Horrible experience. How they allow staff (marcelio) to be rude, uneducated about the product, unprofessional, I can t figure it out. After going through days of trying to get drivers select to provide information to our credit union, they sent us what they call an invoice and when I called back to arrange to pick up the car, they informed me it was sold. They offered to take $500 off a higher price car only to discover had dents scratches and the wheels were messed up.
