The worst at internet out-of-state sales! BUYER BEWARE. It s 2019 and yet they make you come into their dealership to purchase the car (in my case fly), they won t ship your car, and they don t work well with outside financing. My credit union required DriverSelect to send a copy of their Car Dealership Business License, but that was impossible.

The best place to buy used cars. But the response after buying the car is less if you have any issues with the car. hard to get in contact with the customer service.

We had an outstanding experience with Nicole at Drivers Select. She went the extra mile to make things right on our car choice before we drove it off the lot. We ll definitely be asked my for Nicole the next time we come to buy a car!

Purchased a 2015 Jetta yesterday and it was a great experience. I had done some internet research prior to going to Dallas (I am from Waco) and the dealership surpassed all of my expectations. Our sales rep. Antwon Humphrey was professional, friendly, and very easy to work with. He did not know we were coming to the dealership and after saying Hello to us in the lobby, we were on our way to getting the car we wanted. He was truly a pleasure to work with. Your dealership should be aware of his talent, we will definitely choose to work with him for any future purchases. I liked your inventory as soon as I walked onto the lot. All clean, low mileage cars no older than 1 - 3 years. I compared prices to other dealers and I am sure I got a great price, probably $2000 less than I would have paid elsewhere! One final detail: we needed to get back to Waco asap to pick up our daughter and Antwon & the folks in the finance department had us out the door in two hours. No shortcuts, no problems, one minor cosmetic issue with a mirror that was taken care of in minutes. Yes, we are huge fans, keep up the good work!

Found a car I loved online I was willing to drive 10 hours to get it. Offered me 1500 below carmax for my trade then did a credit run with them (I have great credit) they came back with 9% interest rate. So i went to my bank got pre approval at 3% told the rep i was talking to who i wasnt't impressed with he said they won't deal with the bank or any paperwork they just want the cashiers check. Rhey treated me like I had bad credit and desperate to get their vehicle.So they wanted me to spend 37,000 and do all the work, nope. On top of 14,000 I would of spent on Their interest rate with allied and 3,000 of insurance they tried pushing even though I didn't want. Told the rep I'll take my business somewhere else he said "OK" and hung up very disapointed with them.

If I was able to be a 10 star I would have!! Brandi and Jay where the best. Provided excellent customer service! Made me feel so comfortable with my purchase even after drastic changes I made afterwards! Thank you Brandi and Jay I would definitely recommend this place!

This was the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. The staff was wonderful, the facility is beautiful and the process went smoothly. Gustavo was awesome, he truly listened to what I was looking for and worked with me (with patience as I know I had a ton of questions). I had been dreading purchasing a new vehicle because of past experiences and I can honestly say Gustavo and EchoPark turned my perception of car buying around. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience with drivers select, the process was super easy & I was able to do everything online/over the phone. James Barker. was great I like how he kept me informed throughout my entire process. After we took care of everything, I went in the next day James went over all my paper work & answered every question I had & I was out In about hour but I wasn t complaining cause they deatailed my car & made sure everything was perfect before I left.

I was really exited & happy that I got the car that I actually wanted & I loveeeeee it. If I ever wanted to trade it I would most definitely go to them again (I don t think i ll ever wanna trade lol)

This experience was the best I ever had at any dealership. First I did application online , I then text the dealership and was in contact with Marla Rosser, she is so awesome. After I was approved ( and my credit is not all that good) upon arrival from finish to end took 3hrs that s quick. That s including the test drive ,paperwork and detail of vehicle. And she said sorry it took so long. That was not long at ALL. I will definitely go there to buy another vehicle with Marla. Thanks for the awesome experience.

This is definitely the place to purchase a vehicle. The entire staff is friendly, efficient, and caring. They all go above and beyond to make sure that your concerns are handled. I purchased a car on 1.9.17 and on 1.30.17 had a mechanical issue due to the anti-theft system not reading one of the keyless chips. Even though I was in another city the entire Driver Select team from the Mechanic, Sales Rep & Customer Service Mgr all pitched in and made sure I got to a respectable dealership, the problem was resolved and I was reimbursed for any incurred charges. They kept their word in regards to their 30 day warranty and followed up with me the next day to make sure everything was working properly. I just want everyone to know Drivers Select is the BEST :-)

