TLDR: Use another courier service. Save alllll the hassle.

I had a very good first experience but a terrible and not over yet second experience.

1. They didn't come for pick up on the stated date and didn't even inform me about it. It was only when I made noise that they told me "sorry etc etc" a bit too late but okay, benefit of the doubt.

2. After 3 weeks, I notice parcel still in Malaysia... I talk to their customer service which just keeps telling me the same thing over and over again even after I have expressed I am unhappy with how things are. This parcel was supposed to be a surprise for one of my best buds in Singapore but thanks to easyparcel, it has transitioned to a "surprise! I'm late!" parcel. They tell me it is due to MCO, pandemic etc etc.. Again, benefit of the doubt given.

3. Now close to a month and the parcel is STILL IN MALAYSIA... Sigh. No apology from easyparcel on the tardiness... When I contact them to ask for an explanation, they tell me the same thing... pandemic problems, mco problems... and that other courier services are experiencing same thing. But I am also using other courier services and no problem faced such as easyparcel.

4. Tell me contradicting stories. According to tracking, it says it reached Singapore customs but when I speak to agent, agent tells me still in Malaysia.. aih.

My recommendation, please just use another courier service. Talking to them also no point. Typical excuses... I have given them many chances, asked them several times but talking to a brick wall seems better.

When I asked to speak to a manager or where I could file a complaint, they sent me the contact us URL. At this point I am just laughing at the whole situation.. lol. Bottom line...

Just use another courier service.
