This company has been like a team of superheroes! 1st, they send super knowledge man. He will find out all that may be in need of help on your roof and tells you step by step what needs to be done.2nd, he takes care of all the insurance issues,permits and all the legalities which can be a pain. But all sweet with DBS. 3rd, Then superman shows up and before you know all materials are on your roof with the least amount of noise and rubble; trust me, I work from home and didn't need to have the noise while I work on the phone all day. No problems there. 4th-Then they send this group of super ant guys which you hardly see but they get the job done fast and very efficient, actually excellent work. 4th AND VERY IMPORTANT- In office they have Brooke, actually like to call her Superwoman, she will do whatever it takes to help out financially if you have deductible issues or just need some extra cash to cover all extra corners wether it has to do with your roof or not. She is part of The Rocks that makes this company a good builder. Thank you for the good job you did on my house which im hoping it will be the last time this roof gets done. Way to go DBS. Excellent service all round. Handled all aspects of the roof replacement requiring very little input from us. Paperwork/background work handled very efficiently and actual replacement took just one day. By the time they left you'd never have known they'd been - apart from the new roof! No hesitation in recommending.

Started the process of my new roof back in June 2016, started refinancing my house so it got put on hold. My refinance took over 18 weeks. Dynasty was understanding once I said my lawyer suggested I wait to do the roof after the refinance. Who knew the refinance would take that long. Finally had the new roof put on the last week in December, process took a day. Looks great, but I'm not an expert so can't really say if it's functioning properly besides there not being any visible leaks. Either way there is a warranty on it so it's fine. Only thing I had a problem with is during the initial meeting to set everything up, I was told it's company policy to call the home owner for approval of extra material. Low and behold I recieved my final invoice and there's an extra charge. I call and explain and am told by the office lady that no one left her a note to call me if needed and that it was someone's else's mistake and she was sorry. I was never transfered over to management or offered a refund. I work in customer service and that is what can make or break a company. However I am happy with my new roof.

The company was only interested in getting the insurance company to pay them for my roof whether it was an insurance claim or not? I hung up on them. Did not feel right

Have been working on an insurance claim going on a year now and they have been so helpful throughout the process. The installation was done very well. Victor made sure he was involved in the process personally to make sure things went smoothly.

Unprofessional and dishonest. They sent two unexperienced guy to butch up my roof and leave the place full of nails. They overdrafted my bank account and I had to threaten them before they refunded me. Roof is awful and uneven and they never told the price, just taking all the insurance money. Stay away from them, very dishonest and unskilled.

Dynasty Building Solutions is God sent! My insurance company did not want to cover damage to my roof due to winds, but Dynasty Building Solutions change that. I'm now 100% covered for my roof (minus my low deductible). Working with all of the representatives at Dynasty, to move through the process of a roof install has been seamless thus far; especially working with Brian Wright. He was extremely knowledgeable about the process and guided us through making decisions on shingle type and color. Truly a great experience.

Wish I could give 0 stars!!! Schedule appointment to get estimate on replacing my 20+ year old roof. The person sent was a NO show. The person was to call me right before getting to my house so I could meet them (I am working 3 minutes away). I left where I was working early not to miss them. Was at home 10 minutes before schedule appointment time. The person never called and did not show up. I waited over an hour, just incase he was running a little late. I did not even get a call from this companies office to apologize and possible reschedule, but noting, This is not very professional, not calling and not showing up. Is this how this company works?

Dynasty Building Solutions have the Best group of employess I have ever encountered. From the sales reps to the office they all had the same qualities. EVERY ONE was Friendly but professional, informative, actually listened about my finances, was honest and realistic . They helped me with filing insurance claim
And spent the whole 5 months helping through my insurance process. I would never made it if it had not been the office personnel. All the sales reps, inspectors those came into my home I felt safe. I recommend Dynasty Building Solutions on the merit due to the high quality of their company personnel.