Demeon really made my car buying experience easy! As a first time buyer, I was reeeeeally skeptical on the transparency of the whole process but that wasn t an issue with him. He brought me every car I wanted to test drive with no objection and even projected what I may or may not like about it. He didn t try to put me in something I didn t ask for for his benefit and I loved that. I told him what I wanted as far as model and price and we went from there! UPDATE: (2019) Driver's Select has the best pricing for the quality of vehicles. We bought two cars there in 2017 and Josh sold us one of those cars. Well, we got caught in a really bad hail storm last weekend and our car was totaled. We knew exactly where to go and who to call....Josh! My husband picked out the car he wanted online, I texted Josh and it was all mainly handled over the phone. We picked up the car yesterday, signed the paperwork and were out in no time. Josh has a wealth of car buying knowledge and an extremely superior work ethic. He's so good at his job, that he is constantly busy with new referrals and repeat customers. We all want Josh! We'll definitely call him for future car buying

(2017) We bought 2 cars from them last week. My father-in-law bought 2 cars from them a couple months ago. Super easy. Friendly staff. Best prices for quality vehicles. In the past, we ve purchased cars from CarMax and they were way too expensive when looking for cars this time around. We will definitely be buying from Drivers Select in the future.

A couple of days before I purchased my A3 I called in and was helped by Josh Lopez over the phone. I told him what I wanted to keep my payments at and he helped me through the financing process entirely. I originally inquired about an Audi A4 and decided I like the A3 better once I arrived. Josh and the DS team handled the paperwork transfer like a boss!! It was the most smooth, fun, car buying experience ever!! I'm driving away a happy and future customer!

DriversSelect was extremely helpful with any questions we had and was quick in assisting us over the phone. Before purchasing our new vehicle, we found the car online with CarGurus and immediately called to see if the vehicle was still available. Salim answered our phone call and was very attentive with every question we had, and we explained to him that we live around 8 hours from DriversSelect. Upon learning this, Salim was even more helpful by providing us with any info we requested on the vehicle, and periodically checked in with us to ensure the car was still available until we were able to drive up to Grand Prairie. Once we arrived, the environment of the facility was incredible and very welcoming, not just from Salim, but from all the sales personnel and management team on site. Salim assisted us with viewing the vehicle, and any discrepancies we had with minor wear and tear which was immediately taken care of. The paperwork was also a very smooth process, that provided no headache what s soever! Furthermore, pricing is non-negociable, but for good reason as the vehicles are in amazing condition and are already at an extremely beneficial price. Just before we purchased the vehicle, Jay, one of the sales managers came over and introduced himself and was extremely kind and caring with anything we needed. All in all, I will definitely be back to purchase another vehicle from them. And thanks again to Salim and Jay for everything you all did for us!

The WORSTTTT customer service!! STAY AWAY!!! I bought a car from them and the car left me stranded a couple of days later, in the middle of nowhere. I finally got it over to an OReilleys and they tested the battery, the battery was completely bad!! I bought a new battery to get home. Why they would let me drive home with a bad battery is beyond me!!!! Called customer service and left Miriam w/customer service) 4 voicemails over a two week span!! NO CALL BACK FROM HER!!! Left her another vmail letting her know I was going to hang up and just call a manager. Miriam suddenly calls me back. She asks me to scan receipts over to her. A few weeks later, UPS delivers a check to me. Only it's a check for $1500 that another customer was apparently expecting!!! I called the dealership again, ask Miriam to transfer me to a manager, she refuses to and instead sends my call to a random salesguy. Again, she did not want me to speak to a manager. It has been 39 days!!!!! NO CALL BACK FROM ANYBODY, NO ISSUE RESOLVED, ANOTHER CUSTOMER DID NOT GET THEIR CHECK & I HAVE NO RECEIVED MY CHECK EITHER!!! THIS IS THE WORST DEALERSHIP I HAVE EVER BEEN TO, AND IVE BEEN TO PLENTY. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE...SAVE YOUR TIME AND GO SOMEWHERE WHERE THEY VALUE YOUR BUSINESS!!!

I worked with Chris Pouncy to trade in a vehicle and purchase a like-new Nissan Leaf. This was the best vehicle buying experience I've ever had. Very honest, friendly and efficient. Spent just over an hour on the dealer lot including test drive, appraisal of trade, trading vehicle and purchasing and driving away with my new car. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Literally the best car buying experience ever. I usually dread buying cars because I hate dealing with sales people and pressure tactics. This was nothing like those experiences. Driversselect is like CarMax except without the overinflated prices. The cars that they have are generally lease vehicles which are in excellent shape. The sales process is hands off, you even get to test drive by yourself which gives you adequate time to really ensure that you like the car. The cost of the car with everything else ended up being less than what I had expected, very impressef would buy from here again.

