I was looking for a bike . Thinking about Yamaha R1, Kawasaki Zx1000 and Ducati Panigale v2. And only Ducati guys meet me outside and invite to the showroom. They also give it to me all info and always was smiling and answer for all my questions. Also they invite me to Ducati race team 2020 . Damn guys u r the best !

I'm not an overly articulate guy. Nor am I a motorcycle expert. I have a medium amount of motorcycle knowledge and riding experience. I walked into the dealership in the middle of march to see if it was even an option for me to entertain. In a matter of about 20 minutes, Mark "Bizzy" the awesome sales guy, and David from finance got me approved, and even worked to get me really affordable insurance which was a major obstacle for me. I wanted a used or older hypermotard, preferably sp. Within 24 hours Mark told me he found literally the exact bike in the exact colors I mentioned. A 2014 sp with 2 miles!! They gave me a good deal on the bike, and treated me with nothing but respect the entire time, which was only about a week! I walked in just thinking about it and walked out only a few days later with the bike of my dreams. If you're in the market go inside and talk to them, they will take great care of you. Thanks again to Bizzy, David, and Marcos I will definitely be coming back.

These guys are awesome. Everyone, especially Joon and Bill, made me feel welcome and respected. They helped me understand my new bike and made sure that I got what I needed. Best dealership experience I ve ever experienced. I knew I wanted a new 959 panigale before I even went there so I spoke to Marcos over the phone and he got everything ready for me so when I Went in all I did was give a deposit and signed some papers. I was in and out of there within 20 minutes.
3 days later they had my bike delivered to my shop first thing in the morning. Marcos and Edwin kept me updated the entire time with texts and pictures. I couldn t be happier with my bike, or with my experience at Ducati NYC. Thank you Marcos!

Great store. Excellent staff. Very personalized service. Knowledgeable salespeople. This Ducati store has bikes you will not see at other places. Limited editions and great pre-owned inventory. They also sell some amazing gear. This a great bike store located conveniently in downtown Manhattan.

I recently purchased a Ducati Monster from Jaichin and Marcos and the service could not have been more accomodating. They helped me secure insurance, the purchase process was easy, and I felt fairly treated throughout. I've lived in New York for 11 years, have owned multiple bikes, cars, trucks, etc and my experience at Ducati Triumph was by far the best experience I have had.

Had a very good buying experience here. Marcos was my sales rep. He bought my old bike and sold me a new one. I must say I was a bit cautious going to any motorcycle dealership in Manhattan. I expected a bit more attitude from an NYC Ducati dealership. Was pleasantly surprised to find everyone there to be totally attitude free. Personally, this is all it takes to gain my business. I'm sure I could shop around at a million places and find one place saved me a few dollars over the other. I certainly called a few places to get quotes on the bike I was buying. NYC Ducati was not the absolute lowest price I could find but the difference wasn't enough to even be a consideration. Really I just wanted to give my money to someone who didn't make me feel like a jerk the second the transaction was over. Every place wants your money but I feel like the staff here really did want me to walk away happy. Thank you Marcos. I love the bike and I'm happy I was able to buy it from good people.

Great dealership, Edwin is the best motorcycle salesperson I ve ever dealt with. Extremely accommodating, always returns calls and got me my 2021 Streetfighter in the time he said he would. The Owner s also gave me a great deal on my trade. If you re looking for a Ducati, this is the dealership to use.

I recently purchased a 2021 Ducati Icon dark... Edwin hooked me up with an awesome bike. It was a great experience through the entire process from getting gear from Mel to finalizing the deal with Marcos. They got me up and running completely in about 1 week. Awesome service!