From the initial meeting to the end of the process Dynasty has been there to help us with our new roof. Dealing with Insurance company is one big pain but the office staff take care of all of the for you. The backbone of this operation is Yessie she works closely with your Insurance company and reassures that everything will work out in the end she is a true asset to the company. Hopefully her bosses will see this and give a BIG BONUS she deserves it. Also a shout out to the workers my roof looks beautiful along with my neighbor s roofs they came on time did a professional job and cleaned up right away. I would recommend this company any day .

Dynasty was recommended by a good friend of mine and I am so glad i took her advice. Sal is terrific and they are very thorough in how they say the process is going to work and make sure you are aware of what the next steps are going to be. The installation was a one day affair and we were impressed at how quick but efficiently they worked. Anytime we have needed any information we have contacted Sal and he was always quick to respond. When we thought we had a leak shortly after the install, Robert from Dynasty responded quickly and discovered that instead it was an air duct that was leaking because of some air conditioning service we had done. He even recorded a video and sent it to us. Everyone at Dynasty building solution works together to make sure the customer is happy.

Dynasty replaced our house roof a year ago and during the tropical storm Emily we discovered we had a leak on our back porch. I called them to come look at it and let us know what are options were. They were here within 5 hours and the guy looked it over and found out that the problem was a little area that had not sealed properly to begin with. He fixed the problem and was on his way .. That is the kind of stand behind your work you get with Dynasty Building Solutions. Thank you

I am still in the process of trying to get insurance to pay the claim. My case has been referred to a public adjuster.
After it being reviewed for two weeks I called for an update. I was asked did the adjuster call you to make an appointment? No he did not.
I had to call three days in a row and finally was told, the public adjuster will have his wife to call you to make an appointment.
I received a text a short time later asking to come at 315pm in 3 days. I work until 5pm. I cannot just take off work on short notice. I provided alternate dates and times and was told she would get back to me. I did not hear anything back by end of business today.

Customer service from the office staff at Dynasty is hit or miss so far and rethinking the whole thing after reading additional reviews tonight.
If their public adjuster can t even get his wife to make an appointment with a customer then how is anything gonna get done?

I keep trying to go with the process but am definitely losing patience. A friend recommended this company, but he is working with the Sarasota office I think. He has had a great experience. But dealing with the Tampa office has been confusing and frustrating.

I used them to put on a brand new roof. The actual workers, the ones that actually give this company the good reputation are AWESOME! They did a great job. BUT...The office staff are a bunch of incompantants with no integrity. They will yes you to death and none of your concerns are passed on. The person who's job is to deliver the trash container thinks he's the Boss and will tell you he is,"lies". The only person that made any sinse was Brian the agent who met with me in the begaining. He tried to do a good job but even he , at the end, was caught in a lie he didn't own up to. I even refered them to a Friend of mine John, and they never showed up for the appointment. Most likely it was never scheduled.

The team at Dynasty Building Solutions was professional, timely and thorough. They were able to provide responses to all my questions and provided detailed explanations before and after the work was done. They care about the customer and try their best to meet the customer s needs and expectations.

This company is very unorganized. They do not prioritize you unless you are working with an insurance claim so they can maximize their money. It has been over a month that my wife and I have asked for an estimate to pay out of pocket and NO ONE has gotten back to us. I have left multiple messages, called multiple times and no one answers the phone. PLEASE DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY. they will sell you dreams and keep their word. I am not the 1st person to say this. I was referred by a friend to this company who has an insurance claim and was working with them he says they PAY PEOPLE TO LEAVE GOOD REVIEWS!! DON'T GO BY THEIR REVIEWS. Their customer service SUCKS!!!! They kept changing my friends start date for his roof. I SUGGEST NO ONE GO WITH THEM. AS I SAID BEFORE THEY PAY HOMEOWNERS TO LEAVE REVIEWS!!!!!!!!

DBS is a great company to work with! They are always sending over new jobs to our company Ark Seamless Gutters to help do the Gutter Installations and repairs. Brooke is very good at what she does and is always on top of things there. Highly recommend!

