The overall experience was okay. The sales person Lilia was awesome. However, I did not like how the finance department added in GAP insurance and an extended warranty without asking me if those were options that I would be interested in. That process alone turned my 5 star experience into a 3 star experience. Yes, I would definitely recommend Drivers Select because the vehicles are reasonably priced but beware of the extras that are added in without first notifying the customer.
