if there is a rating below zero I would've chosen it!
I am writing about a horrible experience today in this place. I saw a car that I like, I called the sales and asked them about the final "ready to drive price" , based on it I brought a check with me with that number and drove all the distance from Carrollton to Grand Prairie. when I reached there, the sales person (Sierra) met me there and told me that someone else may take the car now and they are testing it! I decided to wait for half an hour until she told me that the car is available again. I asked her to inspect the car at the nearest place. she told me that I have one hour and I have to return the car , otherwise they will send the police after me!!! I went to the inspection place and they sent me to another location , I called other sales persons to tell them that it might take more than one hour to get it inspected, (the process of inspection itself is at least one hour) , the other person told me it is fine and to proceed with the inspection, so I went to the inspection place in the other location, they started with the process , the left the car and everything, and then suddenly I received a call from the sales person (sierra) threatining me to return the car immediately or she will call the police !!
I FELT LIKE I AM A THIEF OR A CRIMINAL !! I showed her the damn check with me and yet I received such terrible customer service, I returned the car, did not inspect it, and did not buy it! SO IT IS EITHER YOU HAVE ONE HOUR TO INSPECT IT, OR THEY CALL THE POLICE AFTER YOU!! OR AS THE SALES PERSON TOLD ME TO GRAB A MECHANIC WITH ME TO INSPECT IT IN PLACE!! are you serious!!
the people at Firestone inspection place started to laugh when I told them I have to return the car otherwise they will call the police, they were like "seriously?!!"
