Always give chance to EasyParcel due to is convenience, can pick up at our location, However, the courier always din turn up, and only after you complaint to EasyParcel. Customer Experience so far is bad, hope if there is any alternative.

I sent two parcels at the same time. One to Singapore and the other to Australia, both with correct Airway Bill attached.

Easy parcel despatch first missed to pick up until I lodge a report into the system. When he came, he simply tore off the Airway Bill and brought the parcels away.

Then courier arrive late...and worst still, both parcels were swapped and sent to wrong countries.

When I emailed them about this issue, their support team nonchalantly brush off this issue as my problem and said that I don't have proof to show that they did the mistake.

Worse experience ever!!!

To me, EasyParcel is a very convenient online delivery platform which saves users time and effort in sending out parcels to people all around the world. It does not only have an important feature which allows users to compare rates and book their preferable courier from a list of multiple couriers but one thing that I like the most would be their excellent customer service. They are very meticulous in serving their customers. I highly appreciate their prompt actions in solving my problem and answering my questions which I believed is an important attribute to a business's success.

Ordered easy parcel tracking number EAA20042605750893SG for shipment from Malaysia to Singapore and pickup date was scheduled on 27th April. However, one week has passed and no one went to collect my parcel. Wrote in several email to support@easyparcel.my but there wasn't reply. I strongly advise anyone who read this to think twice before engaging their service.What has happened to my failed delivery can happen to anyone else too.

Have been using easyparcel for about a year now. Their service used to be top notch, quick replies on their live chat. Now, I'm very disappointed, It takes them a month to reply their 'live' chat. With unresponsive customer service it is very difficult for me to handle my own customers. The delivery time is promised 5-7 days but will have no tracking status update for more than a week. How can I offer this type of service to my customers and with a lack of updates? I've been bombarded with complaints due to slow delivery and I feel regret for putting in so much credits into easyparcel.

If you have a bad company, the customer service will ignore you and will ask you to wait. The credit card was posted. As a result, there is no credit in the account, and contact customer service, no one has to pay attention to me. Email them, only return one, and then no longer. True TMD company.
A company with no contact numbers. A company that ignores customers. Rotten, wait for the door to close.

wanted to give less than a star. Very bad service, parcel delayed more than a week(sending from penang island to penang island ONLY) customer service is useless, cant help to solve the problem. Only reply is to wait without lead time. Better not using a mediator. Problem can be solve immediately after i called to the courier company myself and when launch a report with the courier service is told that no report launch against the delayed parcel by easy parcel.

U burn my RM100 credit. farker i will burn u. I seldom use Easyparcel because few times the parcel not picked up and had issues. On the other hand, the mailbox shop behind my shop delivers cheaply without issues, 100% of the time. niama ke chau hai.

Booked for pgeon yesterday and they just picked it up from me. This is my 5th parcel and all deliveries is working well. Sometimes there were some little hiccups but Easyparcel team is able to help me swiftly. Recommended for online sellers as the price is really attractive (RM5.90 for 5kg) and service is good.

Should be renamed UneasyParcel. Treat this solely as a courier comparison platform and go elsewhere to send your goods. After dealing with UneasyParcel via online chat and email, I realize it's worth paying the difference for good service because UnEasyParcel's staff repeatedly tells me not to send the things I need to send. Even when I argue that I've sent these items via courier and tell them which ones accept what items. Maybe UneasyParcel wants to keep it easy for itself by only sending documents, clothes and toys.

If you are planning to use EasyParcel, please make sure that you take photos of every single parcel together with their weights. Sent 12 parcels to Singapore of which all were of similar weights. Aramex International disputed the weights of 3 of my parcels. Despite providing evidences [customers' invoices and weights of my items (t-shirts)] that Aramex International's weight disputes do not make sense, EasyParcel came back to me with 3 blurry photos from Aramex International and that's it! Lesson learned! After I've finished the credit from my current top-up, will source for another more reliable shipping platform with better customer service.

