Very bad service !!!

Very bad service !!!
Parcels are not delivered but reported as delivered !!!
Parcels are deposited with strangers.
If a shipment does arrive, it is thrown into the carport and not even a card is put in the mailbox.
I am very dissatisfied with DPD's practices.
