If you don t ride a Ducati, you should.
You should also buy your bike from Steve, the owner of Ducati NYC. He is a gentleman, a racer, a mechanic, and and engineer. He knows his product through and through, and has been a Ducati guy longer than most of us have been riding.

These guys are awesome. I purchased a bike from them as a beginner and they went out of their way to make sure I got the bike home safely and did not have to start off my riding in the city.

Best transaction I have had in a while, I will be sure to come back here for years to come as well as recommend them to anyone looking for a bike or anything to do with motorocycles.

Another amazing experience at Ducati NYC! Despite not owning a Ducati they always treat me like I am one of the family. Edwin in sales went out of his way and took time out of his day to fix my bike. He really saved the day. It s refreshing to go to a shop where they care about riding and the people and aren t always trying to make a sale. They truly love what they do. Also Mel in apparel and Angel in service make every trip into the store a great experience.

I had a very comfortable experience buying my first bike with Ducati Triumph NYC. Eric was great in helping me pick out my bike and was very knowledgable of their inventory and was more than willing to answer all my questions. Marcos was great helping me with the financing as well, so all in all I'd recommend them to anyone who asked.

Karl in the parts dept is really helpful, and their prices are usually below those of the NJ dealer for parts. In sales, Gerald is extremely helpful, patient, and professional. Mototainment is a great spot, thanks guys.

Hands down the WORST buying experience I've ever had with anything. They didn't get anything right. I paid for a used Ducati bike over 2 months ago and am still dealing with issues relative to the title in addition to a litany of other issues I've had to deal with up to this point. Buyer beware.

Saturdays only motorcycle inspection. Gets the job done quick and cheap.

Great store. Excellent staff. Very personalized service. Knowledgeable salespeople. This Ducati store has bikes you will not see at other places. Limited editions and great pre-owned inventory. They also sell some amazing gear. This a great bike store located conveniently in downtown Manhattan.

I can't say enough good things Ducati Triumph New York. The showroom and parts/ accessories areas are top notch and filled the best parts and biked around. The sales staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about what they sell. When they don't know the answer to a specific question, they don't BS you, they go and find out the correct answer. Overall there is a level of professionalism and respect for the customer the many of the other area motorcycle dealers could learn from.

I saw a 2011 Triumph Daytona 675 on Craigslist. When I went down to see the bike in person, it was exactly as described. Even though it was a used bike, I could tell it had been taken care of by the dealer like it just came out of the crate new. After running though the parts that had already been added by the previous owner with the sales guys I felt like they knew what they were talking about, and it was time to talk financing.

Marcos in the financing dept. is a great guy. Very open and up front about everything, and definitely willing to put in the time to work with you so you can get your payments where you want them. The term "low pressure sales environment" is an understatement. This is a no pressure situation.

After all was said and done I'm the proud owner of a new to me Daytona 675. I would highly recommend anyone in the market for any kind of bike give these guys a look.

The place is just like someone arrange a motorcycle exhibition here. The best place in new york buy your dream motorcycle. The environment is peaceful and cool and staff is well behaved here.

Bought my Triumph Bonneville 2012 from this guys a month ago, got a fair price and great service.
The service department and all the people in the store are very friendly and helpful.

I want to start by saying this place is AMAZING!!! I had a couple of parts I needed to install on my V4R, called on a Wednesday and they where able to squeeze me in for service on Friday... although I was not able to confirm the fact I was going to be able to take the bike on that Friday, I reached out to the amazing service via online after hours.... Angel "Hyper" was able to reach out to me a few moments via email.. it shows the dedication, passion and the commitment to their customers!! Once I arrived there on Friday, the moment I stepped inside the store I few welcome and part of a special FAMILY. I was able to meet a lot of people, people who love working with people which is the key to customer service... even though I did not purchased the bike from them (thinking back I wished I did) I was never deprived of not being part of the Ducati family. Can't thank enough Angel for being so detail, insights and honesty. Angel, you are a true asset to this amazing team and we need more people with this type of caliber to help individuals like myself to make the service, and purchasing experience better. Can't wait to go back for my first service, truly felt in love with this place. I wanted to make this post a little shorter but I'm so impress with this place that they deserve that and more. After being told to wait 6 weeks for an oil change on my Panigale 1299S by the Ducati dealer in Ossining, I called these guys up on a Thursday and was simply told by their service staff to bring it over when it was convenient for me and gave me immediate dates on which they could do the oil change.

