It s been almost 2 months since we ve had our roof...

It s been almost 2 months since we ve had our roof started , but the job still has not been completed. Dynasty claims they are waiting on a supplement from our insurance company to put a ridge cap on our screened lanai . Insurance has already paid for the supplies and they should have included price for scaffold in original estimate if they knew that s what they needed to complete the job ! So after many attempts to reach someone and being told they would get back to us , we get an email from Victoria W. Stating that we can either keep waiting for them to get the supplement from insurance company or pay the money ourselves and wait to be reimbursed she even followed the question up with a nice which would you prefer , very condescending if you ask me . If this company cares anything about promoting good customer service , they would just complete the job . It was their mistake for not including cost of scaffold to begin with and not our mistake pay for !

After the review we were contacted by dynasty and they were at our house the very next day . Job was completed the day after that and they gave us a lot of upgrades that were truly appreciated . Our roof is beautiful and our lanai looks brand new !
