The experience with Dynasty was excellent from the beginning. Every time I called I spoke in Spanish (I have more command of Spanish than English) and I always received excellent guidance and help from Jessica Vargas. I always answered my calls regardless of the hours and frequency of the calls. Thank you Dynasty for having such an excellent staff as Jessica who is also a 5 star in customer service field as well as firm.
