Marcos was great to work with and very helpful in making the right purchase decision. Definitely go to this dealer and ask for him if you're looking for a Triumph or a Duc!

Located very close to Holland tunnel is this one stop shop for all kind of Ducati enthusiast needs. I have been here several times and they have an amazing variety of apparel. Their schedule is mostly tight with long waiting times.
Very helpful staff and a great selection of bikes and gear. Look for Abe!
from the minute i made a phone call to the dealer just to get infos on a bike marcos was very helpful and happy to do business..went there few days after. Everybody was really friendly.Marcos spend a lot of time with me and gave me a real nice deal.Pickup the bike 2 days later. Everything was easy ...if u thinking to get a ducati or a triumph please go there..u won't be sorry...great experience..thank u guys buying a bike should be just like like that,,happy riding ..
Great experience. Joonil was very patient, knows lot about bikes and walked through the whole experience.
Everyone is very positive and encouraging.
Mercedes and Mark were very helpful too.
At last, behind a successful business is always a good management...
Cheers and enjoy your rides if you got one!
I have to say Edwin and Mel were absolutely terrific! Great guys, great atmosphere. Most of all I love my new Scrambler!
Everyone was a pleasure to work with, you'd be foolish to go anywhere else.
These guys are the best!!
I went in with my electric scooter thinking That I had a flat and they immediately helped out and directed me to where I could go to get it fixed. Their kindness made my day!
Always a pleasure doing business with Ducati Triumph New York. The staff is very knowledgable; always eager to help and please. I just picked up my third Ducati (second with them) and can't say enough about the shop, sales, management and service.
I purchased a Ducati Monster S from Joe "Country" Razzano. Right from the first call I knew he was a pro. Also, the shop was amazing. Joe sent me a pic of the bike in showroom and the VIN. After going over every detail I was so confident in the professionalism that I put a deposit on it. I never got any Bull@rap about colors being more expensive or Mods I should put on. It was complete no nonsense. I also worked with Marcos "Spaniard" Martinez on the closing and again total Pro. I was introduced to the service and accessories department. Everybody was very helpful and professional. I will buy all of my Motorcycles from Ducati Triumph New York.
Marcos is my guy,I needed a certain bike and he got it for me; plain and simple. Great staff and great bikes.
i highly recommend this shop.
nice large shop, very friendly and informative staffs
Insurmountable Service:
I came into this knowing what I wanted and knowing that I would be satisfied with my purchase, however I did not anticipate being so incredibly satisfied with the experience of the purchase itself. The entire staff bent over backwards to ensure that I left the dealership on the motorcycle of my dreams the same day. From service technicians answering questions while prepping the bike, test riders offering advice, associates dealing with insurance agents over the phone, Tony explaining various intricacies and teaching tips, to Marcos honestly and genuinely reviewing the documentation with me and finalizing the paperwork -- the entire staff, almost operating as a family, made sure my experience was immaculate.
These motorcycles essentially sell themselves so the staff here spend their time ensuring your customer experience is premium as well. I could not possibly recommend more. Tony even lent me his helmet for a few days so that my girlfriend could ride with me until the one she ordered online arrives, I mean come on!!!
I have had motorcycles for almost 30 years, and Ducati's for 15 (sold my last one about a year ago, looking for a new one). I consider myself a pretty reasonable person, who appreciates that things are complex and sometimes vexing. I was also part of the Ducati 2001 People ad campaign program and one of the original people who helped start up the NYC/NJ Ducati group Desmo - which has been taken to incredible levels by others who deserve a ton of credit for growing it up to what is has become.
This shop did unspeakable things to my last Ducati. I dreaded taking it in as it would come back with so many new scratches and dings. Then when my bike started to have issues I was once asked if I, and yes, I am not making this up, if I have ever ridden it outside. Yes. I was asked that.
I would bring the bike in for the same problem - it would stop running in places like the exit to the Holland Tunnel, 10th ave, NJTP, etc... over 10 times, leaving me in incredibly dangerous places. I was stuck on the road that is cut out below Jersey City as the HT leads to the Pulaski, I was struck by a car as I pushed my bike out of that mess. I once only made it 2 blocks from this shop before the bike died. Another time it died in the middle of nowhere and I had no cell reception, leading me to hitch hike and leave it. I have it all documented in a binder here at my office, each and every time and the inept attempts to fix it. After a while, the shop simply refused to work on the bike.
