I bought a Ford Edge for my wife about 7 months ag...

I bought a Ford Edge for my wife about 7 months ago. The car was totalled approximately 2 months ago. We had paid out of pocket, $250 for an extra key to be made on the date of the purchase. We decided we did not need the extra key, and I began calling for a refund about a month after we bought the car, as the sales rep informed us that the "key voucher" was refundable if we did not use it. From all of my calls to Driversselect, I never heard back at all, not once. A couple of weeks ago, my wife and I went in with the receipt for the key, the car is now totalled and no need for anybody to have a key. They took the receipt and our information, after having spent 2 hours in the dealership, and have never gotten back with us since then. I guess I will have to go up there in person again, which is nowhere near where we work or live! I don't understand how it can be so hard to refund a simple $250, when we paid $25,000 for a vehicle from them. I'm going to end up spending the $250 in gase going back and forth in vain attempts to collect our $250! This has been frustrating me all year! I will never do business with them again as they just hope that you get frustrated and give up and keep your money.