First let me start by saying, Dynasty Building Solutions is the way to go. From the sales team, finance team, office workers, and the roofers who did the hard labor, prompt, courteous, respectful, and fast working. I mentioned a couple of concerns to the project manager before they started and he addressed them immediately. The roof came out great and looks very good. DBS employees are dedicated to pleasing the customer and to make the experience easy going and worry free. Thanks DBS for a job well done!

Dynasty Building Solutions replaced my roof, it looks great, the workers let me know when they arrived, were fast, cleaned up the yard, let me know they were done so I could inspect the yard. I am very pleased with this company.

We are very satisfied with our roof work. Very diligent workers crew. Finished the work speedy, and suprising us;the satellite removal, was not completely removed. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!
Started working with them to redo my roof, then another company under bid them so obviously I went with the other company. A month later they are trying to charge me $2200 to cancel with their company. Not only was the communication process TERRIBLE, but they're a definite RIP OFF because they charged me way more than their competitors, and now are trying to figure out a way to squeeze even more money out of me for them not even doing the work!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Dynasty Building Solutions did our total roof replacement and they were fantastic- from our Rep Sal - he's been phenomenal, to the girls in the office - Karena, Kaitlyn, Anissa & Brooke, and day of install - Robert & crew, 5 Stars! Sal made the process painless & stress-free and Robert even trimmed my palm tree! Great company, even better people with in the company!

I can't say enough good things about Dynasty Building Solutions. My wife's parents were ripped off by a roofing company that stole their money and didn't do the job. When Victor the owner of Dynasty Building Solutions heard about it, he personally took care of my inlaws like family.
Since that time, we have used Victor's company for several different roofing jobs and can recommend with confidence.

Dynasty Building Solutions, replaced my roof, came in and did a perfect Job, I would use them again and I would recommend them.

I had my roof done a bout a year ago. Although I had my reservations about going with Dynasty I have to say I am unbelievably happy with the job they did and my roof is BEAUTIFUL!! They were very professional and clean. I can be a very difficult customer, but they knew how to handle me and ease my fears. Victor helped me every step of the way, as well as his team! Thank you Dynasty building solutions!

The people I spoke to in order to get my roof replaced were professional and friendly, the roofing job was completed very well although there was a nail that I stepped on when asked to look at the roof, one nail missed no biggie, a shot and antibiotics needed but nothing from the co nor an accident report. The worst experience was in trying to pay them. I had to text the first gentleman and ask him to please take my money. Their administration dept is rude and they tried to overcharge me as well as my insurance co stating if the insurance co sends more than the billed amount they still deserve it.. They accused me of being in breach of contract via an email to my insurance co until I sent a copy of the receipt they sent me proving my deductible and upgrade payment made days prior, no apology. They also told a neighbor they had issues in getting paid by me. So out ethics! The insurance co had to get involved place a stop payment and issue a check for a lesser amount, they even tried to get me to sign the stop pay check as well as the revised check. I spoke to 3 people in admin and only 1 treated me respectfully. The response given to my review was ridiculous. I have emails and texts should anyone wish to confirm my review I would be happy to prove it. And if I would like to discuss I can call you? I already stated that I felt I was not treated with respect why should I call you? Having been in customer service for over 40 years expecting me to call you about a poor experience I had is not customer centric. I received a check in the mail with credit written on the top of the stub. I have emailed since 8/10 4 times because I want in writing an answer to what that check is for and have received NO response. After 5th email received a response of after reviewing my information it was for my inconvenience I handling, thank you I will donate to my local charity the $150.00 in full.

I was looking for local roofing companies to replace our roof, and I'm glad I dug deeper. It turns out that the guy who runs this company, Victor Lupus, is a felon.

I dodged a bullet here. There's no chance I'm letting these people into my house.

Was a week past start date due to weather but completed the whole roof in a single day cleaned everything up and it looks amazing!