Naod Gebrebrhan did an excellent job during my buying experience at driversselect. Naod answered all my questions and explained what I could expect from my automobile in the future. You guys have an unbeatable business plan and I m looking forward to using driversselect on my next purchase.

They have a nice and welcoming staff. I dealt with Hensay. He did a great job showing me the car I wanted, Dodge Journey. I walked in with a loan but because they didn't work with credit unions I allowed them to see if they could get me a better interest rate....well they couldn't (18%)! That was a big turn off to me. So I found another Dodge Journey at Town East Ford with a few more mileage with an interest rate of 6.09%. Same price as well. Got a call from driver select wondering what they could have done better and I explained to them the only thing was getting me a better interest rate. If that wasn't the problem I would have bought with them. I'm Not an unhappy customer just disappointed.

Great prices... definitely less than traditional dealerships, comfortable setting. No pressure to purchase and good selection of vehicles and no hidden fees. Initial visit completed by Lemarcus who was patient and very informative. Unfortunately and sadly due to schedule conflicts was unable to complete sale with him as it took me couple of weeks to decide; really impressed with him and dealership so wanted to do business there. However he did refer me to another awesome agent, Demeon who went above and beyond to help me. Blessed to work with 2 great men and this incredible dealership. Wish I had known about Echopark before but will definitely get future business.

Marla Rosser was my sales person and she was great - responsive, helpful and goal-oriented (wanting to sale me a car). I leave in Austin and went to Dallas to get the exact car I wanted. The price beat anything I could find in Austin. I'm thorough and had many questions but Marla answered them all patiently. I would (will) buy from DriverSelect again.

The process of buying the car was a good experience thanks to Seller Austin, my husband is reserved to give a copy of his driver's license but driver select respect his position to run the credit only once and with the bank that we authorize. Of course these processes take time so it took us almost all day to sign the documents and leave with the car, so be patient and be prepared to wait a bit, but in general a good experience. Thanks Austin!

I worked with Joe Saenz who was super helpful and patient with me! I was really interested in a car and he took his time to show me the car. He did everything in his power to make my experience as smooth and easy as possible if working with Driverselect I definitely recommend Joe Saenz!

Great experience. We were in and out quick, kids had a blast in the children s area while we worked out the deal. Purchase handled so efficiently I didn t even have to take a day off of work.

Unfortunately my experience with drivers select was VERY AWFUL. They bate you in with the reasonable price but fail to tell you that they add by default the OPTIONAL GAP insurance and Service Contract. That alone was an additional $3,500. They also tax on BS fees. The entire experience was aweful and I did not end up buying a car from them. The salesmen Bud Zarsk is what you would picture if someone said sleazy salesmen. He lies through his teeth like if he believes his own words (liar). What I learned is if you are willing to just agree to and sign for what they sell (Service contract, GAP, high interest, extended monthly term) then you will probably have a good experience here. BUT if you want to save your hard earned money and not get the Optional Service Contract/Gap or shorten your monthly finance terms or try to get outside financing then they stop giving a $h!t about you.
I have read several reviews and either everyone is rating the same 2 salesmen or they are all trained by management to be this way. The real money for them seems to be there deal with Ally which is who provides there Service Contracts. I dont think they are actually car salesmen but Service Contract/GAP insurance salesmen. That seems to be where a bulk of there profit comes from. I'm sure if I dig enough I can find a connection on why they work with Ally...possibly the 2 are owned by the same parent company. If I could give them a 0 I would but sadly they get a 1 which is 1 star higher then I want to give them.

Worked with them to purchase a car. Torey Rogers was great. Made sure we were aware of the warenty and finance option but did not force them on us. We noticed a scatch and Torey made sure they fixed it before we left. Process was alittle long but quicker than most dealers. I would buy a car here again.

I will literally never go to another dealer ever again. This guy was AMAZING! Our credit sucks so it was a headache trying to get this car but he made it easy!! He did as much as he could, staying late and work and starting early just for me so that when we got there to get the car, it was sign these papers, let me see your id, slap on some plates and here s the keys! I have never been in and out so fast EVER. And he wasn t pushy AT ALL. We told him what we wanted, he handled it professionally. You can tell he REALLY CARES about his customers! Not just the sale! Seriously, I will never use another dealer anywhere else again. When I turn around to trade in my other car in a few months I will find something that he has in stock that works for me, even if it isn t the perfect car I want. Because I trust him! THATS how good he was! Amazing!!

