I am still in the process of trying to get insurance to pay the claim. My case has been referred to a public adjuster.
After it being reviewed for two weeks I called for an update. I was asked did the adjuster call you to make an appointment? No he did not.
I had to call three days in a row and finally was told, the public adjuster will have his wife to call you to make an appointment.
I received a text a short time later asking to come at 315pm in 3 days. I work until 5pm. I cannot just take off work on short notice. I provided alternate dates and times and was told she would get back to me. I did not hear anything back by end of business today.
Customer service from the office staff at Dynasty is hit or miss so far and rethinking the whole thing after reading additional reviews tonight.
If their public adjuster can t even get his wife to make an appointment with a customer then how is anything gonna get done?
I keep trying to go with the process but am definitely losing patience. A friend recommended this company, but he is working with the Sarasota office I think. He has had a great experience. But dealing with the Tampa office has been confusing and frustrating.
