This was my very first experience buying a car, and I was a bit nervous about handling it all by myself. I called in on a Tuesday evening to inquire about a Subaru Legacy I had seen online and quickly had an appointment the next morning with Charles McCormick. As I was pulling into the parking lot, I received a call from Charles letting me know he had just located and driven the car around so that it was ready for me to see. We had a great discussion about what I was looking for, and Charles was very helpful in addressing any of my concerns and answering my questions. I had done quite a bit of research beforehand, which I think impressed him a bit and also made me feel very comfortable from the beginning. After we talked, I got to see and test drive the car (by myself!) and absolutely loved everything about it. It was definitely my car. I went back to work, but came back that evening after comparing financing options (which Charles beat every time) and got to trade in my current car and drive my new Subaru home that night! Charles stayed an hour and a half after closing to make sure I was happy and that everything went smoothly. I really, truly appreciate the transparency and care that Charles McCormick offers his customers. I was presented with all my options and still able to make my own decisions without feeling pressured. Thank you for making this experience so great, Charles!!