Poor pick-up service time wise. Never experienced pick-up as booked. Always 2-3 days late. No solution provided by customer support. Not recommended if prompt delivery affects your business. Easy Parcel should make it CLEAR that pick ups are ALWAYS missed before accepting payment for their services .

Not recommended. Bad service. Can not comunicate with easy parcel if there is a problem especially the item is not pick up, until the customer is angry.

As a seller, I have lost the customer, and my rating is falling as a trusted seller, not because of my fault, but one of easyparcel, and also the wrong person and the loss.

Easyparcel is just a good service point, low price, but it's a good service to know what it's like. Make a report, no matter what the email is. Easy parcel is like no one works. Because it's a chat, no call, no email is sent back.

Sy was very disappointed with srvis easy parcel. Money can be refunded x can.

Easy Parcel doesn t make your life so Easy after all. What a joke! FAKE & SCAM! GO READ the NEGATIVE REVIEWS in FACEBOOK! Do not go for these intangible platform online services because if anything goes wrong , you cannot contact them. Easy Parcel is also very bad at choosing and managing their third party courier services. One bad courier company, tarnish the rest. My advise - Next time go for reputable ones like Poslaju or DHL (walk in)!

Absolutely lousy services, collection of item was missed and even before the collection time, i reminded the customer service on the pickup of item. All they can say is "we have sent the courier service provider a reminder". The system only registers that the order for this shipment is received ,nothing further.

Before i know about Easyparcel, i need to manually write customer details on the awb, bring my parcels to courier office and queue up at courier office. Now, i can sit at my house while printing the consignment note and wait for the courier to come pick up the parcel at my house. Easyparcel helps to make my life easier and convenient.

If I can rate negative stars, I would rate them -5 stars! Waited the whole day for pick up of parcel, talked to them to check and make sure parcel is picked up today, but STILL NO ONE CAME TO PICK UP my parcel!! Useless company, terrible service, absolute regret giving them a try for parcel delivery!

Would have been so much easier for me to just send it MYSELF.
Blardy useless!

Reply to easy parcel : DON'T BOTHER! I have dropped it off to the post office myself after 2 days of NO pickup. First and LAST time of using your service.

Bad and slow service. The company hold my parcel for no reason. Been waiting for almost a week. No contact number/hotline provided, just an email for customers to reach. The HQ told me that they are trying to push my parcel for delivery, but nothing happen.

EasyParcel uses third party courier services to deliver packages from point A to point B. If all goes well, I'm sure they're a fantastic service to use. However, in the event of mismanaged packages/delays, the courier service will not entertain your calls/requests. You will need to speak to Easy Parcel (who are only available via live chat and email) and try to have a three way resolution between customer, easy parcel and the courier service. You can ready all their negative reviews - they are all related to how unhelpful their customer service desk is.

I shipped my package on 29th July. The ETA for delivery was 03rd August. It's 07th September today and I still have no update/clarification/ETA from TNT or EasyParcel on my package. You can't speak to a supervisor or escalate the issue because EasyParcel is a live-chat/email platform only. They won't give you any refund options or claim for delayed/lost packages.

My two cents - If you are sending time-sensitive / critical / expensive items - spend the extra dollar and partner directly with a good courier service (not TNT!!). It might be worth the peace of mind.

Also - check them out on Facebook and try reading the comments people have left under their posts. You can't, because they hide them. That shows a company that is willing to hide their customer complaints rather than fixing them.

Update: 07th September - Their customer service replies (without checking with TNT or waiting for an update from TNT) forcing me to pay an incorrect warehousing charge. I called up TNT and they give me a different story. Stay away from EasyParcel. It's not worth the headache.

Update: 10th September - after 6 weeks, the package was finally delivered.

Their customer service is always busy and will only reply after an eternity, said will pick up but never come and pick up, if my parcel can walk, it already reach the receiver by itself. Recommending everyone to use DELVYA rather than EzParcel. Also recommend easy parcel to change their name to DifficultParcel.
