Started the process of my new roof back in June 20...
Started the process of my new roof back in June 2016, started refinancing my house so it got put on hold. My refinance took over 18 weeks. Dynasty was understanding once I said my lawyer suggested I wait to do the roof after the refinance. Who knew the refinance would take that long. Finally had the new roof put on the last week in December, process took a day. Looks great, but I'm not an expert so can't really say if it's functioning properly besides there not being any visible leaks. Either way there is a warranty on it so it's fine. Only thing I had a problem with is during the initial meeting to set everything up, I was told it's company policy to call the home owner for approval of extra material. Low and behold I recieved my final invoice and there's an extra charge. I call and explain and am told by the office lady that no one left her a note to call me if needed and that it was someone's else's mistake and she was sorry. I was never transfered over to management or offered a refund. I work in customer service and that is what can make or break a company. However I am happy with my new roof.