I ended up going with Dynasty building solutions. I think they sub-contracted the work. I hired a 3rd party to do a roof inspection once it was completed. Apparently the shingles package comes with some damaged shingles and they were not supposed to use those damaged ones. But the roofing guys did not remove those damaged ones and ended up installing many damaged shingles on my roof (pics attached) I contacted Dynasty and they sent a post production guy to remove those damaged shingles (over 25 damaged ones), but basically I now have a new roof with over 25 patches! Post production guy who works for Dynasty said they should replace the entire shingles...but he said company of course won't do that. It might be a good idea to hire a 3rd party to inspect the work once its completed. Dynasty's staff are great, quick response. in my case I think the subcontractors did a poor job.

I've been working with Dynasty Building Solutions for almost a year on a roof replacement insurance claim. They helped me through the whole process and made sure I knew my rights as a homeowner. When we reached the point for the work to take place, Dynasty kept in touch and kept me informed throughout the whole process. They answered any questions and completed their work promptly. The roof replacement is great quality.

The experience with Dynasty was excellent from the beginning. Every time I called I spoke in Spanish (I have more command of Spanish than English) and I always received excellent guidance and help from Jessica Vargas. I always answered my calls regardless of the hours and frequency of the calls. Thank you Dynasty for having such an excellent staff as Jessica who is also a 5 star in customer service field as well as firm.

Dynasty did a great job on our roof. A representative came out and gave us an estimate, showed us color choices as well as pictures of the color choices on homes that they had recently done. They were efficient and reasonably priced. Got the job done in one day! Casey, our project manager was great! She was very informative and helped us along the way with our questions. From the beginning of the roof inspection over a year ago Dynasty building Solutions was very helpful with the assistance on submitting a claim. The service they provided me as a homeowner made me 100% sure who I was going to use when I changed out my roof. Of course when the time came April 2019 they did an incredible job. Very professional and the crew changed out all of the rotted wood. I want to say Thank you to Brett for helping me through a difficult time. Almost forgot if you are questioning to get a solar attic vent ......DO IT! Well worth the investment.

Nice and competent folks. However like the other contractors in this industry, their costs escalate from what is contracted, forcing you to drop line items from the contract.

The battle then is to collect the money that they owe you (typical situation when insurance claim settlement is involved). It is like pulling teeth. I have involved local BBB to mediate. Lets see how that goes.

Edit 2/1/19: Brooke reached out from the company assuring that they are issuing a refund. Her leadership changed my view of the company resulting in a 5-star rating. Apart from this glitch, their work and their timelines are very precise.

We had a really great experience working DBS they showed great professionalism and helped us get the roof that we wanted! we would definitely recommend DBS to everyone!

Dynasty Building replaced the roof on my house. The overall process was great. They did what they said they would do. The roof was done in the time frame that was promised. We had one minor leak and they fixed the leak the same day.

I would like to have had better communication with their office. It seemed that they lack in organization.

Overall it was a pleasant experience.

It took a year for them to get my insurance company to approve it. Then, they didn't have the pre-inspection so now the final isn't done. My roof was put on July 2nd. I call and they all tell me the scheduler will call me but never does. I have an open permit on my home and a notice of commencement so I can't refinance my house until they do their job that has already been paid for. I regret ever opening my door to them when they knocked.

Dynasty has completely taken care of my roof from start to finish. I could not be happier with the outcome. They covered my roof and interior damage at no cost to me. I give them an 11 out of 10

I am still getting puncture wounds from roofing nails never being picked up. RIP: lawn mower tire, trailer tire, right foot Crocs and $400 snake skin boots.

The installation crew for Dynasty Building Solutions is absolutely TOP NOTCH !
They addressed all the problems with the original install that Lennar Homes made in 2000!

This company is great to deal with. We had the pleasure of working with a project manager named Sal and his assistant Amanda. Sal came out to our home and we felt like we were treated as family. He made the process quick and easy. And the quality of the roof install surpassed our expectations.

