ticket validated by the restaurant to avoid the $30 cost. Great beachfront location.

this place has it all, energy drinks, coffee, pet food, yes pet food a whole room for all your needs, deli , milk, ATM., eggs, meat... almost everything except fresh produce, and how to do when you have a store in farm countryside town. the owners are nice and polite and eager to serve everyone. I was amazed just how much this little store had to offer. by the looks of it from out side seems so small. Once you go in wow. it goes back and back with almost anything you want from a convenient store. very impressed. yes it is a convenient store so no filet or prime rib but almost anything else.

We stayed here for a weekend and we couldn't be any happier. Their service and rooms are top notch. We got upgraded to a beachfront room because we wanted to take our pregnancy pictures in the room and they came out astounding Before leaving we decided to have a drink at Stir Bar and Terrace, sitting outside with ocean view and sipping a caipirinha couldn't have been a better combination. Complimentary snacks gave it a very sophisticated touch to complement the place and the cocktail. Our server, Fatih, was really friendly and professional. We're definitely coming back. Thank you! Beautiful resort in a quiet part of Manalapan (southern part of Palm Beach). The hotels restaurant "Temple Orange" was above par. Guys at the Front desk are very professional and nice. Main pool area is just as nice if not better compared to the Four Seasons down the road. Enjoyed our stay here and would definitely consider returning to the Eau.

I took my whole family to the eau for Christmas and New Years vacation. There were nine of us, from 7 to 70. The resort was totally occupied; a tough time to make everyone happy. A resort is only as good as its location, it s people and their service, and the facility. The first two were excellent. Special kudos go out to Logan at the front desk; Samia at the temple orange restaurant; Tia in the lobby lounge, and Trevor at the pool. These four individuals stood out although there were many others who also shined with all the very demanding guests. The facility takes a beating with those kinds of demand. Our room had a big plumbing issue on the next to the last but the staff was quick to move us to another room. In the new room, the television and safes did not work. I guess a place that big with that many rooms and constant change over in guests is bound to have issues. I still gave the eau five stars. Hope this is helpful to someone.

We stayed 2 nights at the EAU last May and did couples massages as well. During our stay last year we were told we would have 30 minutes of "alone relaxation" in our couples massage room. During an intimate moment staff barged into our room more than once. Because of this we didn't enjoy our massage because of the embarrassment. We were assured we would not be disturbed and that was not true. Wanting to give this establishment a 2nd try I planned a surprise stay for my wife's 40th birthday. I asked the staff on several occasions to NOT contact my wife as this was a surprise. The week before our arrival someone from the reservations team contacted my wife to confirm our stay. When my wife seemed confused the staff member said she had the wrong number but said my wife's name so when I got home A WEEK BEFORE the surprise...it was blown. I saved up for months to be able to give my wife this gift and the rug was taken out from under me and I'm NOT happy. I'd appreciate a call from a manager to discuss further

Staff extremely professional and friendly, location really great, food tastes top notch. However, everything is way overpriced compared to other high end hotels. I would've given it 4 stars because of this but the staff was so great I'm giving 5.

I thought the hotel was beautiful and the location was amazing. The fitness center was absolutely fantastic. However, I attended a very important conference as a physician and as a lecturing physician. I had to give five lectures over a period of two days and wake up very early in the morning. The room next to me, was adjoined by a door. I could hear every single sound, as it was a family of four. I voiced a complaint that I could hear everything that was going on, as the parents were not aware of how loud they and their little children were talking. At one point, security did call them and the male was very upset and cursed about getting a noise complaint. No options were offered to me, and if I were to change rooms it would be considered an upgrade and I would have to pay for it. I am a mother of three boys, so I do understand as a parent that children can be loud. However no other options were offered, the guest next-door were rude and continue to be loud. I m very disappointed that nothing else was done, especially as a physician who was attending an important conference and lecturing. I in fact had to check out a day early because I could not relax and unwind since there constant commotion next-door.

An amazing hotel. Great staff (thank you Alica). Great facilities, beach, pools, room. Also a couple of alternative breakfast restaurants nearby and a Publix about to open opposite. Would definitely return.

Marvelous resort and exceptional service. Staff really goes above and beyond. I mentioned that I wanted to play chess and they offered to drive out and get me a chess board. When I asked for wine glasses to be sent up to the room they asked if it was white or red. Everyone i spoke witg remembered my name and face. Incredibly welcoming and personable. That level of attention to detail is worth a 5 star review.

Superb. We really could not have asked for better accommodations or better staff. It seemed as though everyone went above and beyond to make our stay perfect.

The beach has eroded over the years so at high tide you can't really lay on the beach, but the pools are large and the perfect temperature. For us, the view was worth not having a lot of sand to lay on.

The restaurant was A+. It's the perfect place for a weekend get away.

My wife and I were in Fort Lauderdale for a conference and stayed at the Eau Palm Beach Resort It truly lived up to its reputation. I've stayed at hotels all over the world and I would have to say that this is the best customer service that I've ever experience. Most comfortable hotel beds, amazing room service, the best views on the Florida Coast and great access to the beach. We stayed in the King Ocean Front Suite which was worth the upgrade for the bathroom alone. Loved the rain shower head and the TV hidden in the master bath mirror. We had a couples massage in the spa which was one of our best spa experiences. We've been to great spas in Vegas and there is nothing like the Eau. The 24 hour pool is a great option and don't miss the smores by the fire pit.

Wonderful. This is a review of the hotel, spa, and Temple Orange since I met a friend from out-of-town one day and then came back for a spa day. I was here when it was the Ritz, and this is lovelier. In general, it's beautiful. Nice to see someplace today that's in the tradition of Flagler and traditionally elegant decor with chandeliers, etc rather than the usual modern, grey, sterile that's everywhere. It's the little things that make a hotel. Everyone makes you feel welcome and valued. The restaurant was good and they smartly take your name when you arrive so that your server addresses you as Mr or Ms whoever. A nice touch. The spa is spectacular. Spas are my thing, and I've been to some of the best. I prefer this spa to just about any of them. It's physically beautiful and it makes for a wonderful day. And then, at this hotel, you're overlooking the ocean, can't ask for more. We will definitely be staying at the hotel after this experience.
