This company has been terrible in their workmanship, customer service, response time, and everything in between. I purchased a house in Sept 2017 that had its roof completely replaced by Dynasty Building Solutions in Oct 2016. After purchasing the house, i went up into the attic and to my surprise, I found a hole the size of a potato in the roof ply wood. I could see that there was extensive water damage to this section of the roof which occurred over a long period of time and was even more baffled when i could see the bottom of the shingles through the physical hole. There wasn't even tar paper between the shingles and the plywood. To make things even worse, I have been unable to get Dynasty to do anything about it. They contend that the workmanship warranty is non-transferable and that as the new homeowner I am not covered by the warranty. The thing that I don't understand is why in the world would this section of the roof not be repaired, replaced, or even acknowledged at the time of installation. I've spoken to the previous homeowner's and even they have said that they would never recommend Dynasty to anyone based on their experience working with them. I just hope they will make this right and replace what they should have addressed a year ago.