Fast forward 3 days and my bike had the oil changed by Ducati NYC service staff and bike was back in my garage. Glad the dealer I had been using since 2013 did what they did because this instance gave me an opportunity to see how awesome these service guys at Ducati NYC really are first hand. Thank you Ducati NYC and know that I ll be using your dealership for all my future services and purchases.

Marc "Bizzy" was great to work with at Ducati Triumph NYC. I went in knowing that I wanted a white 899 Panigale and he was there to answer any questions I had and help me get riding. If it weren't for Bizzy I may still be shopping around for my next bike. Unfortunately, my bike was stolen 2 weeks later but Marc was there to help me out. Marcos (manager), Dave (finance) and Bizzy helped me through the unfortunate event. They assisted me with how to handle insurance and provided me with peace of mind knowing that I wanted another white one and they're sometimes hard to come by. If you live in or anywhere near the New York City area and are planning on buying a Ducati or Triumph please do yourself a favor and buy at Ducati Triumph NYC. Don't even waste your time calling out to the Long Island or Jersey dealers. I just made my second purchase from this shop and the experience was exactly as it should be. Fast, friendly, professional, fair, all that stuff. Both purchases were with Marcos, who is an absolute champ.

I recently purchased a triumph scrambler and had a great experience! Didn't feel at all pressured to buy anything I didn't need or want. Marcos was incredibly knowledgable and considerate throughout the entire process. I was recommended to talk to Marcos from a friend, and I would do the same to my friends!

The entire staff here is great. For me it's all about the experience, and they take care of you here. Bought my first bike here, and all my gear. You might be able to get gear cheaper online, but with the hassles of fit and and actually seeing the gear, I found it better to just get it here (ended up returning my online purchases for one reason or another). Plus you are supporting a local business that has great employees.

Just purchased a 2015 Ducati Hypermotard sp, everyone was super friendly the minute I walk in and treated me like family. Bizzy helped make my purchase a smooth and great experience. This place is great. Its located downtown and can be found with ease. I recently moved to NYC from Chicago and needed some quick maintenance on my Ducati Monster 1200S. Dave and Anna made it very easy to get the assistance that I needed. WEB (master technician) actually came out during the middle of working on another bike to help out with mine outside. Made the rest of the day enjoyable and ride worthy. Great location and even more awesome of a Ducati team!

This was my first bike buying experience and having visited dealerships in Long Island and New Jersey i finally made my way to Ducati Triumph. I am really happy that I did. The whole team made me feel comfortable as soon as I walked through the door. They were all very knowledgeable and all the intimidation i had felt in the other dealers simply went away. Joonil was very honest and clear as he laid out my options to buy and also gave me a great recommendation for insurance while i finally purchased my bike. KS helped me pick out all my gear including a Dainese jacket which was very reasonably priced ! As Joonil was out on a ride the weekend i went back to pick up Marcos and Bill took care of my final pick up and finalisation and they both made it feel very smooth and all aspects of the sale were made so easy. They took care of everything making the whole out of the door experience very seamless including great advice about their experiences on biking ect.
The store environment is modern and relaxed. So refreshing after my other experiences in other dealerships that felt very aggressive and cold. Great team !!Great product and all around the only dealership I would recommend !! Go check them out !!

The best! These guys have the coolest selection of bikes & gear in the NY tri-state area. I went in a few weeks ago to buy a bike, and Joonil hooked me up with a brand new Street Triple R -- the service department set it up in just a couple of days, and I was riding by the weekend. Purchased a Triumph Speedmaster in Matte Graphite from Tony. I had great customer service from all the staff. Tony was very knowledgable about the bikes, which was helpful as I am a first time buyer. SO Excited About my Custom Ducati Monster 821 "THE DESTROYER" i have been waiting a long time to get this amazing machine customized by Ducati Triumph New York and my NEW BEST FRIEND Tony Mendoza my sales rep was the most accommodating person in the world he hooked me up with great service and professional advice on the Monster.

As for the SERVICE TEAM i had an issue with my Panigale 899 that another company touched and messed up my suspension, But THANK GOD for THE SERVICE TEAM at Ducati New York the were able to fix my 899 and now i am riding 150% better with the suspension fixed correctly.