I eventually was able to get the bike running with the help of a shop up state and the bike ran well for a years plus before I decided to sell it for another.
It is also worth noting that Ducati USA was of no help, they seem to have no quality standards over their franchises, which is particularly depressing considering this is the main one in NYC.
I noticed in one of the previous of 3, I think, versions on this shop, went out of business for a while and I have to say I was happy the market made that happen, people who abuse customers, abuse their bikes, and generally do not stand behind their work should no be in business. This is especially true with something as critical as a motorcycle, when something goes wrong you can die.
Steve and team are top-notch and a great resource for riders in lower Manhattan.
Great place and a great attention, I recommed to buy your new or second hand motorbike.
Best Ducati dealer in the tri-state area. Special thanks and recognition to Edwin, Angel and Mel - thanks guys, you are awesome!
Fantastic experience overall! Highly knowledgeable and experienced people and excellent pre and post sale service.
I purchased my 2020 Ducati Panigale V2 from them, and the entire process was super smooth. Jerry took care of me since the day I first contacted them and was very professional and helpful at each step. And he has been helpful ever since with even the smallest of my requests. Everyone single person in the store is highly enthusiastic about motorcycling and it is very easy to tell that they love what they do.
Thank you Ducati NYC for helping me in realizing my lifelong dream. I keep looking forward to visiting the store whenever I can.
If there were 10 stars I would have given them all 10.
As far as the sales experience... I'm from Long Island so I was a little hesitant to purchase my bike from the city with having to get the bike back to my house as a first trip on it. So Bizzy, my sales guy actually delivered the bike to my house 10pm Thursday night so I could have it for the next weekend.
This was one of the best experiences I've had purchasing anything and I will definitely be back to have them help me with some of the modifications that I will be making on my new bike. (Ducati 959 and I love it!!)
Thanks again to Bizzy for making the decision easy for me!
I love this shop they are amazing. The buying experience here was impeccable and I ended buying 2 motorcycles in one year. The first motorcycle I bought was in June 2014 which was a Ducati Monster 796 sold to me by Joe who was very knowledgeable and took his time in explaining the bike to me. He gave me his honest opinion and I was sold on getting the Ducati 796.
The second bike I bought was sold to me by Marcos Martinez. He sold me a Ducati Panigale 1199S and I absolutely am in love with this bike! This bike has received so much care and love from the entire staff as Marcos and the team. They helped me do an awesome job of putting this bike together with a custom paint job and parts.
After getting the bikes the Service department staff Kerri and Ashley and Parts staff John helped me get all the right parts installed on my bike. They are knowledgeable and have helped greatly in getting my motorcycles set up the way I want.
I cant forget the apparel team of Abraham, Caroline and Val who helped me get all the right protective gear and clothing to suit my everyday needs.
Hope this review helps anyone looking to buy a motorcycle as if you buy from these guys I'm sure they will elevate your experience in owning a Motorcycle.
I'm still in the pre-purchase stage and contemplating options, but the experience at Ducati Triumph NYC has been simply unparalleled by any I've ever had with an automotive dealership in the last 20 years. The manager (Steve) and my salesman (Joe) are the amongst the most patient, welcoming and attentive individuals you will ever meet. In 4 visits to the dealership there was never any suggestion of sales pressure. They set up a test ride and answered every question thoroughly and to my satisfaction. I could not believe how reasonably priced this dealership is considering where they are located! All in all, I simply cannot recommend this place enough. There is no doubt in my mind that when I'm ready to pull the trigger, this dealership will be my absolutely go-to place.
Bought my first bike here, and love the show room. They have a great selection and a few custom builds as well.
Steve Radt and his team have done it again. Good service done in a timely manner is what you'll read in this review. My trusted stead needed an oil change and spring tune up so I dropped her off at Ducati Triumph NYC. While there they noticed a slight oil leak and repaired it on the spot. I am pleased with the level of service I received.
Their savvy customers will ask to speak with a technician just so they can see where Steve hides their bikes that have all the tasty performance pieces on them and are unique to his shop.
