Not even worth a star! The worst service ever! Already the third time parcel not collected according to the date I booked! When click the "Live Chat" there was non of them response more than 30 minutes! If you can't do the pick up on time what is the purpose of letting the customers to choose the parcel collection date? When contacted to their courier partner, they said they only received the notification from EasyParcel after so many days. The worst service ever I experienced. The name should named as "EasyParcel" because you don't fit to the name! When written to the service agent Ms. Eunice Khor regarding the collections for my parcel and the only answer she can give is they already notified their partner! If really notified the courier partner why the hell there is still no collection after so many days? REALLY THE WORST SERVICE EVER! DON'T USE THIS SERVICE IF DON'T WANT YOUR PARCEL TO BE DELAY.
