If I could rate them lower, I would. People, if you plan to relocate, don't be like us who submitted the application for relocation only a month ahead, try submitting it much much ahead.
In the month of submitting the application, they were apparently trying to reach us in number which was never been used for the past 3-4 years (don't know what is the point in filling the application with contact details)
Since they couldn't "reach" us even after calling their utterly incompetent call centre to update the number, they closed our application and asked us to go to the customer service centre to update and resubmit our application.
Each time we called the call centre for information on the status, they said they will arrange a call back from their supervisor within 48 hours. It has now been 3 days and we haven't heard anything from them yet.
In this day and age when customer service centres are being shut because they offer such quality services online or on their website, Du has shown the public that they still prefer staying in the Stone Age while the rest of Dubai has moved light years ahead.
Clearly, seeing the previous reviews, it's obvious that the right people aren't reading enough of these and trying to resolve anything, showing they really aren't interested. Unfortunately, we are dependant on them because it's not like there are many choices available in terms of home network.