I walked in exploring accessories for my Ducati Sport 1000. I met the nicest, most engaging personnel working in this store. I started chatting to one guy, then he introduced me to the Parts guy, And we discussed options for the bike, and it was clear to me that EVERYONE here know what they are talking about, love the bikes, and will make sure you are getting what you need - even if you are just looking. Thank you to Abe Cardona for the warm welcome and turning me on to those nice Dianese gloves!
Love the Showcase And Service Very racer like service.
When I bought the bike, the sales associate stayed two hours past closing to accommodate my work schedule and to set me up with helmet, gloves, manual, and financing. When I picked up my bike the owner did the honorable duty of giving all the information about extras I would need/could want without forcing the issue -- all done in good form. Everyone was on point and Joonil (my sales associate) was the perfect blend of laid back and knowledgable. If you're in the market for a Triumph or Ducati, you won't do wrong going with these guys! Oh yeah... they also took care of plates, registration, and even printed out my proof of insurance for me - definitely one of the smoothest large purchases I've made in my life!
Let me start this off by saying I'm neither affiliated or connected to this dealership in anyway except from a consumers standpoint.
I walked into this dealership to run numbers on a Ducati I was interested in. On the showroom floor Eric quickly introduces himself to me and asks if there was anything I needed help with. He was more than accommodating in getting anything and answering all of my questions. He went as far as asking my riding experience instead of just pushing a bike on me which many dealers in the past have tried to do. I was genuinely impressed with his concerns throughout the process.
After a few minutes of going back and forth on numbers we came to an agreed price (no other dealers in the area was able to price match). A few days pass and I come back in to finalize the paperwork as the night previous was half hour pass their closing time. I begin to do the paperwork with Marcos Martinez. And again I'm surprised by the questions I get asked. Marcos doesn't try to push any "extras" on me but rather he asked if I was a mechanical person. After I told him yes he gave me his personal experience with a similar bike and some of the repairs that were needed. He thoroughly made me feel at ease and comfortable with my decision.
I've been shopping at dealers for 15 years and I can honestly say I've never had an experience like I did with Ducati Triumph NYC. Safe to say I will be back!
-Pete
First off I will tell you this place and the people that work in it are amazing. No pressure experience a wealth of information in the Ducati product. Everyone in Ducati nyc loves what they do and it shows by the atmosphere they create. Joe and Marcos were amazing. I bought a bike from them because of the way they treated me. 5 star no doubt.
I am VERY happy with my new Ducati Scrambler ICON. The customer service at this place is fantastic. Special thanks to Dianna for helping me with picking out some awesome gear; to Joe for helping me finalize on the bike; to Marcos for setting up the paperwork; and the best for last to Steve for helping me every step of the way. 5 OUT OF 5 STARS
Nice shop, big, many bikes on display.
Wide selection of clothing for all tastes.
Their specials are
Friendly and competent staff.
Clean and very tidy workshop.
5 stars!
How the treatment we received! Thank you guys!
Amazing store, if you are into bike, go and see what they have. Great March as well!
This place was a total disappointment!!!! Brought them a bike to do an overall checkup, Kerri in the service department convinced me to spend $1600 on the bike ( new tires, oil change, brake fluid everything!!) got the bike back took it for a ride when I get back there is a MAJOR oil leak all over the bikes engine my pants. They came to pick it up again and send me an $800 bill to get the leak fixed! Mind you I brought them a perfectly working bike! Been calling and calling waiting to speak to a manager after waiting 2 days to reach a manager I came down to the shop, have been waiting 30 min to talk to the manager NOW they tell me to come back in an hour!!! TOTAL FRAUD!!! The Only reason I took it here was that I thought they were honest people and would stand by the work they do I guess NOT!!! Made a complaint with the city and have an appointment with my lawyer first thing Monday!
AVOID ATT ALL COSTS!!!
After waiting to speak to the manager for 2 1/2 hours I was told that it is just a "Coincidence" that the leak happened on the day I got my bike back. While the manager saw how frustrated I was, he and the tech that was working on my bike we're smiling to each other trying to tell me that this leak is common on the Ducati monster and the fact that I drove it for 400 miles with NO problems before was just luck.
I just bought a 12' Monster 1100 a week ago from these guys. The bike is immaculate, the process was really fast, friendly and they were proactive and responsive. No pressure and no last minute surprises. Basically, everything you would want from a dealer and nothing you don't. Plus the showroom is full of amazing machines and gear. They're great and I recommend em...
