Once again, not parked there as discussed (storage location). Furthermore 3 days late !!!

Es wird einfach umetikiert und zu einem Paketshop geliefert ohne einen Zustellversuch zu unternehmen. Habe keine Karte bekommen obwohl ich den ganzen Tag gewartet habe.

The package was simply parked in the hallway under the mailboxes. I could not take it because I was under medical treatment. The front door was open so that "everyone" had access to the package. The deliverer could either have delivered it to a neighbor or had to take it back and try again at a later point in time. I didn't give a stopping station.

So far, things have always worked out well with the guys from DPD

It cannot be that you are at home and nobody rings the bell even though you are there, and then the package is delivered to the wrong address and then there is not even a card in the mailbox where it can / would be picked up, absolute cheek.

I am very disappointed, the package is damaged on the door, and the driver cannot openly stick the door open with at least a piece of Tesa - this is called customer service

DPD is one of the most unreliable delivery company I have ever experienced, they don t ring bell or leave a note, you wait for the whole day at home to get the delivery just to find out via app or tracking site that someone tried a delivery attempt and you were not at home therefore the package has been delivered to a parcel shop or returned to sender, but you never find a notice in your mailbox. Specially since I have been living on 2nd floor I never get delivery from DPD. My only solution bow is to see at the time of buying or upfront if the package is going to be delivered by DPD and divert to another seller to avoid DPD.

Unfortunately had a few shipment problems, but arrived safely, drivers as you already know them super super friendly.

Already experienced the second very bad delivery within a very short time today.
After a short ring (at least), the damaged parcel was placed without looking at who finally accepted it. I would have gladly refused to accept the damage - however, since there are considerable language challenges with the delivery person, this would have been impossible.
If possible, it is better not to send with PDP. Unless you don't care about the service, you only order break-proof items and you shouldn't care about the goods, because maybe not everything is included in the package.

Only trouble with this club! Supposedly, the package should come between 12:30 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. Of course did not come and got up until 7:00 p.m. is delivered! Was of course not delivered and the next day the status was up was delivered just before 1:00 p.m. Insolence and fraud! This shop should be closed!

Never received my package. The driver claiming the package was delivered to my door. This package was not delivered to my address as two additional service providers delivered packages on the same day (and next day) the DPD package was supposedly delivered and I received those items (left at my front door). DPD claims since I gave the authorization for the package to be left at my front door, they're not liable. I find that unacceptable since mistakes are sometimes made and someone needs to take responsibility. However, DPD doesn't want to take any responsibility. That's really not very good customer service.

Everything went great, super fast delivery from Poland, delivery time frame between 12:30 and 13:05. Am thrilled ;-)

The parcel was delivered within the specified period, unfortunately the deliverer didn't even ring the bell and simply put the parcel in front of the front door, even though we were at home. What a shame!!!!

If the deliverer would also ring the doorbell after parking the parcel, it would be perfect.
Not everyone checks their mails every 5 minutes or looks out the door.

Nothing works at DPD. App, website, no desired storage locations, emails are ignored, in 3 of 5 delivery attempts someone was at home but no contact was made. Delivery to a parcel shop, although another was agreed. No parcel service is as bad as DPD

Worst service ever. They have supposedly delivered the package outside my door but the package was not there.

For years only trouble with DPD! The driver has never bothered to ring the doorbell! Parcels are always simply deposited even though there has NEVER been a deposit okay. Two years ago I had to argue with a wholesaler for months with DPD about an amount of 35.
And now the summit, according to the shipment tracking a package was delivered at 11:50 am. I was there with a second person from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. that day. No package far and wide! I'm curious to see how long I will take this time until my immediately paid truth appears.

The time is always observed. And if it does not work that you are not at home, he will come again or you can change the day when it suits you best. Always happy to have parcels delivered with DPD.

During this time he received the message on his cell phone: delivery not possible, we did not find it. Crazy or. So, and now things are getting better, after a short discussion my neighbor got his package. My neighbor noticed the package with my name and said, you can give it to me. And the driver gives it out. A foreign package to a wrong recipient. DPD, you earned an Oscar. With all due respect. My neighbor then brought the package straight to me. Now I also know who AO Ralf is. Unfortunately, less than one star is not possible. Packages were thrown on the doorstep. And damage to the package has not been documented and the deliverer is said to be unable to do so. I insisted on it, but you have to listen to the fact that the deliverer doesn't let you talk to him like that. Then he just drove off. This is how customer service works.

