I would like Myriam G. Recognized for her exceptional Guest Loyalty Specialist services. I bought a SUV in Thornton CO, in September 2020. I have been working with Shawn W. To get monies taken off my sale agreement for 3 1/2 months for a warranty I cancelled 3 days after buying the suv. By accident I was transferred to TX and Myriam G. took the time to listen to me and send me a form to email to the correct company. The process for the money to be taken off my sale agreement was processed 2 days later. Thank you Myriam I am glad to see Echo Park TX, has competent people working for them that care about the customer.