First of all overall this was a good experience. This was one of 3 dealerships my wife and I visited today to buy a car. They happen to have a great car at a great price that fit our budget. A woman named Joy was who we talked to and worked with most. She took us in and showed us the 2016 Hyundai Elantra we asked to see. They offed not a great amount for our 2002 explorer but it was fair I think. I filled out a app and my credit was great and they even approved me on a 5.49% rate which is good for a used car. Then we sit down to talk numbers and that was the bad part. I had been pre-approved on line and my payment looked to be about 278/mo for 4 years. The first quote they added on almost 2k in extras they wanted me to get also. They payment was 379!!!! I asked them to take all of it off. She then tried to explain to me that I really should consider these and at least consider gap which I don't think we need because we put so much down we are well within equity on a 4 year note. She then went back again and then after 20 more mins she came back and asked again if I would consider the gap for $499 added on which would make payment around 285 which I had told her we wanted to stay about 275. She then went back another 20 mins and then came back with someone named Joseph who again tried to sell us the gap insurance. At this point it was old and I told him very plainly we didn't want it. Then finally after another 20 mins she came back with a 272 payment on 4 year note which was perfect and they could have saved an hour of everyone's time if she had just listened to us to start with. That is why this isn't a 5 star they are just to Pushy on the extra products. Its a good car and good price but you might have to deal with some push.

Very simple way to buy a new car....if you like white, black or silver automatic transmission cars.

Great selection of vehicles. Ease of access for test driving. Ashton was a fantastic sales associate with great understanding of the sales, finance and insuring aspects - trust me, NOT "typical sales training". Only off thing is DS only gives your purchase half a tank of gas and our keyfobs had low battery warning when we got home. Sure they'll fix that, but would have been nice to have done that while prepping the car. Still a five star experience and would highly recommend giving DS a look.

I looked online, I chose a car, called in the morning and spoke to Josh McKay, we went over a few details about the car I saw online, he ran my credit, I paid a deposit to hold the car, he video chat me so I could look at the car, got an approval, test drove the car, signed and brought the car home.
It was that easy. I got a great rate. They work with great banks.
My car Is beautiful and only has 17,000!
The best part was that everything was transparent, he went over all the paperwork with me, explained what I was signing and explained numbers.

I had a very good experience here. I got a good car and a good price as well. Bob was very helpful. He arranged all the documentations beforehand. So the delivery process was smooth and fast. The car itself was in a good condition. It was missing jack but Bob assured me that he will take care of that and he did. Driversselect ordered a jack for me. Overall I am happy with the service and the product.

My experience was awesome, I decided to see the vehicle I was interested in first before I filled out the application. I walked in and told Dave (my salesman) which car I was interested in and they helped me right away. I had to wait about 25 min because the vehicle was in another location (my fault for not filling out online application) once the vehicle arrived I was able to test drive it all went well, I was also given a fair trade-in amount for my old vehicle. I was in and out about 2hrs. After driving in the 1st vehicle for an extended time I realized it was a bit "tight fit" for me and knees started acting up. I saw a larger vehicle on their site and told them of my situation and asked if I could trade it in for that vehicle, I was told they don't do that but since I contacted them the next day they agreed to. the transfer was worked out and Ive been happy in the new vehicle. the sales team @ DS has always reached out to me to ensure all my concerns were addressed throughout the whole process. I would and have recommend to others.

If I could give a 0 star I would. DO NOT believe anything Jeremy Bradshaw has to say as he is just trying to get people in the door. Long story short, was told no problem we can roll ANY amount of negative equity into a car after I had explained the amount that was owed on my vehicle and how much I was upside down. So I submit my credit app to then speak to an actual sales person (very nice man named Kyle) that said no that is not the case its too much to roll in. So now I get a hit on my credit when it could have been completely avoided if he had been honest.

I had such a great experience here compared to going to a regular dealership where you spend literally hours and might not really get anywhere, where as with Drivers Select there is no hassle and no games. I spent maybe a total of an hour in the actual dealership AND Ryan helped me get a better offer on my trade in!!!

Very deceptive practices. Tell outright untruths and seem to prey on uninformed customers. If you do not purchase the extended warranty or utilize their financing programs, expect to be treated with total disrespect.
