Do not top up with the EP if you are not finishing all your credits at one shot. the promotion period is short. if your account has credits left less than RM5, there is no way for you to finish it except continue to top up. This will lead to an non ending cycle.
The customer service is not really helpful. they take days to solve my problem. at the end it is not solved.
Lack of follow up. they do not follow up or send reminder to you about your account's status (eg, promotion period or activation period) after you signed the package. No reminder message or email received. They will just forfeit whatever you entitled silently when the day comes.
