3 out of 10 parcels that I have sent using Pgeon h...

3 out of 10 parcels that I have sent using Pgeon has been missing. I have been contacted easy parcel through livechat / email to easy parcel and Pgeon. What I received from their reply was "We had experience large volume of orders...and please expect some delay..! That's totally different story as my parcels cannot be found from the tracking system not delay issue! It already picked up since 15th Apr and now is already 24th ! Come on. I hope they could give me a good explanation and compensate for my losses.