We just got approved by our home owners insurance for replacement of our roof. We are very thankful for Dynasty Building Solutions for introducing us to this option, which we had no idea that would be possible. Sincerely, at first we were a little bit skeptical, it seemed too good to be true, the home owners insurance fully paying for roof replacement. However, after the second visit from Sam and Zurina, who were very patient explaining to us the whole process we decided to go ahead and try it. Dynasty made it very easy, they took care of all the calls and arrangements with the homeowner insurance company. The approval process was very quickly and we have the appointment set up for the service. Sal, the P.C., was very nice explaining how the roof replacement will be done and helped us to choose the best color for our roof. Thanks all of the Dynasty group specially Sal, Sam and Zurina who have directly worked with us.

This company was the 4th roofing company I have used for a new roof and by far the best. From the front office, to the inspector, to the roofers they were all great. Kept the area clean, used quality materials, excellent roofers.

We are so happy with our new roof. Sal was very knowledgeable with the workings of the insurance company and the company handled all the details. The work they did was outstanding. It s been almost 2 months since we ve had our roof started , but the job still has not been completed. Dynasty claims they are waiting on a supplement from our insurance company to put a ridge cap on our screened lanai . Insurance has already paid for the supplies and they should have included price for scaffold in original estimate if they knew that s what they needed to complete the job ! So after many attempts to reach someone and being told they would get back to us , we get an email from Victoria W. Stating that we can either keep waiting for them to get the supplement from insurance company or pay the money ourselves and wait to be reimbursed she even followed the question up with a nice which would you prefer , very condescending if you ask me . If this company cares anything about promoting good customer service , they would just complete the job . It was their mistake for not including cost of scaffold to begin with and not our mistake pay for !

After the review we were contacted by dynasty and they were at our house the very next day . Job was completed the day after that and they gave us a lot of upgrades that were truly appreciated . Our roof is beautiful and our lanai looks brand new !

My experience with Dynasty solutions, was great, roof looks great. But start a leak in garage they send 2 different employees to fix and problem persists until they send Jeronimo that gentleman was outstanding. I had some some damage to my roof and found this company on google. They had great reviews and I wanted to make sure I added to them because my experience was terrific. The customer service was fast and spot on. Most importantly I have a beautiful new roof. They make things really easy. I would definitely use them again.

The best advice that i can give anyone reading this is to RUN!!! Run as far away as you can from this business . At first i thought i was being too sensitive because i felt like i was being double talked and they were being deliberately deceitful.... i told myself it was all in my head. But when the price kept changing the scope kept changing and so forth i told myself it was because im not the expert they are.... but when i saw the products they had delivered didnt match what i was quoted and paid for i knew something was wrong. Dont take my word for it Google the owners name and youll see for yourself the character of the person youre dealing with. There are way too many awesome companies out there that do roofing for you to take this big of a risk in my opinion.

Dynasty has been great this company help me get a new roof with the claim from my insurance company. From the first visit all the way to the end.One of the representative name Ivan Goins were very active in responding to every call and question I had if he did not know the answer he would find someone that did and get back to me promptly. Sometimes with bad weather the timelines change and they lose comms with the customer, but in the end everything is exactly what they promised. New roof adds huge value to my home. This company did a great jobs to change the new roof for my house, kitchen ceiling repair and an other bigger room s 20 feet s high ceiling replacement repair. This company has been terrible in their workmanship, customer service, response time, and everything in between. I purchased a house in Sept 2017 that had its roof completely replaced by Dynasty Building Solutions in Oct 2016. After purchasing the house, i went up into the attic and to my surprise, I found a hole the size of a potato in the roof ply wood. I could see that there was extensive water damage to this section of the roof which occurred over a long period of time and was even more baffled when i could see the bottom of the shingles through the physical hole. There wasn't even tar paper between the shingles and the plywood. To make things even worse, I have been unable to get Dynasty to do anything about it. They contend that the workmanship warranty is non-transferable and that as the new homeowner I am not covered by the warranty. The thing that I don't understand is why in the world would this section of the roof not be repaired, replaced, or even acknowledged at the time of installation. I've spoken to the previous homeowner's and even they have said that they would never recommend Dynasty to anyone based on their experience working with them. I just hope they will make this right and replace what they should have addressed a year ago.
