Worst experience ever. I don't know how these people sleep at night. Added on services not really wanted or needed, low balled me on the trade in. When I went back after 3 days they would not take the car back and wanted to trade it for something even less desirable. Not transparent, pushy and deceitful. I am still waiting on a part they owe me for this car. I am now trading the car I bought here for a new car from another dealer. He pointed out things on the car that were not listed on the car fax and that depreciated the car trade in value. Never again. Shysters selling snake oil. *** Update -- I am now having issues trying to get refunds for the gap and service warranty. I may have to get a lawyer. Worst experience ever buying a car. I did receive the part for the car I bought from them. I still feel they were not transparent and were pushy and dishonest. ***Wes W -- there is nothing you could ever do to make me feel good about this experience. It would be nice if you would take care of the Ally issue. Second email sent to Ally today regarding the refund for the warranties and gap insurance -- hoping I don't get screwed around on that deal either. Karen
***** additional update*** noticed on here the unhappy people are mad about the same issue I have -- pressure to buy the additional warranties and add ons. Also, they ran a credit on me with about 5 different lenders -- I am still getting notices -- which I had no idea. I was there for well over 5 hours and it really was a hassle. I am so sorry I ever went to this place to get a car. Have heard similar horror stories from coworkers and people that have bought there. I am hoping I get my refund for the warranties -- I only kept the car for a week -- and it has really turned me upside down on my new car - I am out about 8K thanks to Driver Select. I feel totally stupid for letting them railroad me and put me in this predicament. I feel like I may have to get a lawyer to get the money owed me back on the warranty. Beyond annoyed at this point.
