Super happy with my experience with Drivers Select. I was thrilled to discover that they had the exact vehicle, with all features that I had been searching for. Being 4.5 hours away, most of the process was done over the phone. I wanted to insure that this car was in top shape before making that drive up there. I worked with Chandler Elliot who was extremely helpful and answered all my questions about the vehicle. After speaking with him, I was more satisfied that this was the vehicle I wanted. I made the drive up there and was surprised how huge this facility was and the massive inventory of vehicles. It was a Saturday and I heard one of the sales associate saying that they easily sale 50 cars a day. If all of the associates were as helpful, polite and professional as Chandler, that wouldn't surprise me at all. I will say that everyone that I interacted with that day was just as impressive. After doing a look over and test drive, I was ready to sign. Chandler had everything ready to go. The entire process took maybe 30 minutes and we were all set and ready to head back home. That 4.5-hour back to San Antonio seemed like only an hour. It was fun drive back. I most definitely will be a returning customer in the future.

I stood there , no hi no smile no greeting what so ever , filled out the form to wait for a car and was told that the car I was there for is been used personally by the manager and he took home with it . So a really high end car is being used by the manager. Amazing .

Lilia was my sales person and she is awesome! I was able to get the financing, paperwork and choose a care all without having to drive to the dealership, which is what I need with my busy schedule. Lilia was great about making sure I got in the vehicle that was right for my family without compromising the price that I needed. The customer service was unlike any other car buying experience I've ever had. I was made to feel like a real person instead of a sales quota, and never felt any pressure to buy a care at that exact moment. I have never had such a great car buying experience before, and we will definitely be coming back to purchase a vehicle for my husband in the near future. Thanks Lilia for all the work you put into getting us into our car!!!

Quality wise they have some of the best Pre-Owned vehicles.

They seem like they are best priced when you look around at other places. But other places negotiate, provide some services free, but these people dont. So eventually you will see that this place is not really best priced.

Coming to service..these people take enormouse amount of time to show a car. And they dont hesitate to make you wait for long times. And financing is costly and they force you to buy additional warranry which is again pricey.

PS : Only go if you cant find a car of your choice anywhere else.

Great experience buying a car. It took some time to process the paperwork but other than that everything was great.
If you are after a particular vehicle keep checking their website they get new cars very often. The one I purchased was made available on their site on Sunday, thank god I found it!
If you find a car you like go right ahead to their dealership and have a test drive. They sell cars just as fast as they bring in new ones. I missed out on some good cars as I was not quick to go to their dealership to pick it up.

After losing my previous car in a collision and having issues with the previous lender, he was able to get me financed and into my new ride. We just walked away purchasing our first family vehicle and couldn't be more pleased! We owe all our thanks to Kyle Bryant who helped us narrow down our selection and getting us down to the payment we wanted to be at! He is very friendly and just overall an exceptional salesman. He really listened to what we wanted and never tried to talk us out of our price range. This man skipped meals to finish the deal with us. Worst experience ever. I don't know how these people sleep at night. Added on services not really wanted or needed, low balled me on the trade in. When I went back after 3 days they would not take the car back and wanted to trade it for something even less desirable. Not transparent, pushy and deceitful. I am still waiting on a part they owe me for this car. I am now trading the car I bought here for a new car from another dealer. He pointed out things on the car that were not listed on the car fax and that depreciated the car trade in value. Never again. Shysters selling snake oil. *** Update -- I am now having issues trying to get refunds for the gap and service warranty. I may have to get a lawyer. Worst experience ever buying a car. I did receive the part for the car I bought from them. I still feel they were not transparent and were pushy and dishonest. ***Wes W -- there is nothing you could ever do to make me feel good about this experience. It would be nice if you would take care of the Ally issue. Second email sent to Ally today regarding the refund for the warranties and gap insurance -- hoping I don't get screwed around on that deal either. Karen
***** additional update*** noticed on here the unhappy people are mad about the same issue I have -- pressure to buy the additional warranties and add ons. Also, they ran a credit on me with about 5 different lenders -- I am still getting notices -- which I had no idea. I was there for well over 5 hours and it really was a hassle. I am so sorry I ever went to this place to get a car. Have heard similar horror stories from coworkers and people that have bought there. I am hoping I get my refund for the warranties -- I only kept the car for a week -- and it has really turned me upside down on my new car - I am out about 8K thanks to Driver Select. I feel totally stupid for letting them railroad me and put me in this predicament. I feel like I may have to get a lawyer to get the money owed me back on the warranty. Beyond annoyed at this point.

We were so excited to purchase a car that we thought was a good deal. Unfortunately the salesman that initially helped us (Christopher Salva) told us that we could not purchase the car without their stores warranty! We were initially told that this warranty was optional, but he put us through tons of pressure to get it. He even said he would raise our interest rates if we did not purchase.

