The people I spoke to in order to get my roof replaced were professional and friendly, the roofing job was completed very well although there was a nail that I stepped on when asked to look at the roof, one nail missed no biggie, a shot and antibiotics needed but nothing from the co nor an accident report. The worst experience was in trying to pay them. I had to text the first gentleman and ask him to please take my money. Their administration dept is rude and they tried to overcharge me as well as my insurance co stating if the insurance co sends more than the billed amount they still deserve it.. They accused me of being in breach of contract via an email to my insurance co until I sent a copy of the receipt they sent me proving my deductible and upgrade payment made days prior, no apology. They also told a neighbor they had issues in getting paid by me. So out ethics! The insurance co had to get involved place a stop payment and issue a check for a lesser amount, they even tried to get me to sign the stop pay check as well as the revised check. I spoke to 3 people in admin and only 1 treated me respectfully. The response given to my review was ridiculous. I have emails and texts should anyone wish to confirm my review I would be happy to prove it. And if I would like to discuss I can call you? I already stated that I felt I was not treated with respect why should I call you? Having been in customer service for over 40 years expecting me to call you about a poor experience I had is not customer centric. I received a check in the mail with credit written on the top of the stub. I have emailed since 8/10 4 times because I want in writing an answer to what that check is for and have received NO response. After 5th email received a response of after reviewing my information it was for my inconvenience I handling, thank you I will donate to my local charity the $150.00 in full.
