I was approached by David, a field representative for DBS. He explained the entire procedure for me to get a new roof. After I verified the information he provided to be true and correct I set up an appointment to have my roofed installed. They sent another representative to to explain in detail all they would do and to pick out the type and color of shingle. The crew was amazing. They all worked in unison which made sure the roofing job was completed in an organized and proficient manner. I believe I talked to every employee at the office with all my questions and concerns. Each and every time they were professional, courteous and understanding and they always answered my questions with honesty and integrity. I am very distrustful of businesses of today. It seems some businesses will deceive you regarding products, quality and price. My experience with Dynasty was quite the opposite. They understood how concerned I was about unforeseen cost and were very detailed and honest about possible extra cost. Fortunate for me, my out of pocket was hundreds less then I expected.

Had Dynasty come out to give us an estimate for a complete roof replacement. The gentleman who came out was very nice, took pictures of our damaged roof and assured us that with the amount of damage there was, our insurance would cover it. We filled out all the paperwork, had the man who came out file the claim for us and we were happy with the visit. He told us to call them when the insurance adjuster contacted us to make the appointment so that he could come out at the same time and show the adjuster all the damage and dispute anything the adjuster might try to deny. We even sent him to our next door neighbor because they were having similar issues with their roof. We're happy, our neighbors are happy, and everything seems great, right? No. Fast forward to me setting up the appointment with the adjuster and calling Dynasty to get the gentleman who originally came out and took the pictures to come out and go over the damage with the adjuster. It turns out that the original guy who came out was just a salesman, and they were sending a project manager out to walk with the adjuster. The project manager came out, met with the adjuster, did not go over the damages that were discovered by the salesman with him, and took no pictures of any of the damages. After about 15-30 minutes, they were both ready to leave. The project manager told us we should hear something within 7-10 business days from the adjuster, but if we didn't, to call him. Sure, no problem. A few days later, my wife and I found a new leak coming into the house, and called the project manager so that he could add that to the claim. He came out and had me email him the pictures of the water coming into the house. He told us he would submit that with everything else. Fast forward another week. We haven't heard anything from anyone, so my wife calls our insurance company. Keep in mind this is now about 20 days after our initial visit from Dynasty. Our insurance company tells us that the claim was filed the day after the initial visit, but Dynasty had submitted no proof of any damages. All those pictures they took, and the ones I took and emailed them, were NEVER SENT to the insurance company. Naturally, we call the project manager. He answers by saying "oh I guess you're calling because you found out your claim was denied by the insurance company". No, actually we weren't. We wanted to know why he hadn't done his job by sending the proof of damage in the pictures, but at this point, we took his response as a sign that we shouldn't use Dynasty. Come to find out, the claim was denied because of lack of proof of damage and a ridiculously high estimate of $23,000 for a full roof replacement. For reference, EVERY other roofing company who has given us an estimate has been between $8500 and $9300 for a full replacement. They literally tried to rip off my insurance company and pocket the extra money. Here's the real kicker: DYNASTY DID THE EXACT SAME THING TO MY NEIGHBOR THAT WE REFERRED TO THEM. Literally the same thing. Didn't send proof of damage in pictures and asked for a ridiculously high amount of money in the estimate. In short, Dynasty is a dishonest, swindling company that is not interested in helping people fix their houses and only want to get their hands on as much money as they can. Truly despicable.
I had hail damage occur in May. They came out convince me how wonderful their company was and from the couple of reviews I saw I believed them.. Here we are five months later my roof has just finally been completed but it s not done 100%. It did not pass inspection, they had to remove shingles for the inspector and were told to replace Them this was over a week ago and they still have not. They are required to also do another test to pass inspection which they have not done. The company does not communicate with you it is the most unprofessional company you ll ever encounter. They damaged my gutters during the roof installation and are trying to get my insurance company to pay for I got a replacement when they created the damage! They also damage the interior of my home while installing the skylights them this was over a week ago and they still have not. They actually had the nerve to show up at my home today And ask for me to endorse over the insurance check! The work isn t even complete and I can t get anyone to come finish anything but they want to deposit the check? This is been the worst experience ever! My next-door neighbor also went with this company she s also we had five months her experience is far worse she hast to have the entire thing redone meaning the entire roof redone when it s only halfway complete she s had water pouring in her home when it rains because they did the work in correctly which is why it didn t pass inspection and they re giving her excuses that they re waiting for the materials to arrive. She has extensive interior damage that they re supposed to fix but in my opinion she needs to get a lawyer

The company is very professional. The set up was smooth and the went perfectly. There was a project manager on scene every day to supervise the work. I was so impressed by the way they did the job so smoothly. The men cleaned up everything and were in out and like lightning. The roof is beautiful and my neighbors and friends admire it.