Edwin is the man. Super helpful and friendly staff!
The folks at Ducati Triumph New York were awesome. I bought my first bike from them and they were all (especially Joe) incredibly knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. There was never any pressure and only guidance through the whole process. The staff was all very enthusiastic and who wouldn't be? They are surrounded by Triumphs and Ducatis all day long and their job is to make people extremely happy.
I can't recommend them enough.
One of the best looking bikes out there in nyc you find in this establishment
The service here is absolutely exceptional.
I came in with a broken cafe racer and they gave me a ton of advice, sent the tech out to tweak my idle and even scoured the internet to find me a replacement battery. I must have come in three times just hopeless and every time with patience and care they drastically exceeded expectations and helped me out. I owe a huge debt of gratitude to these guys. Best run shop in NYC and maybe the USA.
Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Also, lots of fun bikes and gear to check out!
This dealership gave be the best experience buying a vehicle ever period. Jerry and "The Spaniard" were absolutely amazing. The buying process from start to finish was very clear, no surprises and above all very professional. They have many small details that make a huge difference when you pick up your bike like having tags ready, the Bluetooth charged and anchored to the helmet ready-to-go and many other things. Looking forward to ride with you all.
Just purchased a 2019 959 Panigale in Arctic White and couldn t be more excited. I worked with Jesse throughout the sales process and he was terrific...very accommodating, responsive, and knowledgeable. I thought I received a fair price considering a NYC Ducati dealer. I took fairly quick delivery and paid a reasonable cost for home delivery as well (am awaiting delivery). I hope the service experience is just as good as the sales experience (we ll see). Go see Jesse for all your Ducati needs.
I have only two minor complaints - one of which is the store in the middle of summer is not air conditioned so it can get a bit hot while trying on riding jackets and pants. And the other is I thought the riding gear and apparel they carried was limited to Ducati and some items I liked were not in stock. I didn t end up purchasing any gear from them, but Jake was very helpful and patient with me so thank you, Jake.
So I am a pretty detail-oriented guy...my bike was delivered this past weekend and it looks great, but they could ve detailed the bike prior to delivery and the tank pad I purchased in-store was left off and needs to be shipped to me instead. They said they would take care of both during the sales process so this is simply about not following through and executing. Am adjusting my rating to 4 stars instead of 5.
He did not exalt me and then the prices are not competitive
I can t recommend this dealership more, this place was practically a home away from home for me while living in Manhattan. They are a high volume dealer meaning they get the best prices due to the sheer volume of bikes they sell. Because of that , they have guys like Marco who Ducati s headquarters send for events and training who knows every loophole and payment plan available as well as helps designs custom bikes they present at the motorcycle show and sell afterwards.
This place has everything you need from riding gear, aftermarket accessories, and the highest certified mechanic shop for any kind of bike: not just Ducati s
I state all this with enthusiasm and have never worked a single minute for them, just a long time happy customer. You won t be disappointed.
I got to change my review, this guys are amazing. They got the best service team. I purchased a 797 monster and 821 monster from this showroom. I must say that it can get super expensive to service the bikes here but its understandable they must pay alot of money to be in that location.
Amazing experience with Jerry! Just got a Hypermotard RVE and this bike is a DREAM.
Highly recommended!
i just got my 1199 panigale from this dealer and it was pleasure to do bussiness with them, marcus&steve make me feel like im not at the dealer buying a bike ,im at the cool place and having fun!!! by the way service team also so great when i went back my first 600 miles service once again i feel the same way having FUN! THANK YOU FOR WONDERFUL CUSTUMER SERVICE FOR EVERYTHING!
Nice place great customer service. Ask for Jerry he will hook you up.
I recently purchased a bike from Ducati New York City. The service was excellent! Big thank you to Marcos, Edwin, Mel and the GM Steve. I have been around motorcycles for a long time and this was the best experience I have had to date. There are passionate about motorcycles and it is obvious!
Wish we had service this friendly/accomodating in Australia.
That or an international luggage allowance a couple of hundred kgs higher than the current limit.....
