Last year when I went I would have given this hotel 5 stars. I stayed there again recently and was very disappointed. The woman that seemed to always be at the front desk never had an answer to my simple questions. I had asked if it was possible to get an extra condiment pack for the coffee and she sent me to 2 other places before literally opening the cabinet right beside her and handing me one. Last year I received cute little complimentary sandals and a beach tote. This year I received neither. To my surprise, some of the other ladies received tote bags. So this was to say that the same experience was not being created across the board. I will have to say the food I ordered from room service was very tasty. But of course house keeping decided to take my food before I had even completed my meal. I had only stepped out for a little while. The situation was rectified and they sent up another meal. All I had to do was wait an hour. It was now 11 o'clock at night and I was no longer hungry. As beautiful as the hotel is, the service alone left much to be desired.
