I had a horrendous experience with the service department of Marin Speed Shop and got "86ed" because the service managers massive ego could not handle righteous customer frustration. A shame the entire store is being punished for this (future bike sales, parts, etc.). Ducati North America handled the situation well beyond my expectations. They approved two out of warranty fixes (my symptoms had surfaced and been documented pre warranty expiry) and communicated with me respectfully and professionally.

I Have a Ducati 899 Panigale 2015 with sweats, coolant leak from weep hole since 3 months and I now have a heavy oil sweat by Starter. Dealt with dealer (Maranello moto) thats been servicing my bike. They cant find it anything and I keep getting denied warranty work.. Ducati north America and warranty claims which I believe are in Italy say it's deemed normal for bike to have sweats with 17000km and warranty ends. May 30/2017 my conclusion this isn't normal and ducati don't stand by there product. If they did they would resolve this.

Ducati is nothing more than a big corporate bully that refuses to honor their warranty and fix my situation! I had brand new Ducati 1198s that had faulty oil cooler lines, a forensic engineering firm confirmed that these lines came loose due to engine vibration and poorly designed fittings! Ducati dealerships also recognize that these fittings leak, and while not a standard practice, they go ahead and torque them as a precaution. My oil cooler lines began leaking oil which coated my rear tire in oil and causing me to high side crash! The damage to my bike was 10k, I've had my shoulder repaired with anchors and I'm awaiting an ankle fusion! Ducati's response was to first fix my bike and when I refused because I had hospital bills due to my injuries they pulled their offer! 4 years later of fighting with them they offered me 5k as a way of not accepting any fault but as a generous offer!

Poor Customer Service and no respect for the customer, i have ducati 848 and its been a month i own it now i stop for a gas and she wont start so i check in odometer it says that error 37 so i found out that it is transmission or transponder error, now i take it to the dealer in Denver CO-Erico Motorsport and they still have my bike and they still need to figure out why it is not starting so i was like what the hell , with little bit of google search i can find out this is the error then as a dealer how they are not able to so i am pissed of coz summer is getting over and its been three weeks my bike is still there , ducati help me to resolve it or tell me what i do with the bike?

Ducati sells $3000+ gas tank which the paint was not properly cured resulting chunk of paint falling off AFTER A MONTH AND WILL NOT WARRANTY IT. THEY CLAIM IT'S COSMETIC ISSUE AND THEY DON'T WARRANTY IT EVEN IF THE PAINT IS LIFTED FROM THE TANK AND CRACKED AND FALLEN OFF. THIS HAS TO BE THE WORST COMPANY AND WORST PEOPLE TO DEAL WITH.

This doesn't even deserve one full star. There is a reason Ducati of North America has a 1.9 out of 5 rating and I figured it out the hard way just the other day. I called to file a formal complaint about a horrendous experience I had with an authorized Ducati dealership and the customer service representative was uninterested, smug, and rude. He essentially told me it was not of Ducati North America's concern and to take it up with the dealership. I explained I had already taken it up with the dealership which is why I was calling the corporate office -- that's supposed to be one of the main functions of a corporate office -- to keep those who work for them in check. This is clearly a company that does not care about the image of its brand nor those who purchase their products. Do yourselves a favor and buy an Aprilia, Triumph, Honda, Suzuki, or any one of the number of other bikes that are out there to spare yourselves from having to inevitably deal with these people.

Worse customer service as well as technical support. Maybe in Europe but not here in the US. My cousin in London try to convince me I say no thanks.

Both times DNA has made it their mission to assist me with a few minor issues. One when I bought my Multi with expired warranty and it had a bad fuel sensor. I called and customer service rep gave me a $200 voucher that covered part of the repair. Second is when the lock on the top case fell out. I contacted them and they assisted without hesitation. Great group of people work here who are passionate about their product.

This is a corporate location, don t know why people are posting reviews about reliability here, but I suspect they are shills for other brand dealers - I ve owned 3 new Ducati s and 2 used Ducati s in the last 5 years and I ve literally never had a single breakdown requiring any warranty work or shop time other than a couple recalls for very minor items. These days Ducati motorcycles are as reliable as any other.
