WOW....I simply called the Grand Prairie location to see if a vehicle was still sitting on the lot before I drove over an hour to look at it with plans to purchase. Lisa answered the phone and abruptly put me on hold. JC then answered was an absolute jerk. He refused to look the car up and asked if I was married to it. I stated yes, because I ve been researching vehicles for several months for some particulars that are specific to this one I found. He stated then it would be there. I asked if I could give him the stock number to look it up and he said oh you have to do this 90% something or another and pay $500. I stated I had no problem doing that after I looked at the car, which I just wanted to know if was on his lot specifically. He got extremely rude with me and stated, you re not married to it and we have plenty on our lot and we don t hold cars. . I wasn t asking him to hold a vehicle, just confirm before I wasted my time. I finally said forget it....If others choose to do business with people that rude just know there are WAY BETTER PLACES WITH GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. (My husband happened to be on 3-way and said oh hell no we aren t being treated this way...and he s in the car world) SO...Mr JC...you just lost 3 sales because we had 3 vehicles to buy today but the only specific one to confirm was mine. I hope management gives you some training for your actions or fires you for making their business look bad.

Everything went smoothly, they had the vehicles we wanted to test drive. Eric our salesman was friendly and knowledgeable. Price was great, financed thru them. The rate wasn't so great, so will definitely refinance thru my credit union. I don't blame them, I could have pre-approved myself before shopping for an auto.

Very welcoming atmosphere! Organized, not pushing, and all very friendly people! Had a wonderful experience with Robert. Buying a car is going to take some time but he made the experience as smooth as possible. Would go back or recommend to people looking for a place!

Driversselect is a great car buying experience; however, it is not the go to place for everyone. You should check out driversselect if you know the car you want or even if you've narrowed it down to a few selections. It is not a place for car browsing! Their prices keep them incredibly busy and you will spend all day here if you want to view 5 or 6 cars. If you see one or two cars on their website though, they are very convenient and cooperative with truly unbeatable prices. If you know what you want, you can leave with a great car at a great price in 2 or 3 hours

Mr. Charles Bright made my car purchase very pleasant. A very friendly seller, explains things very well. It was a very fast process, I bought the car at a very good price in excellent condition. I recommend this place and the warm and excellent attention of Mr. Charles Bright.

The experience was very easy, smooth, and fast. The Sales rep, DeMeon Washington was great to deal with and was knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend him to anyone who goes in. Had me me in and out in less than 30 min or so.

Of course I did my research ahead of coming in and saw the vehicle I wanted online.

But from start to finish was simple and very transparent. If you do decide to go in make sure you select a day other than Saturday, because that day is Extremely busy.

My experience at Driver's Select was nothing short of perfect! Nicole was amazing and attentive even through toggling back and forth through customers. The staff is superb as well. When I was waiting there, I was kept company and consistently asked if I needed anything. I loved how I was able to test drive vehicles fast and efficient. Although the buying process was a breeze, I noticed quite a few issues with my car after the fact such as broken windshield wiper and sun visor. I rescheduled two appts and got the run around before I was even given the first. Customer service is horrible and they get back to you when they feel like it. Need a better customer service staff!

This was the easiest car purchasing experience I have ever had. Antwon was courteous, efficient, and professional. Since I was flying in from another state, he even picked me up at my hotel and drove me to the dealership. When I arrived to close the deal, the vehicle was exactly as described, the paperwork was ready, and everything was in order. Everyone I met was very polite and helpful. Because I was buying this vehicle in a different state from where I live and could not inspect and drive the vehicle, I hired an independent inspection service to do that for me. The dealer was very cooperative in making the vehicle available for the inspection service, let me know when they arrived and when they had finished the inspection. And the dealer provided me with a copy of their inspection report also, so I had both the dealer's report and the third party's report on the vehicle. Everything was in order.

I would highly recommend driversselect to anyone interested in purchasing a pre-owned vehicle. I would not hesitate to use them again when I am in the market for another vehicle.

The straight forward auto buying experience of Driversselect is the only way to go. Quality vehicles with low milage and prices that beat everyone in the Metroplex and beyond. Pedro was friendly and knowledgable while providing an enjoyable car buying experience.

Cars selection is good. Staff are way too busy. Need to be patient when you are going to buy a car here. But, it is really a good place to find a wish car.

Driversselect was one of the best car buying experiences I ve ever had. They are upfront and transparent from the beginning and work with you to get you in a vehicle that day. Great job!

I was very disappointed by the lack of integrity with DriverSelect for two reasons.

1. They do not allow any outside financing, which is not uncommon, but is still very controlling. I did my own research for the best interest rate and went to the dealership pre-approved for an excellent interest rate at a local credit union. I prefer to make my own choices about financing, but they would have none of that. I was required to use their finance companies at a higher interest rate, and then I could refinance with my preferred finance company if I wanted my better pre-approved rate. This seems like a hidden agenda. Maybe DriverSelect is more of a finance company than a car dealership. I want to know who I'm actually doing business with. Are they a car dealership or a finance company? It's not clear.