We had a great experience with Dynasty Building Solutions. My father-in-law referred us after they were able to replace his roof for only the deductible cost. They have a great team that looks for storm/hail damage and then helps you process the claim with your insurance company. Brian was very helpful in explaining the process. My wife was hesitant due to a lot of the insurance jargon, but Brian clarified it all. Chris was our quality control man who oversaw the project. He was very helpful and professional in his managing of the crew. Javi dropped off the dumpster and made sure we could get in and out of the house. My wife spoke with Anisa, the office manager (?), and said she was very professional and made sure we had all the information we needed quickly. And finally Jesus was the crew leader on the roof. He did a thorough job of making sure the house was clear and there were no nails on the floor. He was in constant communication with us. Plus, you get a referral check if the person you refer goes ahead with the insurance claim.... so tell 'em I sent you! :) Oh yeah, and the roof looks great! I was referred to Dynasty through a co-worker that recently had them complete some home renovations. I can honestly say that I am delighted that I chose to work with them as well. I had some storm damage to my roof and didn t know where to begin, I contacted the number given to me and within two days an employee was out at my home to inspect the roof and explained what needed to be done for the repairs. They were prompt and courteous and even during the holidays maintained the timeline that was told to me. I spoke to Brooke several times in the office and she graciously answered my countless questions. Sal educated me on the various roof types and helped me chose something that complimented my home well. Sal the sales rep was good at explaining the details of how the job was going to get done .The job was done on the time I was promised. I tried paying some of my fees but Covid affected their whole departments. I needed to get my bill adjusted but I couldn t reach anyone. Instead of returning my calls and left messages the company put a lien on my house. I tried avoiding all this but yet we are here. Work is great but they just need to work on communicating back.
Dynasty took control of all the measures necessary for an insurance claim to replace my roof. They dealt with the insurance company and any troubles that I as an owner would had to deal with. All of the office staff I communicated with were very well informed and professional. I'd like to give special thanks to Karena, Sal and Brett who went out of their way to care about my satisfaction. Very happy with the new roof Dynasty has completed. I would recommend using them to others. They even assisted with repairing a leak that occurred in my additional sunroom.
Like others, Dynasty came to me offering to repair my roof by working with my insurance to perform the work at minimal cost to me. While they did get my insurance company to cover the costs, it was a nightmare coordinating between Dynasty and my insurance company and mortgage company. Dynasty repeatedly failed to complete documents for the insurance and mortgage companies, which resulted in me having to chase people down to get signatures and forms sent out. It took weeks to get the insurance check signed and returned for disbursement. That even happened twice, as they failed to endorse the first one and it had to be returned, which was a 3 week process.
At the end of it all, I find out that Dynasty filed their estimate improperly and didn't request that my gutters be replaced, as they stated they would at the beginning of the project. As a result, they just reattached the gutters that they destroyed during the roof install and promised to make it right later on.
After 3 months of promising to replace them and that I am being made a "priority" for their subcontractor, they finally told me that my only option is to go back to my insurance company and get them to pay out even more to cover the measly 30 feet of gutters or I will have to pay for them myself.
I will happily replace the gutters myself to avoid restarting that nightmare again.
What a tremendous waste of time. There are many other companies out there that do this work. Pick any other one of them.

I had Dynasty replace my roof about a year ago. During Eta a leak started by my chimney. The next day Ty was here to fix the area. Ty showed professionalism and was able to quickly determine the cause of the leak and made the necessary repairs.

I manage a commercial building which needed a lot of roof work. Dynasty Building solutions did a great job. They were sub contracted out though a different company we originally hired who we waited over two months for them to even start the job and was becoming a huge headache. Once Dynasty took over it was all smooth after that. They finished the roof up in a timely matter, and did an awesome job. They did such a great job we hired them to do two more roofs on our other property.
We had our roof replaced and interior damage repaired. All the workers that came over from the roofers, painters and carpenters were professional and a great group of guys. The roofers were great. They even moved some plants out of the way that I had overlooked so they wouldn't get damaged by the roofing process.
Josh and his crew that repaired the inside water damage for us was fantastic. It was a huge job and they were here several days. They cleaned up after themselves every night, did a great job communicating what was going on each day, and were even kind enough to befriend my dogs and let them out while we were at work. While I was happy to have my house back, they were a great crew, and a little part of me was a little sad to see them go.

They did a great job on the roof. Production was fast and communication was excellent only Bad thing is they accidentally broke my kitchen window, and failed to tape it up properly so rain came into the house and it took a few days to fix but they handled the mishap fairly.