Friendly staff. Bought my motorcycle here and continue to take it back for service. Also great for ordering any part I decide I want to get.
very good attention , good products and good prices
Dang, Ducati-Triumph NYC is right on!!! I owned a Triumph Bonneville for about three years, and after awhile with all the Cafe Racer TV addicts hopping on the old skool wagon, I began thinking that it was time to get a new bike--something faster, something meaner, something streetfighter-ish. I went back to Ducati-Triumph NYC with my eye on the Ducati Streetfighter and the Triumph Street Triple R. In the midst of deciding, I talked to and worked with three different salespeople Marcos, Eric, and June before locking in the deal. I never received the impression that they were trying to pressure me into buying a bike or anything--the place is so low-key and low-pressure--but felt they sincerely wanted me to be happy with the bike I got. I felt like they just wanted to talk bikes with me. And that's cool. I think I said it before, but the thing that I love so much about the new management is the attention that I received as a customer there. The guys were actually discouraging me from getting certain add-ons to the bike because they didn't think that it was worth the bang for the buck. I respect that.
We put together a sick, sick, sick Triumph Street Triple R, which has made it a complete struggle to keep it under 5000 RPM during the break in. I'm looking to log another 200 miles or so, bring the beast in to Cory and Alex to do the 500 mile service and rock it from there. Their service department is top-notch.
Again, I can't say enough good things about this store. It is an amazing transformation. Oh, and if you don't ride, you at least have to stop by to check out the store, it's has some noteworthy bikes including a vintage Ducati Supersport 900ss, which is just the hottest thing you've seen since...well, ever.
If you plan to buy a Ducati, this dealership at SOHO is the place. Experience is top notch. Jerry is the sales guy who I always refer to when someone s looking to get a Ducati. People working here are not cold business person who s set to get your cash. They ride bikes just like everybody else. I have a lot good things to say about them, bc honestly they re nice people. Shout out to Jerry, Edwin, Mel and Steve the shop owner!
I bought a 2016 Triumph Bonneville T120, and I have to say I love it! What a great bike, and what a complete thrill to ride.
I was actually convinced that I'd buy a Harley, but then thought I should explore other options. I decided to learn more about Triumph, and went to Ducati Triumph New York to educate myself. I worked with Tom, who was really fantastic. He spent a lot of time with me, which I really appreciated given that I'm a new rider and I had a lot of newbie questions. He suggested the Bonneville T120, and gave me a great tour of the bike. I slept on it and called him the next day to make the purchase!
In addition to Tom, I had the chance to interact with a good number of the other staff members and they were all rock stars. Abe, Steve, Joe, Carolyn, both Annas, and a couple of others whose names I forgot. All great people, and all made me feel as though I had joined a really cool community.
I'd recommend paying them a visit wholeheartedly!
And man, what a cool bike this Bonnie is. It's a keeper!
I wanted to share a quick story about how amazing the customer service is at this location.
I was headed on a group ride that I organized and was riding my Moto Guzzi California Stone. Headed to the West Side Highway, my bike shut off and I couldn't figure it out. My buddy and I thought the battery but I just checked everything the day before. We were stumped and screwed! Lucky for me, (so I thought) the Moto Guzzi shop was not to far.... so he left his bike and we pushed my bike to MG.
Come to find out they couldn't help because they are just a show room! Pissed off, I called Ducati Triumph NYC and spoke with Tony, who told me to bring her over. Once more I pushed.
They happen to be busy on that beautiful Sunday morning (duh). Coming to find out it was a broken ground lead to my battery.
Everyone was so helpful and friendly and willing to get me back on the road.
This is the type of exemplary customer service people claim they can't find in NYC. Thank you so much to the entire staff. From the Mgmt. down. Great Job!!
