Its already 1 month and 6 days i have been waitin...

Its already 1 month and 6 days i have been waiting to install Du services at home.
I have signed the contract since 13th June, please find attached contract for your reference.
I was advised by Du Representative to terminate my contract with Etisalat before the end of June so Du system will be installed on the 1st of July.
Till now, I have been calling them for several of times and all what I got is they will contact the technical support urgently and this is what I have been hearing for 1 month.
Another issue, I have been given a welcome package of dongle with 1000 megabyte till I receive the full service at home. Since 2 weeks, I am waiting for someone to activate this dongle and no one wants to process the activation. Just yesterday, they advised me to take the dongle to a Du shop to make activated.
Moreover, I have been given 4 times appointment for the installation and no one appeared.
Many excuses I have heard that Etisalat is giving them wrong address or they have to organize a visit with Etisalat etc.
I'm really disappointed with your services, I have left Etisalat for the bad services they have after 10 years being their customer. It seems that Du is not ready to provide this service and you should take more responsibility for your bad services.
I am writing this email after many complaints through calling the support line and also by tweeting on the social media and nothing happened.