After returning and speaking to a manager we were pleased with the service and purchased a vehicle. Wonderful experience with Joseph. Stay away from Christopher Salva.

$500 non refundable deposit that expires in 24 hours. You loose your deposit and the car is relisted. If your financing, it almost holds you hostage to their financing. I had my own financing with better rates and just barely made the 24 hour deadline. The fees and charges they hit you with when signing the final paper puts the price back to normal pricing. Try to back out for this reason and you loose your deposit!
Horrible business practices, I'm amazed that they are as busy as they are, I won't be back. I'm embarrassed to say I bought my car there.

I found Drivers Select on the web under Car Gurus. The first time I called was in January & Roberto called me back. He was very detailed & informative. I actually walked into Drivers Select (Echo Park) on 2/28/20. Guess who greeted us "ROBERTO". I don't find that to be a coincidence. No appointment, had forgotten his name. It was definitely fate. That young man was soooooo diligent and worked far past his time for me. I can't thank him enough. He was supposed to get off @ 6:00 P.M. & we left him there after 9:30 P.M. He made sure we had everything we needed. Never have I seen such EXCELLENT customer service. We are sending customers Roberto's way. Thank you a million times over Sir.

I really appreciated that he didn t try to push any car on me just to make a sale. He allowed me time to select the vehicle that fit my needs. My sales person LISA HOPE was great. She gets 5 stars. She kept bringing out trucks for me to drive from a lot that was overcrowded and hard to navigate. She worked hard and made sure that I had seen everything that i wanted to see. A little disappointed that part of her commission depended on me financing the truck. I really just wanted to pay for it. I don't care for truck payments, and now I have to wait until I get info from finance company to pay off.
But, all in all. I have to say that it was a good experience. Great price, no haggle. Took a little longer than I expected, but it was Friday before memorial day weekend, so it was busy there.
But I need to reiterate, that Lisa was outstanding.

This was a pleasant buying experience. Their rock bottom pricing with no hidden tactics was so refreshing in this process.proc atmosphere was relaxed and they even have a play room for the kids. I came here after going to a couple of other dealers searching for a 2015 Lexus GS350. Also it is only minutes from home! I searched several sites until I found out about this car and although the Lexus I found initially was slightly higher for the same year/model as their car, Driver Select's Lexus came in black whereas the other did not. New tires on this not the other dealer, wheels were in prestine condition for this car, the other dealer one of the wheels had major scratches.

They did not hassle me here and also let me test drive alone, a first in a long time dealing with auto dealers! Robert Brewer the salesman was very professional, courteous and patient throughout the process.

I came in with my own financing but my creditor wanted a 'Purchase Order' which this company does not provide. So a lot of time spent on back and forth with my creditor. Good news is they worked a deal that was comparable with my credit union to include Gap! However, the monthly payment was slightly more a month compared to my credit union, but not a deal breaker. Being that I was 'Preapproved' initially helped with negotiations I must say.

Overall, this is a good place to car shop. If they offered more perks that would be great, but higher cost of the car would come into play as well especially for a Lexus vehicle when I compared to others.

I would recommend this place to others when considering purchasing a car.

If you plan on financing less than $10k, save the gas and don't bother making the drive. Huge selection of cars that are competitively priced, but they're not interested in speaking/dealing with you if you're a "small fry". I suspect that their prices are so low to lure you into financing over +50% of the price. Plus this place is a factory, people are everywhere, in and out. Don't expect a "personal touch" from the orange-clad salesmen, who are probably handling 10-15 customers besides you. Like I said, the selection and prices are very competitive, but it won't be a pleasurable experience.

I will never ever go back to this place. They have horrible customer service! I have never witnessed anything like this in my life. When you walk in they act like you are there to serve them. I felt like I was in a used car shop and was about to go to work. I was told I could look up the car I wanted to see online. If I knew what I wanted to drive I could pick 2 cars to test drive. Also you have to use there finance company. (I planned on paying cash and buying a car today for my son but... I couldn t get them to let us test drive any.) Also I was told if I didn t want to look cars up on my phone I could go walk around outside by myself. They clearly don t need my business as I was told several times that they sell a car every 10 mins. Oh and lastly if you buy a car from them you may end up with only one key. I was told that is how most of there cars come. Won t b back!!!

Purchased a truck back in August and immediately called the salesman, Kyle, to report that the tail light was cracked out and that the drivers side was not locking. He informed me customer service would be in touch. Destiny, reached out to me and informed me she was ordering the tail light for our truck and she would call us to let us know when it was in so they could replace it. Will guess what its October and we have yet to get a call and now when we try to call we never get a call back. Horrible customer service and never recommending. Go to a real dealership if you want good customer service.