2. I went to DriverSelect to test drive a vehicle which was advertised at a very good price and with impressively low miles, but they could not find the car anywhere on the lot or elsewhere. They asked if I wanted to see a different car, but nothing else compared as well to the good deal I went in to get. I would have gladly purchased the vehicle if they had found it. I think this was a classic case of "Bait & Switch." They get you into their dealership for what you think is an awesome good deal, then they try to sell you something more expensive. This practice is very dishonest and manipulative.
This same vehicle is still being advertised. It's the very popular 2018 Rav4 LE with only 15,300 miles on it. A week later, I got emails that the price dropped from $18,689 to $18,449. However, I don't think they have this car, otherwise it would have sold by now. They are persisting with this "Bait & Switch."
This is my personal opinion based on my experience. Decide for yourself. You've been warned.

Consider yourself warned. If you go to DriverSelect, don't be surprised if you end up spending more money than you had planned to spend.

Thanks for all of your reviews. I was considering buying a vehicle here. Customer Service is very important to me. It s very important to treat your customers the same even after they purchase a vehicle from you. I need to be able to speak to someone incase there is an issue.

I'm wrapping things up at driversselect now and never post reviews, but as long as this place is in business I'll be buying my car is here and never stepping foot in a dealership again. For those that cannot stand the high-pressure sales environment at the dealership, check this place out.

This was my first experience with Drivers select and I have to admit that it was a very good one. I went there to see a BMW X5 but didn t find the one I saw. However, the salesperson, Adrian, showed me a Volvo S9 and after driving it, I fell in love with it.

I would never imagine buying a Volvo but I am glad Adrian showed me that based on my criteria.

I had my own financing. So, I don t know anything about their finance sulystem to y all about but their extended warranty is one of the best in market with 5 years and 75000 miles coverage.

Bernard was great once we got with him. But before that I scheduled an appointment with mr. Calhoun who when we arrived seemed very anxious for us to not be there. I was coming to look at a 2015 and 2016 Nissan Altima with the sole purpose to buy. He knew what car we wanted and what time we were coming. When we arrived we were told it s on a second lot and we will have to wait until it gets over here. I took an extended lunch break to come up there to pick the one I wanted and we waiting 45 minutes or more before Bernard came over and basically started the process from scratch. We drove over to the vehicle and test drove it and decided we wanted the 2016 due to a recent price drop. After getting everything with my loan straightened out we went to go sign and pick up the car with the cashiers check in hand. When we were finished we came out to a decently clean car but coming from a dealership previously it was not detailed like the $259 fee says it would be. Overall I m happy with the vehicle but a lot of things could have been different to make the actual buying process a lot less stressful. I do not recommend anyone talk to mr. Calhoun and if I had more time last night I would have asked them to detail it again since I did pay for it. Great prices on cars and the cars we looked at were basically pristine condition. Bernard was fantastic thorough and prompt and I thank him for that.

So this is a major shoutout to driversselect, Salim, and a Chris!!. My wife and I went there on 1/27/20 and went to look at a couple vehicles in specific. A Jeep Wrangler unlimited and a Ford Fusion Titanium. Our first sales experience with this dealership and salesman George was an older and heavier set man who treated my wife and I like yesterday s garbage. Told us what we can and can t get without even knowing our financial situation. We can back later in the week to look at the fusion and requested not to deal with the previous sales person. We were introduced to this amazing salesperson named Salim who absolutely made us feel like royalty. He asked what we were after and let us do our thing. No pressure in trying to force a sale. 1 hour later we were gone in a brand new Ford Fusion Titanium that we were told earlier in the week we couldn t afford. All of this on a zero down lease for 72 months. Salim, if you re reading this I want you to know that you have made this families year by simply being a kind and respectful human being. Also, Chris was a great help on fine tuning the little details to ensure we can drive off so shoutout to you as well Chris!

I had a great experience at driver select. Nic made the process go very smooth, there was not any unnecessary haggling or pressure. My family will definitely be back when the time comes for another car or truck. Just ask for Nic Rojas, he will take good care of you!

I am so happy my husband found driversselect dealership, they made buying my car so simple it was quick and fast. Their customer service is amazing. They never rushed me and they allow me to test drive found different cars. I will definitely buy my cars from them from now on. I m so happy with my car the only thing right now is that I haven t gotten my SD card for my navigation system.... Haven t gotten no call about it but I haven t really been stressing the issue. Overall experience and car collections they have is really good. I have bought a 2016 Toyota Corolla S PLUS. everything is in place as they explained.

