I recently purchased a new Triump Bonneville t120 through Ducati Triumph NYC. The entire process was easy, low pressure and enjoyable. I worked with Joe "country" Razzano who was knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating through the entire process. It felt more like chatting with a friend about bikes than it did working with a "sales" guy. Marcos Martinez, the sales manager had a similar friendly no pressure approach.
The evening I picked up the bike turned into a cold, windy, rainy ride home, and I even found an email waiting for me from Joe, checking in to make sure that everything was ok. All in all I couldn't be happier with the bike, or the people I purchased it from.