If you want to have constant problems with the dealership after purchasing your vehicle then this is the place to go! We are getting collection calls from our previous bank on the car we traded in which should have been paid off by now (we purchased our new vehicle 23 days ago) and even found out weeks after getting our new car that the financing hadn't even been finalized! Good luck trying to get anyone to answer the phone...you can call and leave messages all day but don't count on anyone calling you back....GOOD LUCK!

My sister and I had a great experience at the Grand Prairie location. It was my first time buying a car and our sales person was Robert and he was amazing!!! He went above and beyond for us! He was very knowledgeable and made the buying process very easy! He was very patient with us and made sure that we were getting what we wanted! I would definitely go back! I submitted an inquiry online for a car that I wanted, I received an email back from a sales person that the car is still available, I replied to the email with exact time that I will be arriving to test drive the car, I received a response to let them know when I m on my way so they can get the car ready for me. On my way to the dealership I reached out to the sales person and told him that I am on my way and he said excellent! So on my way to the dealership I went online to look at the car one more time, surprisingly the vehicle was not in their inventory anymore so I texted the sales person and he said that another sales person just sold the car. So let s start with the fact that it could ve been nice to know that the car that I m coming to see is no longer available, the sales person replied in his text that he has several more of the same cars that I wanted to test drive so I decided to give it a try since I was on my way there already. I checked in at the front desk and told them the name of the person I worked with over emails and texts, they said that he will be right with me. After about 3 to 5 minutes of wait the sales person finally arrived and asked me if I found something else that I want to see, I told him that I am still currently looking and he said that he needs to go with another customer and he will be right back with me. It took me about five minutes to find a car that I want to test drive but yet the guy was not there, so I was just sitting and waiting and waiting and waiting for 20 minutes while no one else approached me and asked me if I ve been helped or if I need help. I got up and went to the front dest to tell the lady what happened and i walked out of there. They might have great prices and big inventory to choose from but as far as customer service and appreciating and respecting the customers time I would give them zero stars. The good thing is that in the DFW area we have hundreds of car dealerships to choose from. So thank you driver select for teaching me a valuable lesson and reminding me that quality is more important than quantity, I will be taking my business and my money somewhere else.

This was my first time ever buying own car and i wasn't sure what to expect but as soon as i stepped foot into Driversselect i was welcomed with smiling faces that made feel less nervous. I was attended by Rickey George who answered each and every question i had. He made the whole process very easy to understand and made sure i was content with the purchase i was going to make. I would not have preferred anyone else as he made me feel very happy with my decision and was super quick getting my paperwork done. I left the dealership with my new car faster than other people who were there before me all thanks to how fast and efficient Rickey works! I had a wonderful experience buying a car here. I found them on Google and the price was extremely reasonable for the given car... it matched the absolute lowest price I found at another dealership. I worked with Demeon Washington who was very professional and efficient in getting me the car and explaining my options... gave me personal advice which I didn't get at other car dealers.

They worked with me and my credit to finance the car, which I was worried about but they found a way to help me!

I ve never written a review before; however, the service I received was so poor I felt compelled to relay my experience. The employees milled around staring at us as we aimlessly wandered around trying to figure out how to look at a particular car until I was forced to finally ask someone for help in which they reluctantly directed me to the front desk. After checking in we test drove the car I was interested in and I decided that it was the one I wanted to buy. We sat there for almost 2 hours and talked to the salesman for maybe 10 minutes of that time, he did not introduce himself, did not ask for my name. After sorting through the issues we made a deposit on the vehicle and left. Not 30 minutes later I get a call from a DIFFERENT employee telling me they had already sold it but forgot to log it. He then immediately tried to sell me a new car. While I m fairly new to purchasing cars I know for a fact that that is not how good business is done. Will not be returning.

I purchased a 2019 SUV this past weekend and was pleasantly surprised by the experience. Liz Robertson was amazing to work with! I had already been on their website, so I knew exactly which vehicle I was there for. I was very familiar with the make and model so the few questions that I had, Liz answered to my satisfaction. The place was extremely busy and I had Liz with me almost the entire 2 hours I was there, except for a brief period of time while paperwork was being done, so she left to meet with another client. Once the paperwork was done, she was back. I highly recommend asking for Liz if you get the opportunity. She was very patient, had a great personality and we shared a few laughs! Thank you, Liz!

Really couldn't tell they wanted to sell a vehicle. Very chaotic from the minute we walked in. Test drives took forever, then we sit around for 30 mins while they try to find our salesman, just so he can walk over and hand me a iPad to start on financing. If you want to buy a vehicle in DFW, go somewhere else. Plenty of good places that will actually give you customer service for your business.