But my second key which I have received for my car was broken and looks like it was fixed using some glue kind of stuff before.

I have not seen this while buying and when I tried to use it today that glue came out.

I have tried to reach the sales person, He asked me to contact customer care. while trying for customer care no one picks call and there is no call back for voicemail.

Highly disappointed.

Very pleased with my experience. I was rear-ended a month prior..vehicle declared a total loss, so I came in somewhat unprepared and not in my preferred financial situation. Lamarcus Reed was very helpful and patient. Im not sure I wouldve gotten what I wanted without his assistance. Everyone I interacted with was pleasant and attentive. Despite the sales environment, I felt I could trust them.

Great experience. No pushy sales guy trying to sell you a particular car you don't want. Prices were well below blue book for cars only a few years old and low mileage. Communication and appointments were superb from beginning to end. Will return for next vehicle purchase.

Great experience.
Got there 15 minutes before closing (7:45PM). Was helped by a trainee (I'm bad with names) and he was superb. Was able to look at the car, purchase it and leave by 9:30PM. That is my record for buying a car! Fast, painless and easy.

First let me say my whole process at the dealership was about an hour max (Great especially with kids). Secondary my sales rep Mary Gutierrez was phenomenal she know what I had as a down payment and what I wanted my down payments to be and she made it happen. I thought after asking to come in to test drive I was going to get the run arounds boy was I wrong, after test driving letting Mary know I was in love with the car walked back in all paperwork was printed up o just had to look over everything and sign Thank you Mary for all your hard work.

Steven was very helpful and answered all the questions I had. Great deals and service. The entire work staff was very attentive. They offered drinks and snacks while we waited. I definitely recommend this place.

I just bought a used car and the experience was fantastic. I found a car online that I wanted to check out, so before I made the trek to downtown Dallas to check it out I called and spoke to Josh. I asked if the car was there, he checked for me, asked when I would be arriving, and said he would have the car ready to go with a key in hand when I arrived. Sure enough, as soon as I arrived Josh was there with the key in hand ready for me to check the car out and take a test drive. There was no pressure in the experience at all, and the staff was incredibly friendly and courteous. I was very impressed by the entire experience and would definitely recommend this dealership. If you go, you should ask for Josh. He was incredible!

Dealers Select has a friendly staff with a clean facility. Ashton was very helpful, up front, and quick with the process. My purchase was a joyful experience and better than I expected.

I've purchased two vehicles from them, and the actual process, price and quality of cars are just fine, it's the follow-up that's horrendous. I've been trying for over 4 months to get the forms I need for a totalled vehicle. I've called and left messages, nothing. I've emailed, finally got a reply, told it's through accounting, but I couldn't reach out to them directly. They said they would pass info along and that's been well over a month and nothing. I had to reach out to a former salesperson to contact a manager for me and still nothing. If this is how they treat customers, I don't plan on purchasing any more vehicles from them.

Tyler did a fantastic job of securing the best possible deal for our daughter's car. Did most of the work before we arrived and we were in and out very quickly.

My overall experience with Driversselect was OUTSTANDING! Hardest part of all was deciding which vehicle I wanted. From the time I submitted my application to the time my car was delivered to me, Josh and Sam absolutely made me feel like I was a priority. I feel like I made the best decision ever by choosing this dealership, there is no run around just upfront honest answers. No back and forth with finance/bank, endless negotiating, unexpected changes which you get at other dealerships. I recently purchased a car there. Got the car at a great price. I repeatedly and emphatically asked the sales rep. not to shop my credit, "I don't want my credit shopped. That happened to my son and he got several hard inquiries, I don't want that to happen to me. DO NOT PULL MY CREDIT OVER AND OVER." I was told it would be on hard pull and the finance companies would see and consider my loan. Well that did not happen and I have SIX new hard inquiries after I almost DEMANDED that that not happen and was assured it would not happen. The sales rep. lied. My score which was very good went down. I am beyond furious.

These people are crooks, they took my down payment and I never got the car. I tried calling Vance left message after message after he promised that I would get my down payment of 1500.00 back, they couldn't get financing for the car. They have hung up in my face, the people who were so nice in the beginning now turned into rude and evil people, I don't have a car nor my down payment on the car...

Best car buying experience we have ever had. Johnnie Jones was great to work with. I told him what vehicle I was interested in along with the terms I wanted before I agreed to step into the dealership. I filled out the paperwork online, Johnnie was able to get the terms I wanted and I set up an appointment for the following day. When we got there, Johnnie was waiting for us with the vehicle ready for our test drive, we signed the contracts and we were out the door in less then an hour. We will defintely be back for future purchases.

Purchased a LEXUS and the battery died 3 days later.
Still waiting for a refund since the car is under 30 days limited warranty. NOBODY seems to care. Left voice mail, sent email and no reply!!!
