Super disappointing

Was at home on the weekend. Delivery package rather delivered in the shop !! It is probably easier than honking or ringing the bell. : ((

We are very happy with DPD Germany. There have never been any problems, even though we live outside of our place. We give the full number of points

Even though there were several people in the house, the package was simply placed on the doorstep without notification. This cannot happen in corona times.
It wasn't the first time at DPD.

Deliveries that could not be delivered in the morning are only brought to the specified shop the next day in the afternoon and only part of the delivery. The other part disappears for several days.

The DPD received 2 packages in one day for delivery to a customer, but was unable to deliver both packages in one day. A package came a week later. The delivery note was already in the first delivered package and there were 2 positions on it. The 2nd was without. The dispatcher should go to retraining. Unnecessary pollution from double travel.

I am very disappointed because even though I was at home, my package was not delivered to me. This happened to me very often or always with you and finally had to go to a delivery point, but this time it was completely unacceptable. The only drawback, therefore 1 point deduction, I had given a storage location okay, which was completely ignored. The purpose of the storage location was that it cannot be seen from the street, but the package was placed directly in front of the front door for everyone to see. We always had trouble with DPD at our old address. Address could not be found, etc. But since we moved and another DPD driver is on the way, everything has been going smoothly.

The DPD is successfully applying for the price for the most unreliable and unfriendly parcel service in Germany.

Just a star because I waited for my package for free at home. They said that I was not available, that was not true. Nobody rang the doorbell for me. It was only by coincidence that I found out that my package can be picked up in the neighboring town. It's a shame that you can't rely on DPD.

fast and friendly - but only because I live on the ground floor - should I charge a fee for the many disruptions - 10 cents for each ring I make - then I'll make 50 a month! The last package was damaged - before I check the contents the deliverer had already left!

How unreliable can you be? Simply randomly placing the parcel in any hallway in the city where I live, not telling anyone and declaring it handed in to the recipient is just a bad job. It's a shame that I can't give -1 star.

With us in the district there are no problems with the DPD. The parcels are handed over or parked cleanly and properly.

A recommendation for all 1 star distributors (not only at the DPD) Work as a parcel delivery agent for 2 days, maybe one or the other will then reconsider his rating! For parcels at least 6.00 Euro shipping costs should apply, then parcel deliverers can also be rewarded accordingly!

The package was not delivered with a statement that the driver missed me. What an outrage.

Incredible. First it was alleged at DPD shipment tracking that acceptance had been refused. I was at home all day and the doorbell didn't even ring! Then it was claimed that the package had been delivered to the agreed storage location, which is not the case. My package is important, I am urgently waiting for it and it seems to have disappeared without a trace. I will avoid all orders that are delivered with DPD.

The packages sent from the UK were reliably delivered. The only thing that was annoying are the announced delivery times. These weren't remotely true, but forced you not to leave home .

Deliverer rang the doorbell briefly, after about 15 seconds I answered the intercom, but no one answered.
After a few minutes, I went down to look and found the package by the front door. It was simply parked there without letting me know. Simply irresponsible! It was about an article worth a few hundred euros and then placing the package next to the front door without a word is not acceptable !!!

Unfortunately the package was defective in front of the front door. All the liquid in the cleaner was distributed on the floor (granite surface). In addition, the package was not placed in the agreed storage area, which was also indicated on a note on the door.

I received a package today. Although my son was at home, the delivery driver didn't deliver the package to us, but to the neighbor. I would still accept that. So far, parcels have always arrived without any problems. Thanks to the dpd app, you always know exactly where the package is.

How bold your employees are is a cheek !! The guy rings the doorbell, I open the door for him and he walks straight to the mailbox and wants to give me a pick-up slip! Cheek !! Should your staff seem not to know the tasks of your job!

One week for a package that should go across Germany. And then the tracking says that it should be there in 2 days ^^ then the address is not found for each parcel and is only successfully delivered to the same address on the 2nd attempt to deliver. Call me funny but DPD is no longer good.

I was informed by email that my package had been successfully delivered. A bit surprising since I was not at home. When I arrived hours later there was a completely soaked box in the driveway, clearly visible to every customer who comes by, in front of the hall gate. The neighbor didn't accept it either. The package was simply put down and ready. Nobody even rang the doorbell. I can understand that because we have a WLAN bell that I could use to speak to the visitor from Timbuktu.

The parcel delivery company simply places the parcels in the house aisle. I've already asked him about it. This is the 3rd time that a package that is to be "delivered" via DPD is flying around in the hallway without anyone even knowing that someone was there. Because there is simply no ringing.

I moved on August 19th. In the new apartment, I have quite a problem with this company. Highly pregnant at the time with young child. The DPD driver rings the doorbell and throws the package into the house entrance. Complained that he refuses to carry the package up for me. 3 times unsuccessful. Since the beginning of September I have complained 13 times because the driver refuses to ring the doorbell. He drives my parcels straight to a store to pick up. I have already complained personally at the depot, but nobody cares. Since September 28th I've been waiting for my parcel, the driver doesn't ring and I get an email about a delivery attempt. I give a parking place for the next day. Another email that I wasn't home. Not true because I had my second child and am currently tied to the apartment.