I called yesterday, 10mins after the store opened & asked for parts. I was transferred but nobody answered the phone. Rob took a message for me & assured me someone would call me back. Three hrs. later I called back, was transferred to parts & was on hold for 10 mins before someone else picked up & told me "They're busy over at parts, just be patient" & hung up. Terrible service.

Best dealership in the whole city. I've had the luxury of browsing their selection a few times, as well as owning a Monster 620 and getting to experience their customer service and technical know how first hand. Owning an older bike I was bound to run into issues and the folks at Ducati NYC have done an amazing job of helping me sort out my bikes problems. I really can't thank them enough. The product is top notch as well. Did you know their entry level products from as far back as 2002 were fuel injected and had lights with the parking brake? This is lux on a dime and in good taste too. My bike is amazing and apparently they only get better. I actually look forward to getting the supplies for my clutch and oil job from these guys because I know its going to be quick, easy, and spot on.

Great customer service, Gotta speak to Angel in the service department to get anything u want done taken cared of ASAP. I bought my 2018 Ducati Monster Dark from them and they definitely know how to accommodate their customers. From the mechanics to the service department employees, there s always someone available to answer whatever questions I have. I had a few modifications done on my bike by their mechanics. They tailored the whole process to my budget but still gave me the option to choose both the parts and the style that was best suited. Great set of ppl and it s a blast to get out and enjoy the good weather riding around NYC.

Though haven't bought a bike from them, I kept going to them for a year to check out bikes and they did not mind! They seem to have good customer service and their apparel/gear department is pretty good too. I bring anyone visiting town and looking for moto gear here. Prices run on the high side, just like the bikes- and being all Euro, there are barely any discounts available- but when they are, best time to grab something then. Staff is friendly, knowledgable and the shop is a greta place to just hang out!

First of all - great experience. I worked with Edwin and would highly recommend him when at the shop. I was not the easiest as I was very specific with what I wanted and he was persistent and able to work with me on this, which I really appreciated. In the end I purchased a Panigale. Edwin and the dealership were able to accommodate my purchase in the middle of the crisis while also keeping it safe and professional.

Just picked up my Ducati Streetfighter after having work done on it. I was away from New York on business so it was basically done thru the telephone and email. They had my bike picked up and the service was amazing. A shout out to Anna and the team for making it happen smoothly.

I lost in different models of charming Ducati in shop. The attractive , eye catchy colors gave me a peace to my eye. I was hearting to buy all models of Ducati but i ask price of one model of ducati and found out of range for me. But the friendly staff , kind owner give me a small ride on my favorite Ducatic model.

Had an electrical problem with my '72 Honda and happened to be stranded across the street. They guy in the Ducati shop diagnosed the issue and showed me a hardware shop nearby that could get me a spare part even though they don't work on Hondas. All the guys were extremely helpful and even gave me some mechanical/ riding tips all free of charge. Everyone was excited when we got the bike up. I owe these guys a ton!

My Ducati NYC experience started with a phone call to see if they would take my Ducati 749 for a trade in. I ended up speaking on the phone with Steve (the owner) for about 25 mins. I explained to him my situation and budget and my previous bikes and he suggested I look at the Supersport. I was amazed to be speaking with the owner for so long and he really listened to me and suggested a bike for my budget and needs. I send them my bike for a trade in evaluation and from that point on I start working with Marcos. He got me fair value for my trade in...I was happy (: Marcos was very professional and worked to get me a deal and financing package that worked for me etc. Additionally, everyone else I met on the staff was fantastic as well Joe, Angel etc. Everyone was always asking me how things are, how s the bike..very friendly. They don t leave you unattended here...very friendly and professional. I am happy with the customer experience and really happy with my new motorcycle...today I logged my 1,000th mile and it s been just about a month. They have won my maintenance business. I would highly recommend this dealership!

The staff here are always incredibly helpful. There's a ton of love and respect at this shop and they take great pride in their work. Best dealership I've ever been to.

Some of the salesman aren't the most friendly if you don't plan on buying a bike. Some were very friendly though so it depends on the person helping you.

