*Very Poor service* Hi, Good day to you guys, I have been patiently waiting . for my home connection our villa in Al Barsha south 2, Since Last Thursday I have been patiently waiting until today nothing happened. Literally nothing happened, I have called several times on your call center and your agents told me the same thing I look stupid following up with your guys, waiting blindly I don't know when we will have connection. No actions at all, Du telecom was recommended to me, hence, maybe they were wrong. I was promised a call back for who many times and no one called me. Really headache. I hope the management will do something about this. As this is very inconvenience. You are promising something to your clients but you don't deliver. My order no. is 1.38176209 - and by the way Al Barsha South is in Dubai, please inform your call center agent about that. I don't know what information in the system you have.