I can't rate Ducati Triumph NYC highly enough - there aren't enough stars to describe how great this place is. I'm what you might call a "complicated" customer (pain in the a**). I brought my Ducati in for servicing and some modifications. Anna was super helpful and patient as I kept adding parts and modifications to my request almost daily. Finally, after about my 23rd request for obscure custom parts, she showed massive integrity and took the time to really talk with me and give me a little reality check. She could have made the shop a lot more money by letting me go on with the repairs, new parts, and adjustments, but she didn't. She never suggested I was making bad decisions or over-tweaking the bike. Instead, she asked a bunch of really intelligent questions and really listened to me. After our talk, I decided not to pursue the crazy mods and she said she thought I'd made the right decision! She's just the best! So after giving them a couple days of peace and quiet, I decided to throw another wrench in the works by announcing that I wanted to trade in my old bike for a new one. I thought there might have been some eye-rolling or groans, but everyone was just amazing. I spoke with Marcos first and he was the definition of customer service. Whatever I needed, I got before I even asked. When I went into the shop, I met with Tony, who sold me my bike. Excellent guy and a total pro. Both Tony and Marcos made my buying experience so pleasant and easy that it felt like they were just giving me the bike. They take care of absolutely everything and take real pride in what they do - a real rarity these days! While I was in the shop I also finally got to meet Anna, who was even more awesome in person than over the phone! I really believe that this is a place that actually values the customer over everything else. It truly feels like being a part of a small family. If anyone is even remotely considering buying a Ducati or a Triumph, this is a mandatory stop when you're shopping. I guarantee you'll buy here. By the way, I ordered some aftermarket parts to be installed on my new bike - some of which arrived late. Once again, after being a "complicated" customer, I was treated like royalty. Just the best people around!
Great staff, always a great vibe when I go in. The staff is really passionate about riding and it shows through their work.
Always helpful and friendly. Courteous staff and good selection of gear and apparel and bikes. It's fun to visit passing by....
I couldn't decide witch bike to purchase weather a triumph or a ducati.. after so much pain dealing with insurance companies on my own.... Bizzy one of the sales person hooked it up!! i was able to walk out with a 2015 street triple.... i would deff recommend him, i sent a friend over and he also was very happy with he's experience with him...
Knowledgeable guys, great mechanics, very helpful and very good in returning calls, inquires etc.
Just wish getting service appointments was quicker :-)
I hate waiting 2 weeks.
Great place are reliable people and are passionate
Having shot so much in the USA they are among the best ever
What a great experience very attenative answered all my question very helpful steven radt a gentleman.Marco martinez great sales man prices are great service fantasic cant wait to service the bike only @Ducatinyc
Apparently only the manager can do bike inspections and only for exactly two hours on a weekend or some nonsense like that. Come on guys...get with it.
Always a great experience. Very friendly and knowledgable staff. Owner is cool!
It was an awesome experience ,the store has a huge collection of bikes and rideing gear , had a happy experience dealing with caroline eco ,, who was real helpful and kind with all queries ,,
the sales crew was very knowledgeable and personable. I would definitely recommend checking them out, if you are in the market.
Everybody was really friendly and very nice! As I am not living in the states, I didn't go there to buy a motorcycle but some parts for my Triumph. They carry good stock Triumph accessories so if you are an international visitor to NY and get some Triumph accessories for your motorcycle, this is definitely a must to visit place specially now that the US dollar is really low.
I stopped by when I went to NY for work. There are a large number of stock parts for Triumph genuine parts and options, so it is a recommended shop for Triumph riders. The stock jacket is also in stock, and if it is the current yen dollar rate, you can purchase it for about half the price of the Japanese yen! There are almost no parts in the shop, so please check with the part number or catalog on the first basement floor. If there is another opportunity, I will try to stop by.
Wrost showroom and they are try to sell you new motorcycle but jts used so guys be careful. Jessi was the worst guy i ever made in my life.
Stopped by a few weeks ago with a low back tire on my Vespa. Within a few minutes a guy was lugging a huge air compressor from downstairs to help me out. He filled both front and back and said "you're good to go!" I found out shortly after that the guy who helped me is the owner of the shop. Highly recommend coming here first.
Nice staff. Just went in to burn some time but answered all my questions as if I was buying, even though I said I wasn't. Ended up buying a shirt and maybe someday down the road I'll own one.
Dropped by the store yesterday and had a great chat with some of the staff who really knew their stuff, plus as I m a non US resident they had some great tips for what I can and can t do. The store itself is laid out really well, with some beautiful bikes out on display and some great merch also. Well worth a visit!
5 starts well deserved. I had an amazing experience, no gimmicks no tricks no up sales. If you need a Ducati go in and talk to Joe very professional very helpful.Overall great team at Ducati Triumph New York. Wouldn't go anywhere else !
I bought a Ducati 848 Evo Corse in March. The sales team was helpful and thorough. It is my very most favorite toy and I am grateful to the Ducati Triumph NY Team for guiding me to the perfect bike for me.