Unfortunately, DPD also joins the ranks of parcel service providers that are in great need of improvement. My wife is at home on the day of delivery and the delivery person doesn't even think it necessary to ring. Worst shipping company ever.
I waited over 1 week for my package. The app never correctly reflected the delivery status.

So far only positive experiences. Package was delivered very quickly with very, very reliable live tracking. You can adjust very well to the package. Parcel couriers noticeably very under time pressure, but nevertheless polite. That's the way it has to be!

Driver was obviously not able to use the elevator and instead handed my package to the neighbor on the ground floor even though I was at home. And because of a minute more. Sorry, I have no understanding for that.

Unfortunately I share the experience and avoid delivery with DPD. A gamble with my goods, so ultimately with my money! The customer has the job! I will also no longer order any goods if the shipping should go through DPD and communicate that. I definitely don't ship via this company either!

Where is my package? According to delivery, simply in the garden. We live directly at the asylum home and they know exactly when we are gone or when we are at home. May be our package is gone ....

According to tracking, the package would have been available on Friday. But the driver just went back to the depot. So it came on Monday.

Conclusion: If you can't stand someone, then you send them the package with DPD.

DPD had problems delivering the parcel on Saturday and Monday, I'm on vacation and was at home to wait :-). Today I spent the morning at home again to wait for the parcel, from my balcony I saw the DPD car drive away and was happy. Due to Corona, I basically have the desired storage location front door inside. I live on the 9th floor, I know all my neighbors, so far everything has gone well because the other delivery services are still ringing. DPD did not do this. Air conditioner ordered. The delivery person slammed the parcels in front of the door. Whether everything is undamaged will turn out after assembly. Although I was at home, the doorbell did not ring. DPD is the worst delivery company in Germany. Each time my parcels were delivered, there was some problem. Today they just simply left the package outside, so that it can easily be stolen.

One star is already too many !! The delivery was not delivered even though I was at home! And that twice in a row! The delivery was not delivered to the shop either, only on the third day! The shop owner filed a complaint with the head office as this was not the only case! Never again DPD!

If you ship with DPD, do not be surprised if packages do not arrive. Packages are simply put in front of the door, even though you are at home. Other packages are delivered as in there, but are not findable, then there are names in it, which does not even exist in the neighborhood, has probably signed by Paketbote and just entered something. It does not work that way. Just keep your hands off the shop!

Unfortunately, only 1 package of 2 was delivered and nobody knows where it is. It is terrible that you can only approach DPD after 14 days of non-delivery to ask where the package has ended up. I can only rate this shipment as bad.

The driver didn't ring the bell again. I was at home all day. The second delivery from the same order was delivered directly with the Amazon shipping service and I personally received it today. I received an email from DPD stating my package on 07.07. was delivered at 12:24 p.m. To a Mr. or Mrs. Rieser. I'm neither my name nor one of my neighbors. On 08.07. in the evening the package was at the door. Shipment tracking like this, which causes effort and work, can be saved and is not customer-friendly.

we were definitely at home, the deliverer certainly didn't ring the bell, but simply put the package in the garage, which was far from the house. It could have been stolen at any time or damaged in the wet. The deliverer also didn't throw a card into the mailbox. He was just too lazy to walk to the front door. Amazing! They are the only postal service who actually arrive at the designated time and leave the package where you ask them to. The rest of the postal services, especially DHL, could learn something from this company if they actually gave a s... about customer services.

One of the worst delivery companies we've had the misfortune to deal with. On several occasions parcels have been shown as delivered on the tracking but we never receive the packages.

I always have problems with DPD service. Things never arrive on time! And if they do they leave it at the door and not even ring the doorbell. In all the cases I don't have a choice since the people who sent the packages works with this terrible service only to save a few euros. I would happily pay the extra price to get my package on time and in a proper made.
I would appreciate if someone in this company takes my feedback seriously and improves the service.

They split my packages, even wos tracking number next in line, and it wos clear and visibly that it is about two speakers ... well .one arrived Friday and another Monday.. really clever!

It is unbelievable what your supplier has allowed himself to simply put the ordered true one at the front door and run away I asked him to hand over the true one to us (first floor) who said he had delivered it and it is good.

DPD is awful, I did not receive any shipment at the address, and if I was duly informed that the shipment would be delivered for example then and then (of course I waited at the same house). But I had to search for it in the nearby so-called PACKETSHIPS and after a few days and of course the time spent, finally came to the package.

Unfortunately it is not always positive with DPD. Sometimes you are not even notified where the package is going if you were not at home. Or you have an empty notification slip and can roll the dice where it is.
