I had a particularly unique experience here. A third-party app brought me in and, therefore, I'm a walk-in looking to test drive a car. I was assigned a sales man almost immediately. Roberto was very nice and friendly. I was lucky enough to have three different models of the car I was interested in at this location. I told him any model is fine, and that I was more concerned with test driving than buying. He made note of that.

I gave him my license to scan. He said he would return with a set of keys so I could test drive. I'm not sure if they were having problems with their system but only one of the three cars were actually at the location. The only car there we had trouble tracking down. After waiting around for over an hour I decided to leave.

Once I returned home I realized my salesman forgot to return my license. I ran back over to their location to get it back. Once I got there I had to wait even longer to get help. Roberto was in the middle of a sale so instead of handing my license dilemma off to another employee or manager, I had to wait around another hour before he even started looking.

Turns out somehow my license vanished. I wasn't too upset because I know mistakes happen but I'm a little more disappointed with how their staff handled the situation. I emailed the general manager but received no response in return. I'm not even sure if management is aware of the situation. It's been close to a week and no one has followed up with me.

I can't speak on any of their sales tactics or pricing of cars because I couldn't even reach that point. It's likely I won't return in the future.

UPDATE (3/2/18):
I emailed the customer service associate to see what they could do to help me out, if anything. He followed up a couple days later letting me know he'd call me. I never received that call. Some month and half later I received my license in the mail. Obviously since I couldn't drive without a driver's license for a month and half, I had already purchased a new one. To this day no one has ever contacted me about this situation, very unique customer service they have here at driversselect.