In January I needed towng and service. Eric picked the bike up with a pick up and treated it with kid gloves, He assisted with the entire repair process and offered valuable advice on dealing with the insurance companies. What could have been a very frustrating and stressful experience was smooth and painless thanks to Eric and Ducati Triumph NY.
I am very pleased that my bike is once again better than new.
Thanks Ducati Triumph NY
This is the best shop I have dealt with by far. I called inquiring about a bike on Tuesday and I rode it home Friday.
When I went to take a look at the bike it was 20 min before closing but they still helped me finalize the purchase which took an hour and a half and went way past closing time. Everyone was helpful and very professional.
Would purchase another bike from here 10/10
A few days ago I left a rating here that wasn't so good. There seemed to have been miscommunication between the website live chat and the store, but I'm happy and relieved to say that they got back to me and treated me with such kindness!! :-) Now I have myself a fitted helmet!!
Great service and dedication from the accessories seller!
No wonder this place has great reviews! The staff and the owner are awesome so friendly, so knowledgeable and courteous!!! If i ever decide to get a motorcycle license and an actual motorcycle i know where to go until than I'll come with my moped to get inspected here every year ;)
I love you guys!
World Class Service:
This place is hands down the best place to go to for a positive customer service experience. As a new rider fresh out of MSS I was looking to purchase a new bike/gear but I wasn t sure where to start my search. After looking up reviews and visiting a few motorcycle dealerships Ducati Triumph was recommended to me by a friend, and for good reason. Not only is the showroom and inventory amazing but the staff at Ducati Triumph New York provides world class service.
Despite the fact that all of the bikes in the showroom surpassed my leg height the staff assured me that the service department could make the necessary adjustments to accommodate my height (5 0 ). Their only goal was to give me the greatest experience possible. With the guidance of a knowledgeable staff, the flawless work of the service department and help from the finance department I am now the proud owner of a 2013 Bonneville. I highly recommend this dealership for all of your motorcycle needs!
I have visited this place to buy a leather jacket for my new bike. Staff is really friendly and helpful!... I'll back by sure during my next trip to New York.
Best service team in the world !!! I've really needed help a few times now and they always go beyond the call of duty.
I recently purchased my dream motorcycle a 2021 Ducati panageli V2. My experience was amazing! My salesmen was Jerry and He over exceeded my expectations on the experience of purchasing my bike. He was extremely knowledgeable and answered every question with no hesitation. He also took the time to explain to me the history of Ducati and gave me a tour of their amazing facility. Me and my family are really grateful for him making this experience amazing for me. We couldn t help but to take a picture to capture the moment.even after I got my bike he still contacts me to make sure I am well and if I have any questions to feel free to reach out to him.
Jerry from Ducati NYC you are the best!!!!
I couldn't imagine having a better experience than what I enjoyed with the team at Ducati New York. The whole gang was extremely friendly and welcoming. A special thank you to my brother Jerry (Aka Mr. Lead Foot). The perfect combination of persistence and patience. Always a gentleman. Made me feel at home form the beginning of our journey together. Always available answering my calls or responding via text. Mr. Lead Foot is definitely an add value to Team Ducati. I will absolutely be back for my next bike.
Just traded in my Honda CB300R for a Monster 1200s. Shout out to Edwin for helping me out and the team for being friendly and easy to work with!
Great staff, beautiful motorcycles, poor choice of motorcycle gloves.
I recently purchased a new Triump Bonneville t120 through Ducati Triumph NYC. The entire process was easy, low pressure and enjoyable. I worked with Joe "country" Razzano who was knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating through the entire process. It felt more like chatting with a friend about bikes than it did working with a "sales" guy. Marcos Martinez, the sales manager had a similar friendly no pressure approach.
The evening I picked up the bike turned into a cold, windy, rainy ride home, and I even found an email waiting for me from Joe, checking in to make sure that everything was ok. All in all I couldn't be happier with the bike, or the people I purchased it from.
Thanks to Ducati of NYC for a great experience purchasing my latest Ducati.
Edwin, Marcos and Mel made it a simple, smooth, painless transaction; I recommend them highly and look forward to a long association with the team there.
Literally the best dealership I've ever set foot in, can't go wrong here.
Every other dealership I have dealt with over the years has been somewhere between below average and nightmarish.
Ducati NYC is truly an exception to the dealership stereotype. The people I interacted with (Steve, Edwin) were 10/10. Can't recommend enough.