This place is like family!!!!! I would like to start with Marcos Martinez who just sold me my third Monster. I crashed my first monster, limped in that same day to get a new one. He was very direct, insightful, and most of all, HONEST. The numbers that he gave me never changed.... in fact.... the day of sale... he found a better deal. In about a week I was riding again with a brand new Monster. This time, I went for a trade-in and the man pulled rabbits out of his hat again! If only he sold cars. You get what he tells you to the letter..... if not better. He should be a world wide spokesman for vehicle sales and customer service. A very super guy over all. Very personal and honest with his customers.

The service team...... sent from the Gods themselves. Web, Angel, and the rest of the team always go out of their way to fix what needs to be fixed. And quickly! Just as well as Marcos goes, there is no beating around the bush. Personal, respectful, professional, and most of all HONEST.

It was a great overall experience. There were all kind, patient and knowledgeable. I had the pleasure of working with Jerry. I unfortunately was unable to purchase the bike I wanted but that was only because of me. Jerry did everything he could to work with me to find good fit for me. I would highly recommended them for all of your Ducati needs. I literally just left and made sure to share my experience. When I eventually buy a Ducati, this is the only place I am going to for all of my Ducati needs.

Went back and finally bought a Ducati 959 Corse. I wrote it before and meant it. It is the only place I will go to for my Ducati needs. Jerry and Marcos were absolute professionals (same with everyone else I met) and made it a very simple and smooth process. Both Jerry and Marcos were patient and responsive to all of my questions and concerns. Marcos was also very thorough during our review of the paperwork. A great experience and I am very excited to finally have the motorcycle of my dreams as well as be part of the Ducati family. 100% recommend.

These guys where so helpful in my process of buying a bike , Jerry went above and beyond to keep me Informed and update on my new purchase. I couldn t of had a better rep to deal with then Jerry . Excellent shop

I've known of many "Ducati New York" iterations & owners over the years - from back in the day when they were near Jacob Javits on 11th through it's current location on Spring & Washington under former ownership to it's rebirth with the current owner, Steve.

There is nothing you want more than to be around good people when you're going through hard times, when you need someone to go that extra mile for something you need or simply just to treat you well.

And let me tell you I've been treated really badly by some dealerships who definitely knew better but didn't care. For example:

One place in NJ tried to steal an $8,000 deposit I had on a 1098R. (And almost got away with it!!) Unfortunately I didn't know back then that I was entitled to a refund of the entire amount and wanting a refund, but not to burn them either I ended up letting them keep $4,000. A honest dealership would've never done that. The dealership who conned me out of that money was Jack Trebour btw.

I've also been treated horribly by Rockwell Cycles. I've watched them drop and knock over customer's bikes either without telling the owner or giving them a hard time about fixing the damage once the owners found out. I've also been treated rudely many times when, for years I gave them almost every dime I had. Literally. I even helped Nick clean the shop after hours, assist customers when they were busy, answer phones for Marian, etc. They're only 15 minutes from where I live.

The really good dealerships are few and far between. I don't have to buy new gear and bikes in a dealership. It's cheaper to buy it privately or online. Duhhh... But I buy things at DTNYC because I want good dealerships to remain near me, not to close up shop or only exist across the country.

Most dealerships love their Ducatis but Steve (the owner), Bill, Marcos and the rest of the gang are different. They are such nice people that you WANT to give them your business for the simple reason that THEY ACTUALLY CARE ABOUT YOU!! Whether it's just saying 'hi', assisting you with a purchase or having fun at one of their Ducati parties, these guys are top notch.

And although I am unemployed at the time of this review, you can be sure my first payday they'll be getting a call!! : )

Beautiful and well-kept shop in the details, wide selection of clothing and accessories ... the Scrambler area is spectacular.

I was recommend to shop here from my boy who bought a Street Triple a few weeks prior to me. I had an awesome experience at Mototainment. Sales staff is very knowledgeable whether it was from salesman Bizzy or Abe in gear or John in part. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in NYC looking for a Ducati or Triumph.

Great customer service hands down. Jachin was the sale rep that helped me purchase my new Ducati Streetfighter. He definitely went the extra mile to ensure that I had everything I needed. Also, took the time to walk me through the bike, giving me great tips on how to be safe and correctly break my bike in. Most importantly and why I think Ducati Triumph NYC is the ideal place to purchase a bike; Jachin took the time to drop me a line just to ask about my riding experience with the bike so far and if there were anything else he or the team can do to enhance that experience.