On Monday there were 2 packages, now it's only one because the other one got lost.
Today I specified a neighbor to deliver the parcel ... The driver doesn't ring and the parcel is now being sent back to the sender.

I have already described the situation at Amazon. In the future, they will ship with a different service provider for my orders.

In my private life I will NEVER choose this company again.

Update 10/2/20. Finally got my package after a week. See pictures. The driver opened my package, opened peanut butter and threw it back into the package. The whole order is unusable.

Until now, you could always rely on DPD or the driver who is responsible here! Never had problems or delays! Top!

The delivery was delivered on time in the specified time frame. Really reliable.

The delivery was flawless. However, I relied on the delivery time window and then the delivery took place almost two hours later. That was annoying.

Never delivered my package to me. I always had to search around neighborhood and building for my packages. It is really annoying and time consuming. One time they returned item because they did't find my address!!! I wonder, how all other companies do find it??We have huge sign with hause number.... Real shame.. I wouldn't recommend this company never ever!

Package where otherwise given no notification where is no longer on find bar, and in the tracking in the mailbox supi I find it really great if you should not have time to do something different

The worst parcel delivery service since the start of parcel delivery.
You wait at home for the parcel, all of a sudden the DPD app shows that I can pick up the parcel in a shop. Then I can pick up my ordered goods right away from the supplier :-(
If the drivers are too comfortable to peel themselves out of the car, maybe they should give it a try as a bus driver,

I received a package with DPD again. I watched the delivery person park the parcel without a parking permit (this was revoked in September 2017) in front of the front door (not even in the hallway). Since the parcels have often been parked in the rain in front of the front door or even in the completely wrong house without any information, the authorization to park has been revoked for 2 years (by phone, fax, email) but DPD does not adhere to this. The parcels are still simply left. If they were delivered properly, one could complain about the condition of the parcels immediately. B. sometimes open, other times these are so battered that you can only use the content to a limited extent.

Leaving the 26kg package at the Haus door, imagine that was an old person who's receiving this package?
Why are you getting paid? Simply the worst delivery company ever, I would go for 0 stars but that is not an option here.

Why do you give a parcel to a neighbor even though the recipient is at home? It didn't even ring my bell.

I stayed home from work twice to receive this package. The deliveryman did not ring the doorbell, but instead left a slip saying the package is on the way to a Paketshop (which I did not authorize). I walked over to the Paketshop, only to find that the package had not yet been delivered there. This is not the efficiency I expected from DPD.

There is not even a wait until you open the door and then the package is simply thrown into the doorway. No matter what is in the package.

This afternoon a friendly woman rang the bell and had our package in hand. This was filed with her, unfortunately this was not on our street but a few streets away from us.
Nice that there are still nice people who can read addresses and even bring a wrongly delivered package.

I was at home this morning, no one was sure to ring the bell and when I got out my ordered bed was outside our mailbox. Protected from rain and theft! The driver said he gave it to me personally. I met him in the village shortly afterwards and he said he rang the bell and nobody opened it. But he seems to do it regularly, when I met him I saw him put a package in front of the door of a house.

Parcel placed in front of the door. Parking behind the house was ignored. This was the case again.

Impossible to deal with someone else's property: The package was deposited directly behind our little gate and was right next to one of the main roads in our city, right next to the busy cycle and footpath, with open access for every passer-by ... and unprotected from all weather conditions and over 24 For hours (according to the email notification, delivery was on Saturday afternoon and we didn't get home until Sunday evening).
Why did I issue a parking permit for our GARAGE months ago (and again indicated with a large picture with arrows in the middle of our front door) when the parcels always end up elsewhere? We have already lost so many parcels ... Stay away from DPD!

I wasn't happy with dpd when it comes to delivering as compared to the others, but then I decided to install the App. By installing it made things easier. I was able to follow my parcel and it's delivering time. I got my last delivering parcel from them at eas. Love it now.

BAD. You ALWAYS only have problems with DPD. Either the package is marked as "delivered" and then later, only after a complaint, is actually sent from the warehouse ... or they deliver it to you, but not at the place of storage and the box is well wrapped (probably therefore not personally delivered) . Please do your job right!

I should get 2 packages, 1 of which has been in the depot for 1 week and will not be delivered despite multiple calls and correspondence.
2nd package was supposedly delivered to a family / name that doesn't exist here in the house or 2 houses on the left or right. There was also no card.

Very bad. They just drop our parcels in the street, where anyone can take them. All the time. No attempt to call the apartment or check if we are at home (we obviously are) or notify that the parcel is delivered. Once they needed to pick something up from us and they never came (twice!). When asked why, they lied that they tried to get in touch but we were not at home. Shame on you, DPD. Awful service.

I have had a lot of parcels delivered with DPD lately. Unfortunately, the messenger leaves the parcels somewhere in the building, just not in our office. That's not how it works ...
