So far, my worst car buying experience, no doubt!
I submitted an inquiry online for a car that I wanted, I received an email back from a sales person that the car is still available, I replied to the email with exact time that I will be arriving to test drive the car, I received a response to let them know when I m on my way so they can get the car ready for me. On my way to the dealership I reached out to the sales person and told him that I am on my way and he said excellent! So on my way to the dealership I went online to look at the car one more time, surprisingly the vehicle was not in their inventory anymore so I texted the sales person and he said that another sales person just sold the car. So let s start with the fact that it could ve been nice to know that the car that I m coming to see is no longer available, the sales person replied in his text that he has several more of the same cars that I wanted to test drive so I decided to give it a try since I was on my way there already. I checked in at the front desk and told them the name of the person I worked with over emails and texts, they said that he will be right with me. After about 3 to 5 minutes of wait the sales person finally arrived and asked me if I found something else that I want to see, I told him that I am still currently looking and he said that he needs to go with another customer and he will be right back with me. It took me about five minutes to find a car that I want to test drive but yet the guy was not there, so I was just sitting and waiting and waiting and waiting for 20 minutes while no one else approached me and asked me if I ve been helped or if I need help. I got up and went to the front dest to tell the lady what happened and i walked out of there. They might have great prices and big inventory to choose from but as far as customer service and appreciating and respecting the customers time I would give them zero stars. The good thing is that in the DFW area we have hundreds of car dealerships to choose from. So thank you driver select for teaching me a valuable lesson and reminding me that quality is more important than quantity, I will be taking my business and my money somewhere else.