It was the worst experience I have ever had. Came picked up a car with the intent to buy however was called within 10 minutes of leaving the dealership that the car was sold. Yet at the end of the business day I was called their deal fell thru and the wanted me to just accept that they were rude and management didn't offer apologies. Never again! Feel really bad for the Car sells man he was a sweet guy in the wrong dealership.

I wish I could give zero star to this place. Bought a 2016 Lexus from this dealership. After reaching home I found out that this car has multiple issues. Rear bumper was popping out due to broken clip inside, front driver leather seat was torn, to name a few. Called their customer loyalty center within 30 days and they scheduled a service appointment for the all stuff that s wrong with the car to be fixed. These guys painted my car seat black to match the leather color and pushed rear bumper in place. With taxes heat, plastic(rear bumper) gets heated when car is parked outside, it tends to expand and within matter of couple hrs after they had just pushed it in place , it came right back out. Tried to reach out the service manager and Nicole (customer service rep) multiple times on the same day but they never responded. After making multiple attempts to reach these guys to find a solution, I finally received a call from their manager and he wanted to install aftermarket bumper which will require to be painted and installed on the car. Who would want a aftermarket bumper installed on their car which is painted to match the car color? Well, I agreed to get that changed but after that I never heard from these guys. Least to say, they have lost my business. Like other dealership they are only nice to you when you buying the car, after that you are a hassle/inconvenience to them, atleast that s how I felt.

Hands down the best experience I ever had at a car dealership. I had applied online for financing and Chandler called me in no time to get the process going. Took a few bit of information and I had scheduled to meet at the dealership at 6:30pm which surprisingly I did get there at exactly 6:30pm. Chandler got me in and out at 7:00pm. I'm still stunned at how quick and easy that was. I got into a great car and at a lower payment than I had expected. Definitely recommended to save the hassle and gimmicks!

Buyer be aware. The 190 point check is a lie. I bought a car here on Saturday. The A/C did not work and I did not notice. I told them that day. They say "I'm sorry, take it to Toyota, we won't fix that." 5 days later the car will not start. The dealership tells me I should pay for a tow truck and have it taken to the manufacturer to fix. It seems reasonable to believe that a one year old car will work for six days. The dealership is not helpful. As soon as you say you want to return the car, exchange the car, or have them fix it... Customer service stops calling you or responding to you.

Great experience with Chris on my daughter's Jeep purchase. Went here with my daughter for her first car purchase of her own. The place is really impressive. Huge lot of late model vehicles. Very efficient process. From check-in to test drive to financing to delivery. Chris did a great job of walking us through the process and providing information without being pushy.
I did a TON of research on available used Jeeps and this place was hands down the best deal I could find. No other deal was even close. It was to the point that I was concerned it was too good to be true. But the carfax was available right on the ad and the service history was clean. 1 owner, no accidents and full service history. The vehicle was immaculate with lots of remaining factory warranty.
The one thing unique to driversselect was that they said they do not accept outside financing. So you either finance with them or bring a cashiers check. So that set off alarms. I was like, ok here is where they get you with some high interest rate. That must be where they make their money.
My daughter has great credit and was already approved at B of A with their lowest rate. So I was not going to let her get talked into a higher rate. But they came back with an even slightly lower rate!! Deal done and out the door from start to finish in less than an hour and a half.
If you have not checked this place out yet, you need to.
And ask for Chris!

Wow, I came in with my husband tonight to look at a Lexus and we didn't have an appointment so we waited a while. We were partnered up with Silvester who was very public about his excitement for Biden winning. Which we do not really care but he was making fun of a lot of people while we were there. I'm very concerned about what is going on bully tactics. We just wanted to look at a vehicle and he was on his phone talking about how happy he was about Trump losing. Again, I don't really care but I know my company wouldn't support this practices. I guess I would only recommend this place if you like cocky shady people. Very disappointed.

I am a very dissatisfied customer. I bought a 2016 elantra. The very next day I saw a 2015 elantra with all features that I wanted for less price. So, I asked them to just switch the 2016 with 2015. They said, I should trade in the car that I already bought and the trade in value would be $1200 less than what I paid a day before. Their little effort to switch the car would have been my 5 year happiness. Just less than 24 hours, they did not let me switch the car. There is normally a 72 hour window to switch a car. I am a very disappointed customer.

Salesman was very courteous and helpful. Mark Pederson was his name and with his helpful hints that he shared made purchasing a vehicle very pleasant. He is very knowledgeable of cars. No pressure in decision making, just alot of patience and politeness.
I'm definitely going back when time for another vehicle.
